I did a full face wax with Dae and my face was smooth and glowing like never before afterwards! Already cant wait for my next appointment, no disappointments. The studio was beautiful & relaxing, love the atmosphere .

I did waxing for eye brows, tenting and Brazilian wax. Overall it was a great experience, the eye brow waxing was one of the most gentle that I’ve ever had. This was my first Brazilian wax ever and I will say couldn’t have picked a better person for it she was really gentle and patient understanding and made me comfortable. All the stuff are very polite, the place was very beautiful, CLEAN, smelled great and had some great spa finishes

I give fixate 5/5!! Not only was the service amazing and professional with a squeeze of friendliness , but the establishment is BOMB. The lobby, the equipment but especially the bathroom ( don’t forget to take a selfie 😉).

Kim from start to finish was purely amazing. She welcomed me by name, offered, a drink, and if I need the restroom before we started. Kim asked if I had a preference on a style for my eyelash extensions but I told her have fun. I’m glad I did because the style she chose came out so cute. We talked and laughed the whole appointment. I felt like I knew her for years lol. When my appointment was over it was raining and I realized I left my sunroof open. She gave me a towel so I could wipe my seat off and offered a towel to cover my hair. My experience with Kim was just phenomenal. She is just a genuine sweet person all around. The salon is so clean and nice. The chair was so comfortable I was trying not to fall asleep. This is by far the best business I’ve been to since moving to Jacksonville.

When I walked in I was immediately greeted in a friendly and open manner. Within moments of me checking in I was offered water and the opportunity to use the restroom before my service. I was asked questions about the style and look I prefer and we begun right away! Kim was the amazing technician that worked on me and she was really easy to talk to. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect and anything else she needed someone else on their team that was available helped so no time was wasted! Overall, 10/10 experience, I will definitely be going back!

Had the relaxation facial and it was amazing. The studio is well decorated, clean and comfortable. I will be back.

The establishment was beyond clean, bright, and new. It had a very modern flare and was so boujee feeling. In the back room where I had my facial, the lights were turned down low, I was given a very comfy robe, and the rest was taken care for me. Very cute place and will definitely be returning... it made me feel like a million dollars! Kimberly was exceptional and delightful when she did my facial. She was so sweet and nice, offered me help wherever I saw fit and did an amazing job on my facial. She used essential oils (SMELT SO GOOD) and warn towels often which made my face feel so smooth and warm. I will be recommending this to all of my friends and family, as I looked so refreshed and relaxed when I left!

Best Lash Studio in Jax! The salon is amazingly clean and beautiful. The beauty team make you feel extremely comfortable. Also very quick when answering and questions/inquiries. An overall outstanding beauty salon!

ExCellent!!!! Great customer service, very professional, and great location!! The Divine Ms Dae was patient and knowledgeable with discussing the plan for Micro Shading my brows and eyelash extensions. Ms Kim in all her “Awesomeness” is a beautiful person inside and out!!!! Fixate is an amazing clean and beautiful studio. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Kim, the owner, did my lashes and did a great job. I’ll definitely be returning and I highly recommend them for all your skin care and beauty services.

My experience at Fixate Skin Studios was amazing!! Kim did my lash extensions to perfection!! She is passionate about her services and it shows. I'm scheduled for a facial next and I absolutely can't wait!!
