I've seen crystal for years at flirty lash. Within the last year, new ownership took over. The new owner Shelby repeadly harasses the clients via text and Facebook messanger. This use to be a great place to go and take a nice "lash nap" while getting pampered. Sadly this has changed. Policies are not consistent, the atmosphere feels unwelcoming, and the owner makes you feel like you owe her something for nothing. She claims to have contracts holding you accountable for membership fees once you cancel your services, this is not true for my situation. credit card is charged for different amount than what is disclosed. Dont get me wrong, the lash artists are phenomenal, but ownership and their tactics have made it to where I will not be returning. Do yourself a favor stay clear of this place.

I've been wanting to try lash extensions for a long time and I am so happy I finally went to Flirty Lashes after hearing great things about their qualify of professional staff. Everyone is so nice and very knowledgable. The atheseticians offer services other than lashes, too, which I am going to check out next. LOVE MY FLIRTY LASHES!

LOVE my lashes!!! Pan did them this morning and I couldn’t be happier!!! They are full and delicious!! I got the Volume set and wow did I get volume! She was so sweet and professional. She took the time to ask me exactly what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable. The salon is super cute inside and I love the sparkly unicorn in the front. The price is great too! Would highly recommend!! I know I’ll be a regular from here on out! Thank you Pan and Flirty lash!

Fawn is amazing and very professional. She made my lashes look awesome. However, the store managers Michelle and Kaleya are very unprofessional and rude. I had a lash fill appointment scheduled with Kaleya weeks in advance before my sister’s bridal shower and she called and cancelled on me a day or two before. At this time I was paying for a membership to only get my lashes done by a master lash artist. She rescheduled me with an inexperienced lash artist who was a basic lash artist and would not try to fit me in another time. I got them done, the other lash artist burned my eye terribly, pulled my eyelashes out, and also did terrible on my lashes, there was no separation and they were not even whatsoever. I contacted the spa to let them know and they did nothing to fix it. I then asked to quit my membership effective immediately and they confirmed. The next month I was charged $120 dollars for a service I had cancelled and I tried to contact the salon to get my money back. They would not give me it back even after I emailed them asking for legal documents I signed saying I would be billed one month after my membership ends and they never got back to me. I had to get my bank involved. My bank found they found that they committed fraud so my bank gave me my money back and blocked them from my account. Overall a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I got into lashes a few months back and I have been to 3 places total. This is by far the best one. I Always see Crystal and I am happy with my retention, style and over all service. If you're looking for a lash artist, this Is the place!

Sara stayed late to do a full set for me!! She did an amazing job and added that little extra bit of femininity I was needing after training Jiu Jitsu for 14 years and not really getting to be a “girl”, lashes was just the little touch to make me remember what feeling like a feminine woman is!! She was so sweet and did exactly what I asked!! Cat eyes and not too thick!! They are perfect!! I live an hour away and I’m so pleased with Sarah‘s work that I bought a membership and will make a day of it every two weeks! Thank you so much!!! 🥰

Omg worse experience ever! The place is not clean does not look like a professional business. Paid for a full set plus 3x volume looks like I barley have volume. Paid for eyebrows wax they look so bad! I would not recommend this place. Not happy with the quality of work Pat a little more to an experience place instead it be way better!

after an incident with a missed appointment on their part the manager and owner both called me to apologize for what had happened. They hooked it up and the gal who did my lashes was super sweet and allowed me to take a nap. This was nice considering I work jobs currently. Will be back!

A few weeks ago I went in to have a facial with Tracy. It was amazing, it was so relaxing I didn't want it to end, I never felt my face and neck feel so clean! One of my main concerns with my skin was the dryness, she suggested a chemical peel. Within a couple weeks after the peel my face felt smoother and looked more radiant. I wish I had done this years ago. I plan to schedule with her once a month. Yesterday, I had my eyebrows microbladed with Nieko he was amazing !! I have good eyebrows, but I have a few spots on my brows that hair doesn't grow back on probably from all the years I pluck them. So I had him fill in those areas sharpen up the look and my arch making them look more cleaner yet still keeping the natural look. I literally can't stop staring at them, I'm in love with my brows. I couldn't be happier. Overall, Flirtylash has professional and experienced staff I would recommend to anyone!! Thanks 😘😘

Bailey does my nails and she’s always a sweet pea even though I’m indecisive and not adventurous. She gets me outside of my comfort zone and always sends me away with nails that get lots of compliments. The staff are all friendly and the vibe in the salon is very laid back and inviting. Tracy’s reiki treatment is a must as well! Love me some flirty lash.

Ever since the new owner Monica purchased the salon, the whole place completely changed. They have the friendliest staff and the most experienced techs. They also have the most competitive prices! I get my lashes done by Neiko and I LOVVVEEEEEEEE them every time! I work as a receptionist in a busy busy animal hospital and I have at least 2 or more people comment my lashes every day! I recommend Flirty Lashes to every single person who compliments me and I tell them I wouldnt go anywhere else! I had my lashes done once previously and I wasnt very impressed and that I wanted for them to all fall off and I thought Id never get them done again but I found Neiko by accident on instagram and loved his work so I made an appointment and I will never to anywhere else! I have seen Megan and Dani as well at Flirty Lash and I love their work too. I am never disappointed or unsatisfied. The environment is so amazing, with relaxing music and nice smells that makes my lash naps even better. 1000000x would recommend

I get my nails done from Bailey at flirty lash and they are always exceptionally beautiful! I have been going to bailey for over 2 years now and can't imagine having another nail artist. I get my eyelash extensions done by their master tech, Megan, who truly give flawless lash results EVERY time! her work is clean, precise, and gorgeous. I have recently started Raiki with their master raiki therapist Tracey, and I can't out into words how calm, happy, and peaceful I feel every time Tracey is through with me. This salon is such a wonderful place to pamper and take care of yourself. The owner Monicka is SO sweet and treats her staff AND clients like family.

I got my very first set of lashes done by Megan today and I couldnt be more happy, she was amazing and I absolutely love my lashes!!!! I got there feeling hopeless about my eyebrows ever looking good. By the time it was all done I couldn't believe how amazing of a job Nicko did! I feel so beautiful! Truly a miracle worker! He walked me through every single step of the process ensuring that no pressure was being put on me and that I had several options before going through with microblading. This made me feel safe and confident that everything was going to be ok, after all it's my face that was to be worked on. I'm so grateful, this is truly skilled art! No make up at all is in this before and after picture. Literally took one picture the day before and then in the parking lot after I left.

I had my lashes done by Megan the day before my Maui trip started. 10 days of swimming and snorkeling and my lashes still look like day 1!! I used to hate getting lashes because it can take 2-3 hours on average, I was done in less than 2- Megan is awesome and very talented. Her work is quality and you can trust in her workmanship.

I love the staff, they’re fantastic friendly kind. I’m having the issue the lashes that don’t stay, and not being fuller and thicker, I have tried volume, 3D, 6d, and 10ds I have had to go back with in 3 days because they just fall out.staff was fantastic they got me and fixed the issue however they did not stay on and now I have numbs for eye lashes. I have done everything they tell me don’t get Them wet for 24 hours, wash every other day wash everyday, I have used and tried everything they said, the bond mascara the black mascara the cleaning brush the make pads the soap. And still nothing.. Don’t get me wrong they felt great on, did not feel heavy, did not hurt, could take a nap or have a really great conversation with the techs. Maybe the glue hates me! They have great specials and I always do extras to get close to what I’m looking for but still looking for full thick lashes and something that will stay. I did have these done before in Boise and they would stay with a little fill and they where fuller and thicker. It’s not like I don’t know how to care for them. It seems like it works great here for others maybe it’s just me with glue. But I totally love the staff, and how gentle they are.

I walked in and was standing for about 15 mins because the staff was attending to another client. It was my turn and the first thing the staff asked was if i have an appointment with them. Lack courtesy and did not acknowledge the other clients waiting in line. Lack of simple courtesy. I made this known to her and she just kept on asking what i wanted done. I just walked out.

I've been getting my lashes done in Carson City for a couple of years. I tried Flirty lash in Reno because I saw such amazing lashes on social media and I was referred to Tracy by my friend Nicole. I can't believe the quality!! My lashes look great ALL of the time- thanks to Thier membership plans! I live over an hour away and it's COMPLETELY worth it.
