This is a very beautiful spa! Very clean and calming environment. Staff is sweet and looks like they have a lot of space! Looking forward to going back! Glad it’s so close to work!

After my first week of grad school I was tired and my legs hurt running around. I was able to come across Flow Day Spa. It was my first time at this establishment and I got a 60 minute massage. The space was clean and comfortable and David did a good job getting all the knots out. I will be back

Great location! Staff were super friendly and helpful. If you’re in the area, make a day of it as there are so many things around. I would highly recommend this spot for their full body massages (got one with my partner)! 10/10.

came here with my wife and we got a 90 minute foot combo where they massage your head and feet. felt amazing. 10/10 would recommend

GREAT value for money. for a body massage they ask where you want to focus, i gave two areas but they only focused on one. also other guests were often talking right on the other side of the curtain- not necessarily the spa’s fault but just something to be ready for, if it’s gonna affect your experience.

The best experience I had was a vacation-style massage that truly felt like a getaway. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed. The ambiance was so relaxing, and the massage itself was incredibly soothing, just like something you’d find at a luxury resort. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge!

The foot massage was pretty good, moved into the room for a back / body massage - things went horrible, employees talking the entire time we were getting the back massage, I got a scratch on my neck, I had to explain to him to stop it was hard because he didn’t speak English, and apparently the male masseuse made my girlfriend feel somewhat uncomfortable in the backroom, thankfully this particular masseuse was request by some other person who was late to their massage so my GF ended with a female masseuse. Would’ve been 4 stars if it was the foot massage only, really horrible non relaxing time.

So excited about Flow Spa coming to the neighborhood!! I just had an incredible massage by Kay!! The price for the quality is something you won’t find in this area.It was probably the best massage I’ve had and this is coming from someone that used to work in a spa. The space is clean, and the staff is friendly, 10/10!!
