Had a great experience doing a color correction with Ashle! My hair had been dyed with henna, box dye, salon dye, and at home color remover and bleach. It was a mess! and somehow Ashle was able to bring me back to the exact color I was hoping for. She was very knowledgeable, efficient, and had great attention to detail throughout the entire process.

I was desperately overdue for a trim and felt the urge to get it done on a whim. I managed to book a time same day. They were kind enough to move up my appt to an earlier time as well. Jessica did an awesome job - she cut my hair exactly how I asked and envisioned. She quickly but thoroughly discussed what the process would be based on my requests. I was personally pleasantly surprised that most of my time was relatively quiet (as someone who is not the biggest fan of small talk and loud chatter it was greatly appreciated). the cut itself was finished very efficiently and she dried and styled my hair with a lot of care. 10/10 would go again.

I had Exo and I absolutely loved her services! I was recommended Fix Salon by a friend who had been there earlier that same day. I am so glad I made the decision to go there. Exo was a Level 4 stylist-meaning she has definitely proved her worth to be there. She showed that through her easily digestible explanations of products and their benefits for all types of hair. I have type 3A curls and she revamped them in a way they’ve never been treated. I’m in love with the attention to detail! I’m excited to see Exo again and will be recommending them and Fix salon to all types of hair!

I have been working on and designing my hair with Lexi for the past two years and the entire time she has been the best stylist and friend I could have possibly asked for. She helped me figure out the best ways to take care of my hair, while also making my vision for it come to life. She’s a fun and welcoming person, always making sure I feel comfortable every step in the process, and understanding when life throws a wrench in things. I cannot recommend her enough, especially if you’re going for something fun or artsy. A appointment with Lexi makes my month. 10/10

Mattea did an excellent job with my face-framing highlights. Also got a haircut from her a few months back that I’m very happy with - in both instances, she listened to what I was wanting and completely delivered.

Ashle was amazing! I’ve been going to fix for 10+ years and she is one of my favorite stylists yet. Very knowledgeable and super chill, but confident and in control. She made great recommendations and colored and styled my hair perfectly. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back to see her!

I definitely think that your experience here will depend on the stylist you choose, and I was so honored to be Jennifer’s first client at Fix!! I asked for curtain bangs and also to lessen the amount of hair I had down below and she did exactly just that. Her experience shows, and I am so in love with my new bangs 🥹 I will definitely be keeping them for the foreseeable future, and going back to Jennifer for bang trims! All this for a haircut price you really can’t beat in Seattle. This was not my first time at Fix, having been here several times, and I’ve had to wait for over 30 minutes before for an appointment time I had with another stylist, which I was not thrilled about—I’m glad I decided to give Fix another shot though, because I honestly can’t find anywhere else more affordable and with such great service. Thank you!!!

I had a wonderful experience on my first visit to Fix Salon. I went for a haircut, mid length to a pixie, and was nervous about the big change but Lindsey listened to my specific requests, gave suggestions and was warm and engaging. I got a a beautiful haircut and I'm very happy with her skills. She exceeded my already high expectations of Fix Salon. I'm coming back for sure!

I have been visiting Fix for 5 years now. The salon is well-run and professional. Like with most salons, there is turnover. In the 5 years, I have had four stylists, all of which have been great. Skills, creativity, attention to detail, and communication have always been consistent. Highly recommend this salon.

I literally love this place - I have curls so finding someone who can cut my hair the way I want it has been a challenge and Adriana knows what’s up - I’ve seen her twice now and both times i’ve LOVED IT. She’s very good at talking through everything, she’s so sweet and funny - love her so much!

I actually loved the artist I worked with, lexi. Just was a mismanaged establishment. I Really think two stars might be too generous but here it goes- my list of grievences and why I stopped dumping 1000s into this business. They would never let my hair process long enough to lighten to where I wanted it. They're a busy salon and if it takes more than 4 hours for your hair to be lightened. Tough luck- but you'll PAY just as much to not get the result you want. I recognize this as a way to make more money. "Oh no you didnt acheive the lightness you want. Come back in 6 weeks and spend 400 dollars, next time we will get it there" is pretty much what I kept hearing. They charged me an extra 200 to re tab tape ins. On top of the 400 it costs to move them up. Im sorry but why isn't "retabbing them" already calculated in the move up price? Don't you need to RETAB them when you move them up every single time? Why do you say a move up is $400. Just say what it actually is, 600.... The first time i bought extensions there's I wasted them completely because the level one artist they had install them CUT THEM? Mostly off? They comped the "install" part of this service - despite the fact they just ruined $800 worth of extensions by cutting them too short, so, I had to spend another 800 on extensions 3 weeks later anyways because it just did not look good. The final straw was the Stylist turning my hair orange back in July 2024 and then when I emailed you guys pics of my hair where I was visibly crying and visibly had orange hair- the "manager" acted like it was annoying for me to even be upset about it. Yup Also posting pics of our face on your social media page without permission after I asked several times for my pics to not be posted is just tacky and gross and also violating. I just can't believe how much I spent at this salon to be treated so poorly by the management. To summarize- this place used sneaky sales practices and I guess standing up for myself when you guys did bad work made me an "annoying" client. So here's my annoying review. Happy 2025

Cassidy knows how to do an amazing curly cut, she is very experienced and tailored the process to achieve the best results I have ever seen on my hair. She listens carefully and offers a lot of great tips for maintenance and hair care. Can’t recommend her enough for curly hair!

I didn't know how to bring out my naturally wavy hair. Aurora was so patient with me as I was asking a lot of questions. She instructed me on how much product to use, how to blow dry it and freshen it up in between shampooing. A true gem! :-)

I usually never leave bad reviews, but all I was asking for was a bang trim after I had gone in a week before for a bang trim I wasn’t happy with. The first one wasn’t too bad but I just needed them a tiny bit thicker and a little bit more off the side, but when I went in yesterday to a different stylist, she took so much of my hair off and now it’s all choppy and different lengths. It’s also way too thick and I was asking her to at least help me with the side parts since she just took off so much hair and she said I’d have to come in for another appointment. It took me a year to get my hair where it is after bad cuts at other salons and now I’m starting over again. Waste of $50 and two appointments just to get my bangs ruined.

Mandy is a master of all things hair! She did a gray transition on my colored hair that looked spectacular throughout the process. And she's been keeping my hair looking its best ever since. As owner of the salon, Mandy is a great leader and you can see it reflected in all of her stylists. She's always on the cutting edge of styles, processes, techniques, and products. It's dating me, but for over 30 years I have gone to the best salons in downtown Seattle. Mandy's Fix Salon is by far the best of them all.
