I've been to a few places in Charlotte but this was hands down the best experience. The facility was very clean, atmosphere was relaxing, and the procedure was very professional. Ma Santa was very informative and really answered a lot of the questions I had without rushing me out the door. . Even surprised me with a follow up a couple of days later to make sure everything with my skin was ok and to see if I had any questions. I'm the kind of person that prefers to find medical/trade professionals that I am comfortable with ,dentist, barber, doctor, that will take the time to understand my unique needs. Happy that I found that here and I will definitely go back long term!

I found this place as a Groupon and I haven’t stopped going yet. I love the atmosphere, the conversation and the best part is, it’s relaxing. I look forward to my facial every month. I found out she does waxing and I have added that service as well. You won’t be disappointed.

I just had my first facial ever and Ma Santa delivered the best experience. She’s extremely knowledgeable and personable. She took the time to go over the condition of my skin and to explain things to me, more than any other place I’ve been. She went above and beyond to deliver such a relaxing environment and overall facial experience. The results exceeded my expectations. I’ve already booked another appointment and can’t wait! I have never done any sort of waxing before and was very hesitant to get my leg wax. However, when I went to MaSanta she was very nice and understanding from the get go. She made sure to get rid of all the hair, and surprisingly it was very fast. I was very satisfied with the results and will be continuing to go back to MaSanta to get them waxed again.

Santa is amazing. I had many facial treatments , and waxing done by her . I miss just relaxing in the room and letting her treat my skin. She will take the time to hear your concerns and adjust the protocol accordingly. You will feel fresh and ready to go after that. I highly recommend her. :)

She's very wonderful. Got a Brazilian done, and although painful, she did an amazing job! There was no hair left behind and she got from the very tip of the front all the way to the very tip of the back. I've been to several other places but this is by far the best service I've received. Not only does she take pride in her job, she's absolutely pleasant to talk to. Takes the edge off the hair ripping aspect. I'll definitely will be going back.
