Honestly I couldn’t rave about Melanie enough she’s so good at what she does! Her staff is amazing and she has the most gentle hands. I’m such a cry baby when it comes to needles and she never hurts my face. I always feel youthful when I leave her office ! She is the best of the best. I love Flawless Medspa. If you’re thinking about going to to definitely won’t regret it!

I had my face filled to get rid of lines by my cheeks and Melanie did a wonderful job, she really made me feel beautiful. The girls at the front were also very sweet and welcoming. I love it here, if you want quality and great service do not hesitate to visit Flawless Medspa!

This is the best medspa in Vegas. I’ve been to multiple practices in town and Melanie and her team are unmatched. They are fun and extremely caring and polite. I got my cheeks, lips, and xeomin done. I’ve never had a neurotoxin treatment as good as the technique I received here for my hooded eyes. I can’t recommend this place enough. Great service and top notch treatments!

I really wanted to like this place. My friend recommended it to me. Place is beautiful inside but customer service absolutely sucks. I’ve been to a few med spas before and this one left quite an impression. I was surprised you have to pay BEFOTE your services - okay. The girl who took my payment was rude. They asked for my ID 3 times. I felt I was working for them - with all those pictures and videos they took. Sorry not sorry (just because of poor customer service) not coming back. UPDATE - my friend scheduled an appointment for me and her with this place not realizing I’m not interested. I canceled. She called me and told me they are not willing to work with me BECAUSE of this review.

I texted them via website. Never heard anything. I called to make an appointment. The girl at front desk was very rude and continued to cut me off,as I was talking. All she was interested in, was booking the appointment. She was not interested in my needs. She wanted all my personal information which I would not give over the phone. No one else has had an issue with me providing at time of appointment. It's a shame to have people representing your business like this.

I had an awful experience with this company and think they used expired or counterfeit product. The material injected in my temples lead to them looking so awful. The renuva injected? Completely dissapeared. I am notifying the licensing authority in Nevada. Was ripped off over 3k. Beware!

I have been interested I getting a small touch of lip filler for years but always have been so afraid of getting botched. I booked at Flawless Med Spa with Paige. As soon as I walked in the girls in the front were so polite & spoke with me right away. Amy took me to my room to get my paperwork & “before” photos done. Once it was time, Laraisee came in to set up & she was so sweet. Paige came in & I let her know I was scared of looking crazy & I wanted a natural look. After the consultation she reassured me that we were going to achieve something natural. She also let me know there were more options than juviderm & I got a filler called kiss because she said it gives a natural effect. The process was so fast & the numbing helped. All of the girls were so sweet & Paige was so professional. I trusted her completely. It has been two weeks since I got my lips done & I am absolutely in love. I have told all of my friends about it & I will be going back when it is time for my touch up. I am so pleased.

I love this place. Super cute! My second time here. Paige is so sweet and awesome and always makes me feel so confident. The place is very beautiful and makes you feel at ease when getting your lip fillers done. Thank you Paige for an awesome job with my lips. Im obsessed ❤️

I have been coming here for the past few years for Botox and filler with Paige who is amazing . I recently got my husband to come and he sees Daisy and she is great. Very friendly and welcoming. She never makes us feel rushed. I’ll keep recommending Flawless to all my friends and family because of service like theirs.

FINALLY back after having my baby. The new location is beautiful. From the moment I walked in the service was great. Stacy took my photos and did my numbing cream also told me about some promos they offer. So thrilled to see the outcome after some swelling goes down. Thank you for the amazing service today!!

If you're looking for a Medspa in Las Vegas , flawless is the spot ! Very clean . They offer memberships , Daisy explained the difference memberships and helped me choose which one was the best for me , ask for daisy she is sweet and very knowledgeable.

It’s taken me a long time to find a Medspa that I like & I’ve finally found one. Melanie is a great injector, 0 pain and has done a great job with a filler correction. I also see daisy for b12 injections also, who is wonderful. All the staff are friendly kind and caring. Great Medspa

Came in for a non surgical nose treatment and I wasn’t disappointed! From the moment I walked in Dani made me feel comfortable and welcomed. In addition to the lovely staff the salon is beautiful and clean. Would highly recommend!

Lia did my lips and she was so amazing! Very personable, explained everything in detail for me, and made me feel so comfortable even though it was my first time! She did exactly what I wanted and they healed so well! Would definitely recommend :) very clean establishment as well

Love this med spa!! Beautiful office space and friendly staff. I won't trust anyone else with my aesthetics needs besides Shelia. She is simply the best- she is detail oriented, focuses on amplifying your natural beauty, and is thorough during the visit to ensure all procedures are first and foremost safe depending on your medical history. Highly, highly recommend her!

If I could I would give this place zero stars. I waited for over an hour for Melanie Speed and she gave me this bogus story of how I have to pay for the full bottle of Botox as Nevada doesn't sell by the unit. She came in and started just poking my face with Botox didn't ask me where I wanted it or what kind of result I was aiming for. Never going back there again!!

Went for lip filler first time. At Flawless. 10 days later I booked a touch up as my lips went almost back to normal. Melanie said I'd have to pay again. This is not what I was advised when I called. I am totally disappointed in this place. $600 and this is it. To me this is a scam. I won't go back to that place ever. They are making a lot of $$$ and don't care about their clients. Money hungry and rude. I will be spreading their name all over the internet. Don't waste your time and money find another place. To pay upfront before treatment is a red flag. My friend made an appointment back in Feb on March 1st they increased their prices and would not honor her price when her booking was done back in Feb. BBB is going to hear from me about this. Not happy with Flawless Me Spa.

Arrived at the wrong time (10:00 am - my fault) but was told they might be able to get me in before my scheduled time (11:45 am). I waited one hour and 45 min. but they were unable to get me in earlier (at this point no problem as I chose to wait). I finally reached my assigned time (11:45) so I asked how much longer and the person at the desk said 30 min. because they use the time to take photos and fill out paperwork. What? I had already done this and it took 5 min. max. FORTY-FIVE MINUTES LATER I gave up and walked out. This place overbooks clients and they don't care if you have to wait long periods of time. VERY disappointed.

I was not happy with my procedure at all or the injector. First of all your are transfered to 50 rooms before they transfer you to the actual procedure room. The injector was not friendly at all straight face and rushed!! It was very expensive with no results at all. Save your 💰 go somewhere else where they truly care.

I went in for my tear trough filler with Lia and all I can say is 10/10. This was my very first time getting any fillers (ever) and I can tell you I couldn’t have a better experience. Lia made me feel extremely comfortable and was very gentle with me. Highly recommended and I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much
