I love this spa! Everyone is very helpful and nice. I’ve gone several times for prenatal massages with Vanessa, and she had been the absolute best. I always leave feeling great and relaxed. She has helped me get through all the discomfort of pregnancy. She is very accommodating and takes such great care of her clients. Highly recommend this spa and Vanessa!

MUST GO! Facials: the esthetician is so good and she checks in with you at each point to see if the temp of the towel is too hot or if your claustrophobic before she puts it on you and your skin leaves glowing. Massage: Lizette is the best masseuse I’ve ever had. It’s not just a massage she stretches you too. I have never felt so amazing and relaxed. I have very tense muscles and she really got deep in there. I’m putting her on speed dial. And the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. And it is so pretty and clean. Most affordable spa experience ive ever had. Totally worth it. Won’t go anywhere else.

It's good to know the VA offers this treatment as one of the many options for pain-related issues. I have done everything short of surgery for my issues. The staff and their services here are second to none. Paula has been my primary therapist, and Lili on a couple occasions. They have been phenomenal in their work. Friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable of my concerns. The atmosphere makes all the day's stresses melt away. I hope to continue my treatment here as long as I can.

The ladies at Float and Calm Spa are in my opinion the best masseuse in town. If you have an injury and or experiencing pain, go there. You'll not be sorry. BEST IN TOWN. I promise you... it's worth the price to feel painless.

As a disabled veteran this place was randomly supplied to me by the VA. The full body stretching massage is where it's at! Puts any chiropractor to shame.

Float tanks are supposed to be pitch black and room temperature. Their float tank is only about 90% dark, you can see light coming in through the tank door and there are 3 small lights inside that won't turn off when you press the lights off button. The water is also warmer than body temperature. I'm leaving 2 stars because last year I got a massage that was good but idk if the massues even still works there.

I was very nervous going into this. I’m always uncomfortable being alone with almost anyone in today’s climate. However, Paula made me extremely comfortable. She was very professional, and adhered to all my preferences. I didn’t have to correct her in regard to anything concerning my massage. I have more sessions and looking forward to every one of them!

Wife and I floated for the first time together. So relaxing we both fell asleep, which in any other circumstances could have been dangerous. Lol The facility was clean and everyone was welcoming and open to answering all the crazy questions I had. Will try and book some massages asap. Floating was a relaxing experience that anyone should try… but here! Be back soon

Been coming here many times.I got an appointment today but got sick.I called them to see if i can reschedule and they said i needed to pay again.I understand if it’s a non emergency thing but things come up and if your customers got sick you should be more understandable rather than asking them to pay again.Very bad customer service.Will not be coming ever again.

I left this establishment with a bad taste in my mouth. When I first came in, I was greeted by Amanda who ended up being my esthetician at the front desk (11:15am). Being a first-time client, I imagined a more welcoming atmosphere consisting of building a direct connection between customers and the business. My experience was quite the opposite, she was quite rude and questioned me as to why I booked the specific facial that I wanted. This could have been a great opportunity for this staff member to educate the client, explain the process and expectations or answer any questions. Nonetheless, that was never presented. The service felt quite rushed with a lack of communication and a bothered attitude. She never took the time to provide and explain the “assessment to determine which chemical solution was best for my skin,” as it’s mentioned on their website. Once inside the spa room, Amanda alerted me “the Chemical Peel Facial will not take an hour,” which came as a shock as the website states otherwise. Essentially, my experience was unpleasant, inadequate and misleading. Regardless of the poor customer service, lack of communication and work ethic, I still decided to leave a $20 gratuity. I figured she needed it more than I did. This business along with Amanda failed to meet expectations. Certainly, not coming back.

Let me say i really wanted to love this place. I get massages often and am very into self care, meditation etc... The customer service was medicocre at best... i didnt get offered any drinks the people on the reviews say they received. The ladies at the front look bored I wouldn't say it felt welcoming but I mean that part is fine. The tanks STINK like old wet stink towel. The place is nice and all but jesus the smell is so bad. I dont understand how none of the reviews mention that, maybe most people are okay with the smell. I tried to relax and meditate but I couldn't because the smell was so strong. They need some dehumidifiers in there or something because as soon as you step in the rooms with the tanks they smell so bad. I left in the middle of my session I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Even the tanks at the corner you can see like some brown on it idk if it is rust or what. I came here because of the excellent reviews and if anyone is okay with that humid stink smell then you should be fine but it was a terrible experience for me.

Excellent place to decompress, reduce stress, calming, focusing. My wife and I were given a choice of beverage before we started. Great atmosphere, the girl on duty was very poliet and professional and through. We experienced the big couples pod for an hour. Highly recommend. We went at 6pm and still felt calm and a floating sensation all night. We will go back.

Highly recommend, Went here last weekend due to aches for over exercising, and got the 2 hour deep tissue massage, best experience! After 3 days my body feels really relaxed and strong again! 100/10 would come here again.

I was referred to the float spa by one do the other service members in my military unit! It was definitely a relaxing experience and I was treated very nice from the moment I walked in the door! I highly recommend this place is you like the spa experience, I will definitely be back again for another session!

I was visiting from Los Angeles and I found this beautiful location on Yelp! They were able to squeeze me in on a Sunday (two days before I returned to L.A) the setup reminded me alot of the L.A high end spa's, from the luxe robe, slippers and vanity to utilize when the massage is over. Oh my goodness, this massage was special to me as I went in during a sensitive time in my life and was FINALLY able to lay face down for my last minute two hour requested massage. I cannot recall my girl who gave me the massage but it was above and beyond! Such a gradual , perfectly timed massage (I even fell asleep 😴) I could hear myself but it was too good to even wake up and this was a deep tissue massage. The women there made me feel safe and had such beautiful words of affirmation to share with me. Float and Calm lives up to its name! 10 out of 10 would recommend ! What a hidden gem 💎 Thank you all for the love and the best massage ever ❤️

I’m at a loss for words as to how it felt like being inside of the floating tank at this place! I lost sense of the present for two whole hours and became one with myself and came back feeling totally relaxed! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is stressed out often as this is so calming! By the way, Amanda (I do believe that’s her name) did a superb job of walking me though how everything worked inside of the tank as well as made sure that I was ready to relax by providing a robe and some slippers while also answering any questions that I had with the intake form! I can’t wait to be back for another round of flotation in the future! 🤩
