We met Neva today for the first time. My Mom needed a haircut, and it isn’t easy to find a professional who is really skilled at giving great haircuts. We read the posted reviews and decided to go to Neva. She is really really good and gave my Mom a beautiful style! We are so happy we found Neva and the Flutter By Salon!

Love everyone in there. I use Evelyn due to I don't trust many with my hair. Also benefits going to school with her since junior high. I know I can go in or take my kids and get exactly what we are asking for and affordable. Our family 100% recommends Flutter By Salon to all family's and more.

Stay away from Adriene. Went a few times, every time the price dramatically increased. Her skill does not reflect the price charged! She baits and switches the price at the end. You've been warned!

I have been meaning to get to this review!!! I have seen Neva twice now and brought my 10 year old daughter who’s only ever had 2 cuts and 1 trim, I’m not very trusting with her hair. She’s was / is amazing!! and very fair priced I have received so many compliments. Everyone loves mine and my daughters cuts!! We will be back and looking forward to our next visit! Also Evelyn is an absolute delight and I watched her do a fantastic job on several men’s cuts and women’s colors while at my appointments!!!

This place is fantabulous. I brought my 11 and 12 year old children, and we all got cuts. My kids have wickedly thick hair and it's been over a year since the last cut. It was a big job. Neva did an amazing job on all three of us. My cut was simple but the kids were going for short styles that were a bit finicky. The cuts are gorgeous, and we're so pleased. We've found our people!

Absolutely hands down best services! And great prices in Tulsa city metroplex!!! These two ladies have been doing my hair for years. I have very fine and thin hair. And I have never been disappointed. They are both very experienced so they can do any kind of hair and color services. The atmosphere is cozy and warm hearted. Highly recommend them!!

Great environment & place to get your haircut or bring your kids to get haircuts. Easy to get an appointment scheduled or if your like me same day I call to schedule I’m able to get an appointment that day. I highly recommend this salon to anyone. Thanks Neva & God bless.

I made an appointment with Neva and she was the best hairstylist I’ve found since moving to Tulsa. She was quick, skilled, and didn’t mind my lack of conversation skills. I showed her a few pics and gave her a rough description of the cut I was hoping for and it was like she pulled the image right from my brain of what I wanted. I was expecting to pay a lot more than what she charged as well, so it’s very affordable! I’ll be getting in touch with her again soon to schedule some maintenance, and I definitely recommend this salon to anyone, especially people like me who may be a little clueless and nervous about your hair.

You absolutely could never find a better experience when going to get a hairstyle, a beard trim or a hair color! Evelyn is a professional in every sense of the word AND conversation is great and very funny! Evelyn's laugh is infectious!
