As a therapist myself, I need bodywork on a regular basis. Katey is exceptional at finding problem areas and bringing relief. I love her Stretching and trigger point therapy, but she also excels at providing relaxation and stress relief as needed. I have found my sessions to be just what the body ordered every time!

I feel blessed to have met and been massaged by Katey twice so far. She's truly the only masseuse I've ever cared to see repeatedly. The effects of the massage began immediately and lasted for days. I've been to a few of the top spas in the country and never has a masseuse been as impressive as Katey. During 1 session she found 1 of my ribs out of place and sent me to get it checked out. Earlier that wk I'd had xrays because I thought I'd broken a rib. That x-ray was negative, so the doctor diagnosed me with just muscle strain and didn't prescribe anything. Five days later I saw Katey, and when she touched the area she said, "This is not muscle. This bone, or whatever it is, should not be here." She took the time to photograph the area, didn't charge me for the time, and sent me back to urgent care. It turned out the rib was dislocated from the cartilage. I was finally prescribed something for the swelling, and the pain went away. Had it not been for Katey, it's likely I'd still be in pain and not know what to do if it dislocates again. She not only knows what she's doing, she truly cares. Go see Katey.. you won't be disappointed!

I have never had a massage before. This was an amazing experience! I was walked through the process and she really made a point to focus on my problem areas. I’m on my feet at least 12 hours of the day and in just one session I left feeling way better than I had walked in!!! I felt very comfortable and loved the environment. Very good communication and worked with me to help me with my back pain!! Can’t recommend her enough.

I see Katey twice a month as maintenance. She helps keep my stress levels low and I feel calm and rested after. I highly recommend doing the membership; It's prepaid, prescheduled and easy to change if you need to. It is part of my regular self care routine and having the membership means I don't have to find the time - It's just worked into my regular schedule. So nice. Thanks Katey!
