Admittedly, I had an experience that disappointed me prior. Wasn’t the haircut, I didn’t feel valued as a customer. Those things happen. But I went back, and had a pleasant experience. The gentleman that cut my hair late on a Wednesday was listened to exact what I wanted and obliged. I hate that I can’t recall his name. Overall, I do recommend the place. Cool vibe, and cool barbers.

$60 dollars for a 15 minute hair cut. Dude cut my hair like a box. I was in awww Beyond disappointed as we have lots of holiday parties coming up. And my hair is left un-even and patchy. I really had higher hopes for this place.

I witness unjustifiable behavior including hard slurs in the presence of children. Also whenever I would enter the shop there was constant conversation being held between worker and clients causing long delays between cuts. Never going back.

This place is special, you have to experience the atmosphere and the talent with their expertise. They are great there, music, art and personality with great products. This is a must to experience and get that hair style you deserve given by the best at their artistic talents!

When this first opened it was the only spot I would go for years. Now they will only have 2 people with shit attitudes there who either won't take walk ins or tell you you have to wait over an hour.

1st time visiting this place for a haircut. Nice peppy atmosphere. My cut was exactly what I asked for and I'm very pleased. Booking online was simple. I was seen on time. I will be back again.

Booked online, called when on the way to say I'd be 4 minutes late. They said the system didn't have me in. Problems with online booking. Booked me the next hr after what I requested online. Then arriving at the 2nd scheduled time and I was told "our system says client cancelled". I never went online to floyds or called to cancel. They couldn't get me in and the receptionist just kept saying um I don't know what to do. Until I suggested she ask if another barber has time. They didnt... Listen, I'm already a manager in my work life. I shouldn't have to manage you at yours. Needless to say, I'm pissed.

Everyone was very nice, but I feel the cut only looked good because the stylist straightened my naturally curly hair (not something I asked for). After going home and returning my hair to its natural state, I can see that the cut now just does not look very good to me, especially for the price (which included upsold services that were not communicated during the cut). I'm sure this is a perfectly adequate shop for people who have straight hair and who already know how to spot extra services and deny them before they are done, but as a naturally curly haired individual who had not been to a hair place in a long time and was simply not aware of what to say no to ahead of time, I will choose somewhere else the next time I'd like a trim.

Would not recommend here again, hold there customers to a higher standard then own employees got there 8 min behind and spoke to the lady on phone saying that I was running couple min behind my schedule time for a barber I have been using for 15 yrs and was told to re schedule when I drove 1.5 hrs to begin with lol and to make it worse the chair was empty 😆 hope the 8 min was worth a customer ill never be back. Glorified Great Clips or Super Cuts
