Dani, the owner of the shop has been very sweet to me when I have needed it the most. I am new to the area and just haven't had the best of luck with people. I really thank her so much for being a kind spirit and getting my hair right.

They are great braiders really quick and efficient. I just hesitate getting them to remove braids because they will cut your hair out. That being said go to them for any braid style length etc. They will get you in and out same day. They are friendly and responsive to calls to book appointments.

Flora was on time professional and gifted in braiding hair. She is a kind woman. She does everything within reason to satisfy her customers. She braided my hair and barely took a break. I think she took about a 2 to 3 minute break to drink something. Otherwise it was all about my hair. Every time I come there it's always a pleasant experience.

I made appointment and when I get there the girl tell me she can’t do my hair until 2 when I made appointment for 8:30 this happened more then 2 times I will not be going back

Very disappointed I asked previously if they were able to tuck my dreads in the braid smh. They said yes and they told me $165 on the phone but they didn’t even braid neatly let alone hide my dreads and charged me extra for it. I’m never going back. I’m going on vacation and have to spend another $200 before I go. Beside that, they had a baby crawling all over the floor and up under the clients, the shop itself was just filthy and to top it off my braider was giving off some bad BO smh just save your money go with someone else.

Came for braids to start locs. Price was agreed to prior to starting hair based off of picture. Sizes were all different and a lot bigger than what she said she could do for the set amount. Edges were really small and the top and middle were just huge. I showed her the grid I wanted before starting and she did what she wanted. When I went back to show her that it was wrong she said they don’t braid like that. Why couldn’t she have said that before I wasted my money? Flora is no help either and they will argue you down that they are right. Don’t waste your time or money. Building is falling apart and dirty as well.

My appointment was at 8:30am, last Saturday, my braider arrived late which put back my other appointments, and my braids are already so lose that I had to cut and take one out. They have barely lasted for a week. Horrible service for a super high price. Never again. (Edit, second picture is the next day after review. Thought I could wait until the end of the week to take these out but I will be taking these out today)

Horrible service. Paid $160 for box braids and a week later they are coming out! I reached out to Flora who was very rude and told me that I couldn’t be reimbursed and told me I had to come in that day to get it fixed.
