had an absolutely horrible experience at this salon. I booked an appointment for a spa pedicure and requested a manicure polish upon arrival. To my shock, the technicians lacked basic skills and couldn’t even do an ombré design, which was extremely surprising. Despite this, I proceeded with my services. I had a slightly chipped toenail, and the technician assured me she could fix it. However, midway through the pedicure, she suddenly claimed she couldn’t do it and asked her coworker for help. Her coworker refused, saying she didn’t have time. Then, the technician turned around and accused me of never asking for the repair in the first place—even though we had an entire conversation about it! She was incredibly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. With no manager on duty to address the situation, I decided to leave. That’s when she tried to charge me $35—just for soaking my foot in water and removing the callus from one foot! This place is a complete scam. They wasted my time, cost me money, and made me miss an important event. The staff is inexperienced, unprofessional, and terrible at communication. Save yourself the frustration—you’re better off doing your own nails! I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I went with a friend who had paid for my manicure as a gift The lady was rude about me talking to my friend during my nails getting painted. After my friend had paid and tipped for both of our services, I still chose to tip the lady who did my nails in addition to what she had already gotten tipped from my friend paying. I handed the lady $5 cash and she said out loud “only $5?” in front of the entire salon. Extremely rude service and ungrateful for what ended up being an overtipped service.

It was fine. It felt like they kept trying to upcharge me for every tiny thing, which made the visit uncomfortable. The color selection was lacking and it was weird that they were all different prices. I got a pedicure, and when she finished, my big toe was kind of sloppy. I could tell she noticed, but didn’t say anything. Overall, not the best place. Felt pricey, but probably appropriate for the area. Probably won’t be back,

They overcured my gel nails and so they look all yellow rather than the pink I selected. They also were very rude to my friend. I paid for both of us, and tipped, but when she went to tip an additional 5$ the lady went “that’s all?” With a nasty look, despite having seen me pay

I always have a disappointing experience every time I come here. The past 2 times, I’ve called to make an appointment, and when I come in at my appt time, I’ve still had to wait upwards of 40 minutes. The place is also extremely unhygienic and dirty. Last time I went in, they weren’t able to drain the pedicure bowls so they were scooping it out with a cup… it’s disappointing because I really wanted to like this place since I live in the neighborhood. The prices they charge aren’t on par with the poor service they’re providing. I’ve started walking over into Brooklyn Heights for my nail services where I can get a great pedicure at a reasonable price!

I went in the night before I was headed to Europe because my right big toe nail cracked. I wanted her to fix the toe nail and she kept trying to cut it off rather than put a lay over on it. Not only that but she never took all the nail polish off, I had to tell her to. She only glued it after I asked her to actually put a top layer over it to protect it. I went to Euope and the toe nail cracked and I was in a wedding. She also didn’t do a good job in general.

If you’re a PCOS girlie like me, avoid this spot. They charged me $57 (!!) for chin, upper lip and brows but it was not a professional job. They do not have the chairs for threading, you are lying down so they don’t get a good angle. I told her to try waxing my chin but the wax was not hot at all and she blamed it not working on my hard hairs. It absolutely has worked fine for me in the past…if the wax is hot. Lastly I am just really tired of these places accusing me of shaving and acting like I’ve done something wrong to have thick and dark hair. I never leave reviews but I’m getting very tired of the treatment I receive at salons. Just please be more professional with your PCOS clients, please.

People were really nice but the lady painting my nails didn’t do a good job. Paint was all over the skin of my toes and kept having to point it out but I don’t know if she could see it or not but she said it was good. I wouldn’t mind if it was cheap but it was $68.

Visited because I had dinner plans nearby. My nail tech was very nice, but the gel nails came out quite disappointing — I expected them to look cleaner for $52 payed.

This is actually a really nice, simple neighborhood salon. The loveliest people work here- but the prices post COVID are substantially higher. $55 for a mani/ pedi in a non-spa in Brooklyn is a lot.

Doesn't have the high end vibe or frills that some salon/spa's try to make a name for, but the expertise of each staff member is evident when it comes to each service offered. It's also half the price as a place like M Spa across the street. Rita stands above the rest as one of the kindest, most talented in the business.

i had a bad french manicure and pedicure done here. the nail artist was kind and admitted that they weren’t good at french, she kept starting over and taking it off. finally she had someone else finish it, but that woman rushed it. disappointing experience! i wanted to like it

Don’t go here for pedicures. They clipped my cuticle and it started bleeding, they didn’t cut one of my nails entirely so I ended up with a painful ingrown nail, and the nail polish on my big toe rubbed off within 48 hours. Hands down, the worst experience I’ve had at a nail salon.

I was able to get an appt on short notice. The place, while not exactly spa-like, was very clean and had soothing spa music. My nail tech did a good job, was careful, patient and friendly. I just got the basic manicure and pedicure. Ideally it would have been nice to have them done at same time but they my manicure then pedicure, so it took a bit longer.

It was good. Quick and inexpensive. Customer service could’ve been a little better as soon as I tipped my professional, she totally forgot about me. I saw other technicians giving their clients back massage while they were drying their nails. That would’ve been nice.

Really great gel manicure — so quick and so well done and comfortable. I almost fell asleep because of how relaxed I was. Both Chen and Maya worked on me and I loved both of their service! Got a very simple color as I am starting my first professional job on Monday.

They are very racist they look at you the entire time of your service speaking in another language. Continue to tell you about prices as though if your black they feel you can’t afford it. The water was cold and did not do the normal bubbling like most places do pedicure . Would not recommend

This place is great. The nail techs are so meticulous - I actually don’t think I’ve ever experienced a tech spend so much time making sure every step of the process is done perfectly. And it works! Nail polish doesn’t stay on very well on me. I find that even shellac chip or peels pretty quickly on my nails but not here! Every time I’ve come (which is like ten times now) my nails have lasted chip free for three weeks or until I have to go get another mani because my nails have grown too much and it’s showing. They are cheaper than some other places in the neighborhood but the quality is better IMO. EDIT: ok I didn’t think this place could get any better. I was wrong! Everyone MUST go get a massage with David. It’s like he can read your mind and hits every sore part of your back without you saying a thing. He’s amazing.

Since I've been here several times for a mani/pedi that I was always really happy with, I decided to try an hour-long swedish massage. The room was pretty and clean, with soft music playing and low lights. Very comfortable and quiet. My massage therapist was Amy, who was incredible to work with. She's professional and a very talented therapist. She was intuitive and worked with the perfect pressure. I came out of the massage feeling relaxed and with my issues addressed. As far as massage in the neighborhood, this was a wonderful experience for a good price. I'll be back to see Amy soon.

They have a 5 minute dry polish that really does dry in 5 minutes! And it lasts for 3 weeks until you have to redo do it because your nails have grown too much. The spa pedicure is really nice and the massages are also great. They have a buy 5 get one free card which is nice.
