I was so lucky to have a 90 minute massage with Lindsay on my birthday. She helped relieve a bad headache and I was able to deeply unwind and relax. She is very skilled in a variety of techniques from deep tissue, to Swedish to fascia massage. I will definitely be coming back to see her!

The best decision I made in 2024 was seeing Samantha on a regular basis. I’ve been going to her for several months now for lymphatic drainage massage to help with my Psuedotumor Cerebri condition. It is a somewhat rare condition and Samantha has taken the time outside of our massages to research what methods would best help me. I have never been “just a number” to her. She has always treated me with such care and with a determination to truly help me. And I can honestly say her specialized massages have significantly decreased some of my symptoms; most notably, my migraines and loss of vision. As someone who used to think deep tissue massages were the ONLY type of massage worth getting, I just want to say THANK YOU Samantha for your skills and knowledge in lymphatic drainage and for making such a drastic difference in my day-to-day life! I appreciate you!!

Samantha got me in the same day to see Lindsey, who was absolutely fabulous in helping to create a change in the pain I was having with TMJ. They have special techniques and the environment is top notch. They both are all so caring and passionate about what they do. I feel a big difference in my first visit and I can’t say enough good things about them and the work they do. Thank you, Lindsey and Samantha for taking such good care of me!

Lindsey is wonderful! If you are considering lymphatic massage after surgery to expedite post-op healing, look no further! Lindsey is super sweet and professional. Her treatments are comfortable and relaxing. She offers treatment packages also. Highly recommend!

I recently had a deep tissue massage at Flow with Lindsey and it was, in a word, fantastic. I have been getting massages for many years and to date this ranks as one of the best. The best spa in Sarasota - Renee is incredible! I had the best reiki session with Renee. She is truly gifted. Sabrina is incredibly talented. Not only was it an amazing massage, But she also figured out the key to a chronic problem that has been causing all kinds of issues for me over the last 5 years. She also helped me by explaining to me things I could do at home to work on that problem. Overall it was really one of the best massages I've ever had. Can't wait to book with her again!
