I got a full set done with French tips and hibiscus flowers. They were able to take me in at 5:45 and finished before 6:45. I am very happy with the outcome of my nails and I plan on going back again! I recommend this place

I work all over the Bay Area and mostly Sacramento and I just happen to stop in this place because I needed to fill. Kathy did my nails and she was quick and did an awesome job! Everyone was so nice in the salon

My appointment was at 5:30pm for a gel pedi and acrylic nail set. I got Laura and she was so amazing and sweet and patient. They close at 7pm but I did not feel rushed or hurried and she took her time. I was done by 7:45pm. Thank you Laura for having amazing customer care and service. 😊

If I was able to give zero stars I would as I came in to get a pedicure WITH my adult daughter. Horrible service. I called about an hour prior for. When I arrived they sat us both down in chairs with lukewarm almost cold water. My service began right away and was the lady did do a good job, the only person to have had ANY customer service. My daughter on the other hand sat in cold water for an hour to NEVER be serviced. Meanwhile we watched no less than 5 people come in and sit down for pedicures and actually be serviced right away as she's still sitting in cold water. When I asked the lady at the front about it she told me she still had to wait longer for no reason, so my daughter said never mind she didn't want the service, the lady rudely said thats ok too. As soon as my daughter pulled out her money All of a sudden 2 people were available and came running from across the room to try to service her, even though they were still with customers, energy completely changed. And they were very insistent to want to service her

TLDR; Best nail salon EVERR! This is my first time here and definitely wont be my last. The amount of compliments ive received just from my nails is crazy. The service here is amazing, me and my nail tech were having conversations the whole time. Also, the nails are pretty cheap too, My nails(Pink) were $110 and my friends(Red) were like $70. Mine were more expensive due to the amount of charms i had but still, pretty cheap for how many i had 😭. They have so many colors and cute charms. Overall, i highly recommend, literally goes with the name of the store because its def a 5/5

This is my second visit here, first time I just did a pedicure which has been okay. This time I did manicure and pedicure. I started not to get both, it’s hard to find someone that provides great service with nails these days. However , it’s my birthday. The lady was very nice, sitting in chair 2 right at the entrance. the over lay on my nails I am not to pleased with, she cut me twice. I don’t bother to complain anymore because it just comes off as being difficult. I just leave a review on my experience and try a different shop, or person within the shop. Still in search to find someone I LOVE and can stick with otherwise, I usually leave feeling like I over paid for a service I am not completely satisfied with. Or just get a pedicure only.

I walked in and was helped in a short amount of time. I had a fabulous pedicure done by the amazing Angel. She hit all the pressure points! Also, the massage chair was great 🥰

First time getting a pedicure here and I asked for a flower in my big toe. I had a inspo pic for the flower and the lady said thats powder. I said I just want a flower similar or any and don't need a dip powder flower. She said it was $5 more for the flower so I said ok. She makes a flower on my big toe and I am sorry but that was the ugliest flower I have ever had/see. I normally keep quiet but this flower is ugly considering I am paying $5 for it. So I ask her to please make a small one instead so she did but she and her fellow nail tech made faces and started speaking in their language and said “Say you don’t like it before she starts!” I kept quiet and walked out even tho the second one she made wasnt pretty. Not coming back!

Honestly, I had a great experience at this place. It was pretty packed when I went, which I know is out of the salon’s control, but they were able to accept new customers within minutes. I spent around an hour getting my nails done, but that’s only because the lady doing my nails was super busy with accepting calls and managing the front desk as well. Even then, she managed to do my nails exactly how I asked her to. The ladies here are very nice and ask a lot of questions on how you’d like your nails to look. I asked for a simple design since I was still skeptical of just how good this place was, and the french tip part was a little rushed and not completely perfect, but it’s satisfying enough and I love how they turned out! I ended up tipping her $20 and I highly recommend this place.

My pedicure was good, but my brow was not . Just asked for a brow clean up waxed amd the lady waxed the end tip of my brow off. She didn’t even show me with a mirror until i got into my car. Do Not get your brows wax there they do not know how to wax or shape eyebrows.

I walked in and asked how much for fill or full set, lady tells me it's $45.00 fill and $50.00 full set. So a tech calls me and I decides to do a full set, she finished and I handed her $60.00 cash including $10.00 tip. She looks at me and says its $65.00, I dayd the lady told me $50.00, why? I didn't get any design just simple, one color, she said insisted that no it's 65.00 for everything. I gave her another 10.00 and walked out. Not coming back, they are a rip off, if I didn't asked when I walked in I wouldn't be upset but they are overcharging.

On the fence with this place. I appreciate that Angel can create nails based on photos, however, the professionalism should accommodate the public. Will review after a few more months and give y’all an update.

Second time I am doing my nails with the guy that works there and again they are chipping almost immediately. He rushed through the process. The first time I did with him I think his name is John or something they chipped as well. He is the only guy I have seen working there. The next time they give him to me ill reject. I am too busy to be going back and forth the nail salon for a fix it is best to do your job just fine the first time

I just had a fabulous regular Classic Pedicure done today. My first time here. James the owner who took over the salon last November 2023 is very welcoming, originally from California like myself. Nice clean environment which is so important to me. I retired from working in the hospital field. I appreciate Five Star Nails & Spa sterile technique. Not many salons clean and pack their instruments, then put them in a machine to sterilize them on high heat. I’ve experienced other salons soaking instruments in a sterile liquid solution. Technicians use new rubber gloves for each client. Great top hits music was played overhead, not too loud. Tom was my pedicurist and did an excellent job. I like that he worked on my feet without asking me a lot of questions, I came to relax. Tom does beautiful work , obviously a perfectionist. He helped me choose a color best suited for my skin tone, I wanted glitter. I highly recommend this salon.

Walked in didn't make a apt. It wasn't busy until 10 mins later, it got really busy. I got a pedicure its called the Zen Pedicure relaxing and nice. Sat in the first seat. The water was cold and the lady doing my nails asked if I picked a color she never gave me her name. She did say Hi! She started doing NY nails and cutting my Cuticles. Very nice and sweet. I will likely go back it's ver a clean inside mask are required they were sanitizing and wiping every tool and seat down.

Can’t do designs given tried two different designs one that is art, and the other one was very simple and couldn’t do both, but said that they can at least they tried, but was given attitude every time something wasn’t right then was left with botch nails

I went here for the first time to get my nails done for my engagement photos. April did such an amazing and quick job. The place was very clean and a nice comfortable place to get my nails done. Planning to come back for my nails for my wedding with my bridal party!

Ladies run!! I was scheduled and confirmed for a full gel pedicure, AND a pink and white powder. Services were confirmed to be done AT THE SAME TIME. I sat down in the pedi chair and Tina did a wonderful, clean professional gel pedi...PROFESSIONAL service ended there. The owner/manager pushed me off to a mid aged guy with an attitude from the start for my nails. I politely asked him to soak my nails in acetone to remove gel...he refused and started painfully grinding/sanding my nails with his power tool. I asked him to stop and if I could kindly wait and soak in acetone?...He gave me a dirty look and bailed! Yes, bailed on me....he never came back to my chair to finish and left me and sweet Tina to take off foil and old stuck acetone cotton off my nails. NO one offered to finish my powder dip. I was shocked at the unprofessional service and went to the register to pay for my pedi. THEY had the nerve to charge me $20 for the acetone & foil of on my nails that Tina and I removed. I tipped sweet Tina and left disappointed. I will NOT go back..

i think this place is really overpriced. The lady was charging me for $35 for this...literally cut almost my whole nail and didn't even shape it right. i would rather paint my nails at home than coming here. I do not recommend coming to this place!!

Kelly is absolutely the best! For over 10 years Kelly has been taking care of my nails. This salon is extremely clean, the manicurists are very warm and friendly, and they always make sure I leave there happy....and well pampered 😊

My first time here and I was so impressed with the service and pricing. I walked in today and was afraid I'd have to wait for a bit but nope, I was helped immediately. This super sweet lady, Tina, did mani and pedi for me and I highly recommend her if you go. She's so gentle and takes time to work on my feet. I've met technicians who just wanted to finish me quick so they could move on to the next customer. Tina is different. She truly cares about your hands and feet. I didn't paint my toes or nails today. I just wanted them to be clean and fresh and I got exactly what I wanted. I'll definitely come back next time.
