If you’re in the market for a quality spa, friendly support, and outstanding service, then look no further than Flint Hills Spas! These days it's rare to receive exactly what you're promised, so when it happens, it’s worth talking about. Since April 2024, when their professional crew came to deliver and set up our spa, every encounter has exceeded my expectations. The spa is easy to care for, (much easier than a pool), and we received education and advice that has made caring for the spa a “no brainer”. I’m a very picky shopper, and Debi has answered all my questions, starting with the purchase process. Pricing was very competitive, and the product we chose is excellent. One very important selling point for me was the quality and size of their service department. Most of the other retailers that I spoke with had ‘a guy’ that covered a large territory, but Flint Hills has several well-trained, knowledgeable, and dedicated technicians, and I’ve been thoroughly impressed with both the professionalism and timeliness when I’ve wanted help. That said, there have been no problems with our spa, but had them out to move the spa for me a couple of months ago. Do yourself a favor and choose Flint Hills Spas.

Our experience with Flint Hills Spas has been excellent. From Debi doing a good job of helping us pick out our EP-15 Pool Spa, to Jamil and his crew getting everything lined up, to the delivery crew getting it put in place, and for Joshua helping us get all of the operating controls figured out, chemicals figured out, and helping us get things stabilized. Debi helped us make wise choices so that we can safely enter and exit the Poolspa via an appropriate set of steps, as well as cover and cover supports that help my wife be able to do everything needed to enjoy the pools without assistance. The Set Up and Start Up Support from Joshua and the Crew has been EXCELLENT. It is one of THE biggest reasons we went with Flint Hills Spas after shopping around. This is our very first Poolspa. We've never owned a pool or a hot tub, so we were total beginners. And Joshua and the Flint Hills Spa crew has done an excellent job of getting us set up and started. The next biggest reason is that comparing apples to apples and oranges to oranges, Flint Hills Spas was a much better price than any of the comparable reputable suppliers. Their pricing was also competitive with the cut-rate suppliers, but with superlative customer service and start up support. And by going with Flint Hills Spas, we have avoided the worry of having equipment or chemical issues and finding out that our supplier has gone out of business or left the country, leaving us high and dry. We'd definitely buy from them again, and we certainly plan on using them for any maintenance and repairs needed as well as consumable supplies. While we were purchasing our supplies, one of their customers who owns a comparable poolspa he'd purchased as a Floor Model from Flint Hills came in for some supplies. He graciously answered a number of my questions in a very stratighforward and blunt manner. He's had his for a while, and without a qualm one, said he'd buy from them again, and told us that they'd take care of us as good as they'd taken care of him. During our conversation, he verified a number of factoids that I'd asked Debi the Sales Lady questions about, and his answers were in line with hers, without him knowing what her answers had been. Getting that independent verification from a fellow customer made us much more confident in our purchase. As it's turned out, his confidence in Flint Hills Spas hasn't been misplaced, and neither has ours.

This a great place to get your hot tubs ans chemicals. They are awesome in explaining and teaching about chemicals. They have amazing deals as well.
