My first visit will certainly not be my last! The care and concern with which I was treated made me feel like I was experiencing an outrageously expensive spa pampering. I left looking and feeling like I truly had been to a full fledged spa. What a bargain for the service I received! I highly recommend!

Most people tend to leave reviews of poor treatment, poor restaurants, poor quality products--and I always find myself trying to locate the GOOD places! As such, I want to make a point about how wonderful my experience was today at Fizz Facial on Liberty Road. To begin with, a lot of these reviews for places that do any cosmetic work, from spa/facials to botox focus simply on the procedure and not the person performing it. I find the care, consideration, and conversation with the professional to be incredibly important. Hope took the time to assess my particular needs and then recommend a one of there several options that fit for my specific skin type. I had a pre-facial dermaplaning followed by the soothing Hydracalm facial. A combo that left me freshened, "cleaned up," and with a cooled/hydrated feel. And as important as that outcome was, additionally, her "bedside manner" and communication abilities are important! You are sitting in a chair with someone hovering over you for 30-40 minutes or more! A should-be relaxing experience can be awkward and uncomfortable without an amicable, friendly, personable individual performing your treatment. Hope was all of those things. Excellent conversation interspersed with information about the various steps and products being administered along with their respective benefits. For a first-class treatment--both in terms of the facial and in terms of the person--I highly, highly recommend Fizz Bar on Liberty Road and more specifically, I highly, highly recommend booking for Hope as the esthetician of choice. You will not be dissapointed! *Also I give a shout out to the rest of the staff as well for everyone being friendly and helpful!*

My mom has been going through a really hard time with my dad being very sick, we almost lost him and we as a family are still going through a challenging time and hopeful things will get better. She was desperately in need of some TLC, we came to Fizz and Mere was her aesthetician. Mere was so kind, caring and loving to my mom and I am so grateful, I witnessed my mom have an incredible facial. I own and operate many med spas in Houston and have very high standards and tend to be pretty hard to impress, Mere exceeded my expectations and I am so happy she was the aesthetician that treated my mom. Mere, thank you for making my mom feel so special and taking such good care of her, you are truly amazing at your craft and I appreciate you! I highly recommend Fizz and suggest Mere as your aesthetician, such a phenomenal experience. I can't say enough great things about her.

Don’t really feel like these facials actually have any long term benefits & you can’t really see the “results”. But it’s nice to feel refreshed, especially if you’re bad at remembering to do your skincare routine.

The manager Allison was SO sweet. There was a system error with mine and my husband’s appointments and she made it right. Victoria and Sara did our facials and they were amazing! Great technique and personable. Our visit was so enjoyable and relaxing. We will be back!!
