We purchased a hot tub 3 years ago and it's been broken more than it's been working. It seems like nobody cares that it's always broken because it takes forever to even get it fixed then breaks again shortly after. I will never buy a tub from them again.

From the moment we walked into the West Wichita Store, our experience was wonderful! Jamil took all the time in the world answering our questions and helped us find the spa and accessories that was right for us. Absolutely no pressure, or gimmicks. Our spa was delivered about a week and a half later - the installation crew was very friendly and most efficient, taking plenty of time to explain everything we needed to know about the care and maintenance and overall operation of our new spa. Flint Hills Spas and Pools definitely has a NEW, LOYAL customer!

Hot tub ended up slightly delayed from manufacturer. Initial communication with Flint Hills was unsatisfactory but a manager called and was very responsive. We are excited to see our new hot tub soon!

Needed some chemicals for my pool on a Saturday and my usual pool store was closed. Did a quick search online and found "Flint Hills Spas & Pools". Drove over and got just what I needed. Friendly staff and good prices. I believe i will be going back there when I need something.

Long read but worth it. I've been going to Flint Hills for I believe about 1.5 years. In the beginning the service was nice. This was when I didn't know a whole lot about the inner workings of my hottub. The sales/ tech helped me learn along with Google. Very quickly I became a natural DIYer. I would use the multimeter to test the wires, pressure switch, capacitor, and circuit board etc. Most of this I learned on Google. Before all this learning, I bought a pressure switch and was told it is supposed to last 5+years. It lasted about 1 year. I commuicated some electrical issues i was having and before i was really able to express everything, i was told i needed to replace the topside. I replaced it and it worked for 3 days. Since then I had chris come out to listen to a loud pump. He tested it and said it needed replaced. He said he was going to order the newer version pump that was more efficient with moving water etc. I found the old version (same as I had) online. He quoted me a price and I thought for the newer version that would be fine. Three weeks later he comes out to install the pump and it's the old version. I get some excuse that's it's just as good and with this one he wouldn't have to change the brackets. It was also $250 more. I wasn't happy. Not very long later I realized I needed to replace the pressure switch--yes again. Strange this is when I went in to purchase it, I was told that periodically they get bad pressure switches in. I thought that was strange. I've never been told that before. I get it home, and of course drain the hot tub again to install it. What do you know, it didn't work. I was told they didnt have any in stock and it was under warranty and he would order 1 in and it takes about a week. A week later I contacted him and he said jacuzzi had them in stock and would ship it out that weekend or being of next week. He would keep me posted. Ok. So another week goes by and no response. I wait a little longer and no repsonse. A few days later I call the store and it hasn't come in. That's all the info I got. Two days later I go into the store and was told for the first time that they were on back-order. How can that be when jacuzzi had 1 in stock that they were shipping????? I went to my new spa place and picked up a pressure switch for $11.00 cheaper and had great customer service. The next day I went back to Flint hills to get a refund on the pressure switch that was warranted. It took 3 people to figure out how to do a refund. There was no apology, nothing, for the switch issue. My new switch is working great from my new company and the new tech came out that evening to figure out my electrical issue that Flint hills did nothing about or even cared about. Their hotubs may be better priced, but they gouge you with parts. Once they learn you understand more of the hotub workings then they are done with you. Talking to my new spa business, I learned more about my hotub in 15 minutes than in a 1.5 years with Flint hills. People beware! There are better places out there. Plus what spa business doesn't have a box full of pressure switches setting around-especially if they are only lasting 1 year.

My husband and I decided we wanted to replace our 40 year old spa and started visiting different stores within our area. One of the places we wanted to visit was Flint Hills Spas and Pools. This was our third stop and we had bascially decided on the spa we wanted to purchase from someone else in Wichita. Our last stop for the day was Flint Hills and I have to say we had a fantastic experience. Debi was so knowledgeable about all of the spas they represent, the differences between them, discussed with us as to what our specific needs were and then recommended several spas for us to consider. We changed our mind and placed an order with Debi and we are so glad we did. My husband and I would highly recommend Flint Hills and can't wait to have our new spa delivered.

Thank you Nate for showing us the hot tub of our dreams….west Wichita store…..we got a great deal on a beautiful Jacuzzi hot tub..J-365. It was delivered on time and set up flawlessly….Josh was great and made sure the delivery and set up was perfect. He went over everything we needed to know for us to get going as first time hot tubbers. It came with steps and an awesome cover. He made sure it looked good and everything worked before he left. We enjoyed our first evening in our tub and it was absolutely amazing. Thank you Flint Hill Spas… for a wonderful experience and we look forward to seeing you all again!

We stopped here shopping for a hot tub. Our salesman, Dave, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. There was zero pressure as we looked around and he answered all of our questions. The delivery and set up was also a pleasant experience. We recommend this store if you are shopping for a hot tub! We have been enjoying our hot tub every night!

Recently purchased a hot tub through Flint HIlls Spas and Pools and the experience was FULL SERVICE. They assisted us from the planning of the concrete pad completely through the installation and set up. Everyone we worked with has been responsive, knowledgeable and professional. We ordered our Seven Seas Spa at the end of October and it was delivered right when they said it would be. They were so prompt and professional with our delivery day and when we had to adjust the set-up time everyone was very accommodating and we were able to use it before Christmas! So happy with the service (and price with specials) we received through the whole process!
