I’ve been getting laser for two years and everyone is so amazing. Not only are the staff great and make you feel super comfortable, laser is just so awesome and I feel confident whereas I never use to wear shorts or dresses before! Totally worth it!

I have pretty sensitive skin and the VI Peel is very mild. Alex was able to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. Update: Not sure if I have allergies, but about a week after my peel. I broke out severely, the worst I have ever seen in my adulthood. I was left with a lot of scarring on my face, that I am still trying to reverse. I tried to reach out for help but did not get any. Does not seem like follow up is a priority here. I think some kind of reactivity test need to be included.

So great, got me in same day for fillers! Jason was excellent, didn’t try to upsell & respected my budget. Very clean & friendly, brought my 5 year-old & they were wonderful. Absolutely recommend!!

Alex and Jason are my laser hair removal providers. They do a fabulous job and I have seen amazing results after three treatments. They make sure I’m comfortable and explain everything they are doing. The front staff receptionist (Leia) is professional, and friendly as well!

Flawless med spa is professional, and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to their treatments. I have had their diamond facial and just started my laser hair treatment with Isabel. She is very pleasant, took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable during my treatment. Leia at the front desk is so nice and and helpful! I look forward to continuing my med spa journey at Flawless!

Today I had another syringe of lip filler done with JASON!! It was such a splendid experience with REMARKABLE RESULTS! Jason is an incredible Aesthetic Nurse!!! He has such an amazing FINESSE and talent for dermatological cosmetic procedures. I can’t EMPHASIZE enough how INCREDIBLE HE IS! He’s a true ARTIST! My best friend and I went to see Sherrie for our first time at Flawless Med Spa on Menaul and left there extremely happy. I made a consultation and was able to be seen by Jason within a few days. He is a true professional with a warm personality. He is reassuring and kind. An expert at his craft, he educated me on filler types and usage. Jason helped me create a self-care plan for my aging face. He helped me carefully weigh my options and budget. I opted for Botox for my forehead and Volbella filler for my cheeks (to actually help the heavy eye bags & who woulda thought was an option? Jason did and he was right!) and I also added the same filler for my lips!! It's only been 5 hours since I left and my cheeks are a pinch sore. Nothing was painful or excruciating; some parts feel a little weird but "painful" isn't the right word. Going in for my follow-up in 2 weeks and plan to get forehead Botox every 3 months & trying their other services!
