I came across Flo Beauty on IG and loved her her work. My first appointment was perfect! I had a few questions before coming in and Sydney quickly responded. I accidentally booked the wrong time and she adjusted with no issues. Her salon is very chic and clean. She was professional and knowledgeable and I absolutely LOVE LOVE my hair! I have been to a few other stylist since recently moving to Charlotte who were fine but Sydney/Flo Bar met and exceeded my expectations for what I am looking for, for my hair care journey! 🫶🏾

I am so fortunate to have met, Sydney! My long search for a great stylist who not only cares about hair (both natural and extension) but also one who has a big heart for her clients has been brought to a complete stop! Sydney's patience with answering any questions or concerns I have had is amazing. Whether a text or phone call, she answers swiftly. I am still amazed at the blendability and versatility of my extensions with my natural hair. I have very tight curls naturally, but I literally can go a whole week with adding little to no heat on my hair. Even if I get a little moisture and my hair swells, the blendability is 💯. Definitely recommend!!!!!! From day one (my consultation) my experience with Sydney has been amazing. From the texture match to the color....she did that! Also she gives off GREAT energy and this is important to me when choosing a hairstylist. She is punctual and knows her stuff. The service I received was Microlinks which I was super nervous about due to a failed a previous install. Guys she nailed it hands down. Not to mention that she was quick, by the time I looked in the mirror the 2nd time she was done. Yes it was like that. It hasn't even been 24 hours yet since my install and I've lost count on how many compliments I received. Already have my next appointment booked. Consider yourself in for a treat when you book Sydney!!!!

I have been to many salons in my lifetime. There are many talented stylists who are good at their craft, but it's a rare occasion when you come upon someone who is gifted and do it with such love and passion. Sydney is that rare gem! She pays great attention to detail, loves what she does, and aims for perfection. She is so kind and gentle with her clients. I was amazed!! Love her! Love her work! I will definitely be back.

Sydney is truly the best! She came to the rescue & installed micro links for my daughter after her stylist cancelled last minute on her birthday. My daughters hair looked fab! She also raved about her friendliness & professionalism which led me to schedule an appointment. So glad I did! She is a jewel! Her salon is clean, chic and she provides one to one service. We encountered a disappointment with the quality/texture of the extensions initially used for my install but Sydney recognized the issue and corrected it. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does and wants customers to be happy & Flo w/ beauty!! I can’t wait till my next appointment! Highly recommend!

I needed a closure repair immediately and the original stylist was not available to do it. I stumbled upon Flo Beauty Bar and asked Sydney if she would be willing to fix my closure last minute. She was so sweet and willing to help. She didn’t even charge me much at all. Not only did she repair the closure better than it was originally installed, but she styled my hair as well. She was patient, kind and quick. I really enjoyed my experience, the ambiance was pretty relaxing and visually appeasing. Great conversation and I walked out of the salon feeling more confident than when I first walked in. Thanks again Sydney!

Sydney is an amazing stylist. I absolutely Love my micro links. Super natural look and low maintenance. Sydney is very knowledgeable and only uses vegan products. She is a one woman show so you receive one-on-one service at all times with no interruptions from other stylists or their clients. Sydney is super sweet and humble.
