Floating is my new obsession. Every time I go the staff is always wonderful and ensure I enjoy the experience from start to finish. I now have tried all the services. I love the salt cave with the vibration mat and synchronized soundtracks. During my most recent visit Jacqueline and Johnathan were particularly awesome. When my float in room 8 was not to the level I have experienced in the past, they quickly responded and got me in room 5. I highly recommend closing the float pod, turn off the lights and do nothing but float in the darkness!

It was a very relaxed atmosphere. I loved my massage. They have a nice selection of natural remedies sensory and relaxation products.

My experience at Float Wellness Spa San Antonio was amazing. My therapist was Davie Sendejo. I saw her twice, both timed were 60 minute deep tissue massages. They were both amazing, and Davie made me feel comfortable during the massages. She does not have an issue with really getting deep into the muscle tissue. I have several deep tissue massages that the therapist seemed scared to really dig in at other businesses. I am wanting to try the Ashiatsu massage, and float therapy next. I would recommend this place to anyone. "Five Golden Stars"

I can't begin to explain how great this place is. I went in for the first time on Veterans Day for a float that my wife purchased for me. I had heard about them before but never really investigated them. When I went in I didn't know what to expect. The staff were extremely nice and explained all the services they provide. After my float I was informed about the Veterans Float program. This program is for veterans who have a disability rating and meet some other criteria. It provides ten floats at no charge and all you have to do is provide feedback to the researcher listed in the packet that you receive. As a veteran with PTSD, I have found that the floats helped immensely with my anxiety. Floating in a warm salt bath in a pod without lights or sound helped me focus on relaxation exercises that I couldn't master before. If you are a veteran with disabilities I highly recommend you reach out to them and see if you qualify for the program.

I love FLOAT!! The staff do an amazing job making you feel like you are right at home. The float tanks are clean and well maintained. I always enjoy my services, definitely give FLOAT a try!!

I was calling to inquire about booking a spa day for my wife. someone picked up the phone, I could hear a ongoing conversation in the background, female voice and then hung up on me.. when I called back someone by the name of Jacqueline answered the phone when I told her what happened. She completely ignored my concern. Not cool, this is not how you earn someone’s business.

I went my first time on a gift card, I was so happy with the service I got I decided to book again. My experience was amazing but if you book and need to cancel if its past an hour you are charged a cancelation fee. For example, I call and book at 1 pm and call at 2 pm same day to cancel your charged automatically. I know things happen and if a client abuses it then it's understood for the cancelation fee but I never have canceled and it's not fair after an hour to be penalized. I will be looking for another place. Then they took it from my gift card which was sold to me for $69 but claim to charge half is not 45 dollars which I was charged and asked them to explain they stated the fee for a massage is $89 not $69 then why am I paying for a $69 massage but being penalized for $89. They are just ripping off the customer. They honestly don't care about customer service The manager then reaches out to me and offered to refund the fee if I remove the rating. I agreed to but then it’s not fair that others are not aware of the rude customer service provided and they truly don’t care about their clients look at the response they give them. The post was originally removed because I felt they were trying to rectify the issues but once removed they never or intended to refund it. I have screenshots showing this as prof if needed. The rate was 69 for the massage but they charged a fee of 89. People will definitely see the review and see how you not only lie about issuing me a credit but lie that I asked you for it. It was you who asked if I removed it I would be given a refund

I would give this location six stars if I could--the place is always well kept and clean. The massage chairs in the lounge area are amazing after a float. All the staff is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Float and will be coming back each time I'm in San Antonio!

This place was surprise hit for me. As an eligible veteran I took advantage of their Warrior Wellness Program and it has led me to a new avenue for relaxation and practiced calm, that I never would have considered otherwise. The place is decorated well, is calming, clean, and has really great staff that go out of their way to discuss your wellness and make you feel comfortable with this gem of a place. I look forward to returning often and am grateful to have found Float Wellness Spa.

So this was my first professional massage and it was so amazing from just walking into the door to being shown so much kindness and love. When u first walk in u can just feel the love and positive energy in this place: I had never felt so at peace with a outside place. Justin was my masseus and he did a incredible job his hand were soft and the pressure was firm and great id happily come back here in a heart beat I got a 60 minute massage and it was worth every penny the smells and the room was unbelievable and it keeps u calm and at peace and I just loved the whole place thank you Justin for and amazing job I will be back

What an amazing experience! I tried the salt room and it was so relaxing. Not to mention the staff who are so lovely and welcoming. Jacquie and Jon have been such a great help to my husband who goes for the float session. I highly recommend Float SA. You are going to want to go back for more.

Everyone here is super friendly, I ended up doing a float and sat in the salt room for a while, and I left feeling so rejuvenated. They also have some really cute stuff in the lobby. Ended up getting some much-needed essential oils. Will definitely be back.

I’m currently pregnant and I love using the salt cave and the single float pod. I always leave feeling relaxed and stress free. Amber is my favorite. She’s always so accommodating and takes the time to explain everything! Definitely check them out if you’re looking for a fun way to relax.

Okay, it’s definitely one thing to take a tour of float and be super impressed with the vibe of the place and another to feel crappy from chronic back and sciatica pain and go to float for a massage and walk out feeling so rejuvenated. I could FEEL Float’s healing energy. All the little details like the art, and the lounge with the coloring books, the refreshments, the music and colors, the fabrics and reading nooks, etc. all made as much of an impact as the big things like the floating and massages, salt caves, customer service and more. Float is the TRUE whole package! From start to finish my experiences couldn’t have possibly gone any better. All of the employees are super amazing people. Trae spoke to me about my massage and all of my other 1001 questions. She has the patience of a saint! Dolores spoke to me about ashiatsu and floating and Olivia who performed the massage was super sweet and understanding about my bashfulness because it was my first ever massage. I felt completely at ease knowing I was in really good hands…. literally! Lol! It really is sooooo relaxing and cozy and atmospheric and healing and just perfect. There’s way too many things to name but as I was going through the process, I was like man….they have reallllllly thought of everything. It’s one of those rare instances when you realize you’re at a place where you can see and feel how much thought was put into every inch of it. It really feels like such an amazing haven. Highest of recommendations!

I just had the best experience here. Me and my boyfriend did a 1 hour float session and it was all the relaxation we needed. I left feeling less anxious and more at ease. Amber was also super accommodating and sweet. 5 star service! Highly recommend!

Simply wonderful! SIX stars! Multi-year client, I first came for a float and later tried their massages, infrared, pandora star. The masseuses here are incredible and played a big part in helping with my health, including post surgery. From the front desk to every person you meet, the service is top notch. The ambiance and decor is so soothing, you start relaxing the moment you walk in. Highly recommend!

The staff at FLOAT are all amazing. I moved back to San Antonio 9 months ago and found their location by pure synchronicity a week after returning. Got a great tour of the location at the time. Life got busy but the opportunity remained present. Finally came in for a first float and was guided gently and kindly through the process in what was an amazing experience. Their float tanks worked with even my extra-dense body that has trouble floating in ocean water, leaving me in a dissociative state perfect for deep rumination. The hour float is a great time-frame for working through any kind of mental issue and find clarity. I can see its potential for achieving higher states of consciousness such as OOBEs and chakra activation as well. I purchased a membership and will be returning regularly.

Very relaxed environment. The floating pods are amazing and you can feel the stress melt right off of you as you enter the water. Highly recommend you give it a try; you won’t be disappointed.
