I had a great experience yesterday. Updated showers are exquisite, and steam room has new tile and stone which is new from the last time I was there. Pool area was gorgeous. Despite some snippy reviews, I found the place as an extremely clean and well maintained facility. I bought a membership as I plan to be there more, wow. The activity areas are clean and maintained. Staff are on top of any issues. I felt safe, relaxed, and comfortable here and that felt amazing. I look forward to killing time here in the future.

I think the steam room needs BETTER cleaning more regularly as it smelled like mold when I was there. I'd suggest some lemon or eucalyptus scent

I was visiting from Chicago and had an available Monday so I decided to pass the time here. I am not sure I will do so again. Being a Monday afternoon I expected it to be somewhat slow which that was fine. I had hours to spare. I rented a medium room which was clean but a locker would have sufficed during these hours. I will say that the staff was very friendly! They were working and during my visit closed areas temporarily to give them a cleaning to be reopened right after. This I appreciated! While exploring I developed a couple splinters due to the wood fixtures that were in the dark. I understand the lighting situation but when having to navigate with hands it can cause issues. Although the steam room was cleaned the steam was not running consistently so it was like sitting in a damp room. There seemed to be only two bathroom stalls and one urinal in the establishment. The urinal itself was out of service. Perhaps there were more in other areas but none that I came across. The shower area had equipment in it I guess for repairs so only two of the showers were usable. Biggest sadness was that the pool was also out of service. The hot tub was accessible at this time however. Some of the public seating areas were tattered and torn. Sadly I was not by the time I left. If I could be guaranteed more (if not all) of the amenities would be in working order I would give this place another chance my next visit.

My husband & I always enjoy coming to Flex. We are always greeted by the front staff. We enjoy sitting at the pool & hot tub. We also like the blackout nights & meeting new people. Sometimes the other customers who are walking around are very rude & they like to push people around in the dark room, but other than that. We have so much fun @ Flex. We are looking forward to spending our fun time next week during Thanksgiving weekend.

Update Nov '24: I tried a weekend. A holiday weekend 🦃Wow 😮. It was too crowded 🫣 lol. Great staff. 💁🏻‍♂️ Wonderful pool,🏊🏻‍♂️ patio, hot tub, fire pit. 🔥 Still needs a lot of improvements and upgrades..😣 Nov. '23: I have probably been here 8 times in the last 10 years. 🤫 And every time I go I ask myself why? 🤔 I do like the outdoor jacuzzi which is actually hot 🥵 and the outdoor patio and heated pool is very nice. It's ideal for nude sunbathing on a Sunday afternoon. There is a sofa and fire pit 🔥area for those cold🥶 nights and of course that's a must since it's the smoking section🚬 There's also a grill ♨️ area but I've never seen it used or even seen advertisements for a cookout weekend.🌭 Update; apparently there is a Sunday afternoon BBQ.🍔 There is a very small maze area which needs to be improved. And then another small room which also needs to be improved. And then a larger video room which could use some improvement. Perhaps the video could be on? There's another TV screen on the outside of that room that isn't on either. They have a sling room which is very nice. And when I was there it was quite popular 😈 It looks like it could be a group rental feature. One unique thing is the premium rooms have their own bathroom🚽 The whole place could use a makeover. It always has. Perhaps I go every once in awhile to see if anything has been improved 🤷🏻‍♂️ The 🚿 shower area was improved and it is very nice. The water is 🥵 hot and there are several rainheads. There is a fairly large steam room but it really could be arranged in a better configuration. They do not have a sauna at all. Not sure why except who needs a sauna in the desert?🏜️ But wouldn't that be nice on cold winter nights 🤔

After leaving the front desk, I realized that my phone was left at the locker. A tall hunky black dude at the desk helped me to find it immediately and being very kind!

I miss that doghouse so much... man . 25 now but the moment 18 hit I remember hitting up both bathhouses multiple times every week🥵🥵🤤😳❤ I made my mind up and I could really gift myself a visit but I'd go running if the owner would work a little bit with me cause idk ... the sling room was and is my favorite memory. Thank you for sharing this bathhouse with us ❤️

I was able to have a great time from the moment I was greeted. Organized & clean. Front desk personal are very kind and helpful. The one thing I'd switch is a more comfy cushions in the spaces. Specifically the one with the cuffs and cross. ❤️

I just went here for the first time after months of debating. I drove 70+ miles and my God was it worth it. I was afraid I was going to be wasting my money, but I went during Blackout Friday and felt like I was in heaven. I'm already planning my next trip. The whole thing, it was an experience and I felt like I truly belonged. The staff was kind and accommodating with my hearing disability. I spent money to get a premium room which I used to sleep and stay the night because no way was I driving back home after the night I had. Then I had even more fun in the morning but unfortunately, all good things must come to an end. What others said about the place is true, ot could use bit of an update. Some TLC will go a long way but overall, 10/10. EDIT: I went down again on May 3rd and like before, had the time of my life. Planning to go again within the next 3 weeks and will continue to do so for as long as live. The Flex is everything I'm looking for and more. I lowered the rating by one star for a hiccup mostly on my part. I rented a locker and wasn't aware after your initial 8 hours are up (I thought the locker was included with the 24 hour day pass), you will be charged overtime which is $20 an hour. That's... insanely steep if you ask me. I think it would be a better business practice to just charge you for another 8 hours but hey, just because I learned the hard way doesnt mean you have to. So newcomers, please bring a watch to keep track of the time! It's insanely easy to just get lost in all the fun you're having! Other than that, amazing place and can't wait for my next visit! EDIT 2: This will be my last edit. I recently went down for Blackout Friday. This was my 4th time visiting and like before, I had the time of my life. Everything went as it should have unlike on my 3rd visit. I went into overtime again due to a miscommunication error on upgrading to a room but thankfully, the Owner was helpful and understanding in resolving the issue. I was afraid it was going to be my last time visiting flex, but thanks to the Owner, I will keep coming back amd continue to do so for years to come. I truly love this place and can't wait for my next visit. Raised my rating back to 5 stars for excellent customer service. You earned it!

I’ve been going to Flex more often lately than usual to pass the hot summer afternoons. The staff is, and has always been, accommodating and friendly. The guys work hard to keep it clean. However The steam room could use a good deodorizer. I enjoy the relaxing nude pool vibe.

Just did the blackout Friday it was amazing time the only issue I said I would have is the gym needs to be closed around 11:00 p.m. when it starts no one uses it after them so it doesn't make any sense why I have it open we'll go back again on a Friday night another issue I would say the staff needs to have glow in the dark t-shirt so when they walk around people can get out their way

In December, my partner and I bought memberships and entrance fees. We went back the end of April and were told our membership expired in December. I tried to explain to the person. He said he couldn’t do anything, I would have to talk to the manager. He gave me the hours the manager was there. He was never there when I called. Left messages to have him call. No response. Looks like they just grabbed my money and won’t respond. Makes me wonder what kind of business they are running. It makes the competition look better.

Got Scammed… There is a sign on the window when you are paying to enter that says on weekend re-entry is not permitted between 8p and 4a. However, when I tried to step out at 5:30p they said I would not be allowed to come back without paying the full price again. The person at the front desk was extremely rude and hostile.

Fun to go to, but the shower needs to be cleaned more frequently, and I went in the pool for maybe 15 minutes on Tuesday and now I have a sinus infection, the pool is green. Love the Tuesday and Wednesday special for day time.

GOOD place good to passing good time then place is clean neat! If you easy going you will find that you looking for ;) . btw I”m not employed there but I have to recognize they has awesome customer service “Se habla español” this guys really good nice people be nice and leave a tip to employees :) THANKS

Had a great time steam room was fun but too hot every ones goes in for like 5 minutes then has to leave cuz you feel like you’re gonna pass out or over heat sucks cuz things gets interesting

I have been enjoying for years. Only negatives - I wish the old Maze room was still there, Steam room is too hot, music is too loud and wish it had more of a selection as far as type of music, and wish I could kiss and hug in jacuzzi.

I love this place. The dark room or play room, what ever it's called is too bright but otherwise I love it. There used to be a play room on the other side down the hall way. I miss that. I went to Flex this past weekend. Had a great time. But they really do need to do something about the lighting. The maze/dark room was way too bright. The big play room was so bright it was like my living room. I really like this place but they need to do something about the bright lights.

I went Dec 31 23 , paid for a year membership and a locker. The towel was a rag. They said it was all they had. There was only 25 people there. Yeah they had to put out the fire in the parking lot from shooting off fire works. I came back a week later I paid 28.00 for a locker . There was no record of me paying a years membership fee. There were several tvs stuck not playing any video. Again employees outside shootings off fireworks. All you have is a rag for a towel. So don't pay in cash. The picture is of the towel I got for the second time. Again maybe 26 people. This is all they had.

I've been here a couple of times. You never know who you're going to meet; I've had some amazing conversations, and always have a great time. There's plenty to do, whether it be sunbathing, chilling on the couch where people are always friendly, or the jacuzzi/sauna.

The staff was the standout. They were friendly and helpful and perceptive. Not as epic as the Flex in Cleveland but I like all the mirrored doors and clean with the right touch of sleaze. Certain parts were a bit too cold though

The steaming room isn't working , boomer . But the jacuzzi was nice and a little bit of sand in it . Pool was cool . To be the first time was quite a good time. very nice place , stuff very friendly .

They are slowly renovating this place, but it is old and a bit run down. Nice pool and hot tub. I arrived at 8 pm on a Tuesday night and there were about 8 people inside. The front desk was rude and had refused to tell me how busy it was. I should have figured out why...
