The place was very clean and nice inside, and everyone was friendly. However, the lady absolutely cooked my hair beyond recognition. I wanted to go mid neck length with my then shoulder length hair. Took about 9 months of growth away and made me, a young man in his early 20s, look like a woman interested in other women. Could’ve at least given me the keys to a Subaru.

Finding a place or stylist for an ASD kid cab be a little daunting of a task. I personally needed a cut one day and went here and paired up with Vinny. During my cut, I knew Vinny could be an excellent match for my son with ASD. Vinny agreed to give it a shot. The following week my son entertained the idea of coming here instead of a kids cutting place with video games. Vinny made my kid feel very comfortable with conversations on common interest. I've never seen my son so calm in a barber chair. Thank you Vinny for being so calm and accommodating to him and making my son feel relaxed and no anxiety over a hair cutting experience.

Dont go here, for the price the service, the cuts are not worth it!! My husband’s beard trims are always uneven or have extra long hairs. His fade is never done correctly, done giving chances. For the price, you shouldnt have to trim up someone else work. Stop raising the prices, yall arent worth it!! Go to sport clips yall.

Maria did an amazing job with my hair, I came in with inspiration photos and with thin but curly hair. I’ll be honest I didn’t have high expectations from the beginning but was in desperate need of a hair cut, finding a stylist who does a good job with my unique hair type is not only a challenge, but an expensive venture. My hair looks better than it’s looked in years and for such a reasonable cost! Maria absolutely exceeded my expectations with my cut and I will be going back when it’s time for a refresh!

Great chain but first time at this location and barber literally tried to leave and hand me off to someone else in the middle of my cut! Came back and rushed through and then left. Not a good or thorough hair cut. His wife’s car broke down in the highway. I get it, it sucks and is stressful but I work in service and unless someone’s dying you aren’t available during the middle of an appointment. There is AAA or a tow truck for circumstances like that. Unprofessional but still will go to Floyd’s but never that stylist again.

Went to a barber shop for a beard trim. Found out halfway through my trim that the person trimming my beard wasn't a barber. She cut off more than half my beard...I would not go here for a beard trim ever again...very disappointed!

Been coming here for a few years now, and today i had Savion cut my hair. I got a cut from him like two months back, and he somehow not only remembered me but remembered just about everything i’d told him about myself two months ago. He did a super good job on my hair, and he’s mad chill, i def recommend him, i know you’ll be in good hands.

My son was there on Friday. He said, take off an inch. The hairdresser showed him how long an inch was and he agreed. She proceed to leave him with less than an inch in length. The back is not straight and portions look like a bowl cut, it wasn't blended at all. He paid $50 for a bad hair cut. He won't be going back there again.

Very dissatisfied with my haircut and stylist Theresa. I had shown her two inspiration pictures for the haircut that I wanted that she okay’d, and was left with it being way to short. The only clarifying question I was asked was if I wanted it short up and around the ears and I said yes as I was thinking the sides would not be touched other then shaping. When I expressed my concerns at the end when she showed me how it looked I felt as if I was blown off by her. I’ve been going here since I was a kid and don’t know if I will be returning.
