A long overdue but short review, I'm a teen girl who simply has no experience with doing my hair, hence my visit to the salon. They seemingly couldn't treat THICK natural hair! Huffing and puffing and complaining at every turn regarding my hair. A very negative environment if you're new to being natural or looking to continue being natural.

I took my grandmother there to get her hair done and her experience was terrible they didn't listen they put her off on another stylist who just got out of beauty school and he didn't have the experience that he should. She got a perm and a hairstyle it was 120.00 it was dry and look horrible and it was a bad experience. My grandmother is 89 years old and I would never bring her back. They would not listen to what she wanted and I would never bring her back. When I talk to the owner on the phone she was rude and cut throat. I don't recommend this place.

It doesn't allow me to see what I want to post But the experience was awful the barber didn't listen to our instructions I didn't want to say toomuch cause it was our 1st and definitely our last! I paid 25.00 for a service that wasn't performed. When I paid The woman was so rude and unprofessional she was just looking at me like I shouldn't of been there. But she took my card to pay and left me there standing not saying thank you I didn't know she was done she was so rude. I hope no one else go through what we went through being a different race definitely played here!

I had the displeasure of meeting the very rude Miss Kay. I had already discussed with her on the phone exactly what. I wanted my cut cleaned up and a simple wave or, a wrap. After I got there she discovered I needed a perm. I don't know what kind of perm that was but, it was no good. She did not finish the haircut after she realized I needed a perm she decided to not do the hair cut but, she still charged me for it I didn't get that until after I washed my hair out that she did not cut my hair so I called her back for a refund. I don't want her back in my head because at this point I don't trust her she's rude, she's lazy I had to actually go get her and tell her that the dryer has stopped. I sat under the dryer for over an hour It doesn't take that much to dry my hair and the wave was horrible. She's a horrible hairdresser. don't waste your time on Big Kay, she's rude and she's lazy don't do it.

I literally can never get in contact with ANYONE they DONT answer there phone no matter how many times you call I had to wait two days to get a call back the first time and this is no my second time trying to contact them and still they do not answer
