She's very sweet and amazing with kids. She has been cutting my family's hair for a while now, including our five daughters. She is patient and kind. One of our daughters is autistic and only allows Franki to do her hair. She trust her as we do also.

What a great haircut! I am ranked in Google's top 10 percent worldwide. I say that to gauge that I review fairly and accordingly. After trying many salons and barber shops that left me all messed up, I finally found someone who can cut my hair. Franki is friendly and attentive. She listened to what I wanted and gave me the best haircut I've ever had!

I purchased a Groupon for a haircut at your business and attempted to book an appointment online. I received both an email and a text stating my appointment was pending approval, but I noticed conflicting location information. Groupon listed your business at the West Azure location, while your website pointed to a Sky Canyon location. I immediately called to clarify the correct address and left a message requesting a callback. Since I received no response, I emailed to cancel the appointment, stating I would reschedule once the location was confirmed. Despite my efforts, I received no return call, but I did get a text and email informing me my appointment request with Franki had “expired.” It is quite disappointing that neither Franki nor any representative could take the time to return my call to explain the situation, especially when your Groupon listing implies you are actively welcoming new clients. I do not know Franki, and I am at a loss to understand why my appointment was not approved or why there was no follow-up communication. This lack of response reflects poorly on your business practices and leaves a negative impression for new customers like myself.
