I'm so glad to have found my go-to salon in tucson! I've been a few times, once without an appointment and they were very accommodating. I've also had a different stylist each time and they've all nailed it! Especially as I never have a really solid vision of what I want. They've helped me figure out what works for me and I've always left thrilled! Currently rocking the cutest pixie cut I've ever had 💖

I got my hair done with Brittany and I’m in love completely!! She did exactly what I wanted and for a good price. I was nervous about coming in because I’ve always gone to family friends but I had such a good experience, everyone was kind and welcoming.

Rose did *such* a good job with my hair! She was very flexible in making small changes as we went on. The scalp treatment was very relaxing and relieved my dry scalp. Will definitely be booking here again!

This place is amazing. The building itself is cute, charming and inviting and the staff are so friendly and attentive! I’ve been getting my hair cut with Priscilla for almost a year now and she nails it every time!! I’ve also gotten my brows waxed with Emerald twice and she is phenomenal!! All services I have had at this salon were top quality and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I would and have recommend this place to anyone who is looking for affordable, quality styling.

Got my hair dyed for the first time here and only had a good experience. When I first made my appointment my flight back to Tucson was delayed and they were flexible and worked with me to find a time that day to fit me in. My stylist was great, I don't know anything about dying hair so she explained to me how it worked and what my options were. I can't recommend this place enough!

I had such a great experience here! My husband and I were driving home and noticed the salons big LED sign. I’m so glad I decided to make an appointment! I’ve gotten a haircut, a facial, and a lash lift and i absolutely loved all three of them!

Love Flawless Salon!!! Talented and wonderful people! Don't go anywhere else!!! I've been going to Flawless for my hair services for years. I've also had eyebrow waxing, lip waxing, and lash extensions. My most recent service was a lash perm and tint with Emerald. She is wonderful. She explained the process to me and answered all of my many questions. I absolutely love the results!! Best decision!! Make up is so much easier, and they also look good without mascara. I made sure I scheduled my next appointment before I left.

Came in today as a first time visitor. From the moment I walked in the door, I was made to feel welcome. Brittany was my stylist, and I showed her a picture of what I was looking for. The girl nailed it! After washing, cutting, and drying, she asked if I was pleased with it, and we both decided it needed to be just a little bit shorter. Then she styled it, and oh my...I LOVE IT!! Will definitely be coming back to see her when it's time for another cut. Thanks again for an amazing experience!!

Got a low fade with Rose and wax with Emerald. Both services were phenomenal and very reasonably priced, not to mention the complimentary shampoo that comes with the gentleman’s cut. I was able to go about my day without hair everywhere; highly recommended. Emerald was able to wax the forest of hair out of my nose very painlessly. Professional staff, clean salon, and friendly atmosphere. Definitely going back. Fun fact: there are snack bowls around the salon for clients, like little (not so)hidden treasure bowls of goodness.

I got the micro blade on my eyebrows and I couldn't be happier. Nereyda did a fabulous job she is so meticulous. And all the girls are just so awesome and enthusiastic. It's like I can't wait to go back. I also got highlights in my hair and just love it!

It was my aunt and my first visit to Flawless and it was wonderful. All of the ladies were so friendly and welcoming. Our stylists were the sweetest and very helpful with advice on our cuts and care. The esthetician was so gentle and knowledgeable. It was a great and peaceful experience for us. Delighted!

This was my first time at any salon in Tucson and I’m beyond thrilled and grateful I had found Flawless Salon & Spa! The salon itself is clean, elegant, having a lovely atmosphere. The employees were kind, welcoming, and generally such a vibe. Emerald has been very sweet even when we did a little telephone tag. My hair stylist was Netty, she listened to my concerns especially regarding my scalp (I have had difficulty finding effective scalp treatments that work for me with my limited knowledge and in the past other products I’ve used had worsened the issues with my scalp.) I had the serene scalp treatment, and oh my soul, the relief I felt and how soothing it was to my scalp was truly amazing! Along with the leave in scalp treatment, cooling my scalp and not feeling itchy, agitated or tight right after my hair being washed, as it normally does. Netty was friendly and a great conversationalist even with my nervousness! A really lovely human, she was informative and gave different tips, instructions for me to do at home. The loving energy of the employees really add to the overall experience, truly seeming to love what they do, seeming to flow and vibe with each other. Another element that is important to me is that they were open to answering questions without causing one to feel unintelligent or judged for unknown knowledge or inexperience. Bringing me to another matter of importance to me; there wasn’t any judgement for my hair, I hadn’t had a haircut for quite some time so there was a lot of dead ends, especially with my scalp, (itchiness, dandruff, tightness, dry in some areas while oily in others) in the past having some instances on the opposite spectrum with hair stylists and others that caused me to have feelings of insecurity with my hair and scalp. Causing me to refrain more from asking questions or knowing where to receive proper knowledge of my hair and how to take care of it or in styling it. Receiving a boost of confidence in asking more questions and tips from the lovely beings at Flawless Salon in the future. Immediately after Netty finished trimming, my hair looked and felt healthy, smooth, so transformative with only trimming! In conclusion; I had a lovely experience and am very pleased, most definitely will be returning and checking out other services they offer! I highly recommend this salon!!

Loooove getting my hair done by Rose here! I’ve done cuts, color, styling, and most recently a Brazilian blow out all slayed by her. She is the only person I let touch my hair ever!!! I’m so picky with my hair and I have major trust issues with stylists but she always listens to exactly what I want and puts in so much work to make sure I leave 100% satisfied every time. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

Such a great experience! Was recommended by a family member and Rose E. made me feel very confident in doing this beautiful burgundy red color for my first time, I got so many compliments I recently went back to get the same all over color perfect for those fall vibes and she definitely killed it once again! This is for sure a very great place to visit for any service you are looking for or even first timers who will be in GREAT hands!

great staff, clean environment, and you get an amazing head massage when they wash your hair ! I personally get my haircut by Rose. She has also color my hair teal, blonde and red in the past.
