The float Spa experience was indescribable. I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. The place is clean, and the customer service is excellent. It is truly a therapeutic, self-care experience. I recommend it to anyone who’s interested. I want to keep going! I enjoyed every moment!

This was an incredible experience! Super clean & new spa, peaceful & beautiful! The suite & pod was immaculate. I did an aromatherapy float & was soooooo glad I did! Phil was a gentle & pleasant guide! The lighting in the float pod was EVERYTHING! I loved it!!! I was in full relaxation mode with my eyes closed when I realized the lights were off (completely a part of the experience) so it was no big deal. I haven’t felt this free & weightless in a dark watery space since I was in my mother’s womb in 88!!! The nap I am headed to have! Def plan to come back between hairstyles! lol

After all the rave reviews, I expected a spectacular experience. It was far from that. I'm not sure if this is normal, but the cleanliness of the tanks was not up to par. I could hardly concentrate. I have another visit paid for, but will probably gift it to someone else. So sad.

Five freaking stars! I hope you get to interact with Phil, TOP NOTCH customer service. Kind, empathetic, and has a vibe that feels so soothing the moment you walk in. The facilities are QUALITY and they had day-of openings (which is often really hard to get for floats!!!) super nice float tubs, loved the sauna, showers in every room, and again, IMPECCABLE service, thanks Phil!!!! I was late to my appointment and they were so gracious in accommodating me since they had the space that day and I got to do my full sauna and 90 min float. Much love!

Floatus Salt in Laurel, MD, is a hidden gem! The ambiance is serene, and the salt therapy sessions are incredibly rejuvenating. I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The manager is kind and thoughtful, he went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed. His attention to detail and genuine passion for wellness truly set this place apart. Highly recommend! Would love to see in the future: Offer guests the option to purchase caps for their hair.

Awesome place to relax! The float session was amazing and they walk you through every step to make sure you’re comfortable. You can play your own music/meditations for the first 10 min and then the room gets black. However you have the option to turn lights back on. I turned the starry sky back on half way thru and loved it but turned it off soon as the complete darkness helped my relaxation most. I was very at home and was surprised by the “little things” that made a huge impact, including providing headrests, robes, lotion, blow dryers, water, coffee, tea and snacks. I didn’t eat or drink much before coming so being able to rehydrate without having to go somewhere else was great. I tried the PMF acoustic therapy as well and loved it! I will definitely be getting a membership and coming back on a consistent basis!

With this being my very first salt water float experience my expectations were met! The young woman at the front desk, Sierra, greeted me promptly for my early morning appointment. She gave me a tour of the location, and was extremely professional and personable. The location, to include the individual float rooms were immaculate in their cleanliness. There is water and snacks for guest to enjoy, or like myself, you could bring your own. I most definitely be patronizing this location again. Likely sooner than later.

Floatus is a great spa with amazing customer service and amenities. The salt floating rooms are the nicest I've ever seen, with options to change light setting and music. They are also a lot bigger than other floating rooms in the area. The saunas are awesome as well with custom light settings and the ability to watch TV, listen to music, or workout in the sauna. A la carte, the prices are fairly comparable with similar places, but I'd really recommend getting one of the "Founding Member" packages! Some of them work out so that you could do weekly spa sessions at a rate that works out to ~$30 per service (float, sauna, etc.), which is an UNHEARD of price in the DMV area for spa treatments. You can also schedule two services back-to-back if there's availability. I'm so glad to have found this place.

I enjoyed the amenities at this location. I went in to receive a tour but Phil has superior customer service and I tried all 3 services the same day! It was a self care Saturday that I did not know I needed but I’m so thankful. I will return again with a friend. Thanks again Phil for your amazing service.

An amazing experience! So clean and SO relaxing! Turn off your phone and let the world fade away with the peaceful ambiance of twinkling lights and music. I've never experienced my body floating like that. If you can't travel to the Mediterranean Sea, this is the next best thing!!!

First time floater and I will be back. This place was tranquil, clean and thoughtfully laid out. Each room has its own shower with complimentary toiletries, a place to sit your phone and listen to music during your float. My only recommendation is to leave anything you don't need in the car since it will be covered in salt if it is in the room. Great experience.

If I could, I would give it a 10 star rating. It was an Amazing experience that begin from when I walked through the front door. The atmosphere was welcoming; the staff that I encountered were helpful, kind, knowlegable about the services that they offer. I did the salt water float with the lavender aromatheraphy. Self-care is one of the best things that we can do for ourselves; it left me: "Refreshed,Relaxed, Rejuvinated." I would definetly reccomend splurging on yourself, it is well worth it. I received a 30 min. complimentary Acoustic Theraphy after the float tank experience. #self-care is valuable... Alesia

I absolutely love this! I think it’s good for couples or a solo date .
