Me atendieron bien pero el problema es el peluquero que me pusieron es yo hablo español así que me trajeron a uno que hablaba los dos idiomas le enseñe como me pelo en España y le dije un degradado bajo me hizo un destrozó me hizo un degradado alto si conectar la línea bien ni el degradado alto encima mal echo ni mis amigos me a cortado así por lo demás todo bien pero para 50 dólares que cuesta merezco por lo menos que se parezca a lo que quiero

Definitely the worst haircut I've spent more than $5 on. I just moved into the neighborhood and the vibe from the street reminded me of my favorite barber shop from when I lived in Seattle. Booked online, which was painless. No wait when I got to the shop, which was nice. Barber was friendly. But... He spent about 10 minutes cutting my hair, which is half the time barbers typically spend. I explained three things that other barbers tend to do that I don't like. He proceeded to do two of those things. Initially, I thought "Whatever, I'll just not book with this guy again." However, I got home and my partner pointed out several places where he'd missed chunks of my hair and I noticed that he completely failed to blend one whole side of my head. I went back the next morning and asked for someone to fix my haircut, which they did for free. This barber spent another 10 minutes fixing what the first barber had done. But, yet, this morning I found more places that were were missed by BOTH barbers. My hair is not difficult. I'm not asking for anything crazy or unusual. The Supercuts a few blocks away provided better haircuts, for less money. I'm pretty disappointed, because I was hoping to find a regular spot in my neighborhood to get my hair cut, but I can't imagine spending money here again. Not if every haircut requires two trips and I still have to fix it myself at home.

The barbershop and barber are of the highest caliber. When I return to Chicago, I will undoubtedly return for a haircut.

Worst ever! I used to go Floyd’s in Napeville and love the place. Since I moved downtown I went to the one in Streeterville. They had a small boy (probably looks 16) do my cut. He had no idea what he is doing, I just asked him to trim the hair and IT IS THE WORST I EVER DID IN MY LIFE. I am so pissed off after paying 53+ tip to it. He is not even good at shampoving and using a towel. I have booked a haircut at a different place tomorrow to correct what he has done to me. I thought downtown would be better I dont understand how you can make an amateur to work for a top dollar

Got a straight razor shave and a hair dye while I was in town. This place killed it. 💯

I went in for a last-minute beard trim. There was no one available to certified to do a straight razor so they asked if just a trim was ok. The trim took about 15 minutes, and they charged me for the deluxe shave. So that was a rip-off. Then when I got home I noticed big parts of my beard had been altogether missed leaving me with an uneven trim.

My husband and I both get our hair cut by Tanesha and she is nothing short of spectacular!!! She’s a true professional, but what really shines is her incredible attention to detail and her genuine care for her clients' needs. Plus, her kindness is simply unmatched, and I’m so grateful for that! Floyd's should be absolutely thrilled to have her on their team! I also have to give a special shoutout to the reception desk—such wonderful, patient staff. Kudos to Tanesha

Scheduled an appointment. Then they called to ask if I wanted to move my appointment up... I said thanks but no. They then called me back later 25 min before my appointment to let me know they can't take my appointment. They don't seem to have it together there... now I see other reviews and figure it was probably better off not going...

After not listening to me when I told him to go elsewhere, my boyfriend came home looking like sonic the hedgehog. She completely shaved off his sideburns and he thinks she was drunk during his service. She dropped every tool she touched! We will now have to suffer through this time together until he's back to normal. THANKS FOR NOTHING

Couldn’t even tell you how they cut hair. Had a 530 appointment. Left after waiting for 45min. They don’t seem like they understand how reservations work.

I absolutely love this Floyd's! My stylist Kim was the best!!! She did an amazing job cutting & bleaching my hair! Kim was very thorough and knowledgeable and took great care of me! She even got me all setup with the proper hair care products to keep my hair looking good post bleach. Kim is such a sweetheart! I gotta say this has to be the best haircut/bleach I've ever had! Kim is definitely my new go-to stylist! Also the entire staff is so kind and welcoming! Thank you all so so much!

Visiting Chicago for the week and really needed a beard trim and cut. Dre is the real deal. He doesn't miss.
