Deep did a conditioning treatment in my hair. She was amazing! She really took her time, explained what she was doing and what products. She offered my a pillow for my back and made sure I was comfortable. She was soft spoken talked enough but not too much where I couldn’t enjoy the relaxing scalp massage and treatment. I definitely recommend her if your looking for someone who is knowledgeable kind caring and really takes their time. Thank you Deep!!

Erin (hair stylist who did my hair) and the owner were so welcoming and friendly as soon as I arrived. Erin was very professional when I had asked questions about my hair and style and provided me excellent service. She did exactly what I wanted and needed to get some hairstyle back. I will definitely be returning to Focus Hair Studio. I have already scheduled my next appointment. Super pleased!!!

The owner is really rude the highlight they did really bad job I don’t think I will ever go there and tell everybody the service we got bad experience I went there first time the owner didn’t even say sorry or anything and they r expensive.

I absolutely love Maria. She is awesome and has so much experience. I trust her 100% when it comes to my platinum highlights. I have been going there for over 10 years and have never left disappointed. She is very accommodating and makes the apt very pleasant. I can’t wait for next apt.

I needed a last minute haircut I couldn't get into my regular salon so I got online and I needed Monday. I was losing hope then I found them. Gary answered the phone and said she could fit me in. Great experience she took her time and it turned out good, price was good $45 it did take a bit longer because she was doing it all answering the phones greeting customers as they walked I understood we have all had those days where we got it all. She kept a smile and good conversation throughout. Thank you Gary 😊

I went in for a hair transformation and had such a wonderful experience! I had probably 6in of hair cut, and I feel like a new woman. Maria was very pleasant and highly efficient. I am certainly going back and will make sure to schedule my daughter's for their hair cuts as well.

If you have a flexible schedule and do not mind last minute cancelations, then this place is pretty good. If you work full-time and pay for extended childcare to make your appointments, then there may be some frustration with this salon. 2 out of 3 times, appointments were canceled right before their start time bc of apparent over booking. The stylists definitely have skills, but their time management is unpredictable to give them another try. But they are apparently busy, so I don't think they will miss my business, lol. But just a fair warning for the working parents/time restrained people out there

Melissa is the worst. She made my mom wait for four hours!!! She booked her when she HAD FOUR OTHER CLIENTS. Mind you we booked this hair appt two weeks in advance to make sure there was time for her to do my mom’s hair. She made her wait and put THE OTHER CUSTOMERS FIRST. Even though my mom got there first. Also she did my hair two weeks before that and put red in it. It faded in a week!!! And I washed my hair with cold water and used red shampoo. DON’T BOOK CUSTOMERS IF YOU DON’T HAVE TIME. Melissa had no idea what she is doing and was Extremely rude to my my mother. She called my mother rude for leaving the hair appointment early. MIND YOU. My mom was there from 10:30- 4 pm. Melissa started at 11:15 AM. Might as well do your own hair at that point.

She reused hair color on clients by saving hair color. She should know better that is #1 after it’s mixed it’s oxidized and second doesn’t work after it sits out over 45 minutes therefor doesn’t work properly. Dirty salon TOWELS SMELL DISGUSTING!! Doesn’t respect her hairstylist and feels jaded if anyone has skills . If you have skills you won’t be there long she like people that make her look like the best.

1st time experince today. Monique did an amazing job. I walked in with dry/damaged hair and left with silky locks. She stopped throughout and made sure we were on the same page. My only regret is not taking before and after pics to show how wonderful she did. I would highly recommend the salon. Very comfortable friendly atmosphere as well.

I had an appointment with Monique for a haircut and I purposely scheduled it because I had an event that night and wanted a nice haircut and hairdo before the event. I show up for my appointment 10 minutes early to make sure I was on time. I walk in and one of the employees told me Monique didn’t even work that day and nobody called to inform me. I asked if another hairdresser could please give me haircut and the lady said no because they are fully booked. All I got was an apology but this was very unprofessional to not even notify me.

Went here today for a first haircut and highlight after a very long time due to covid and my previous stylist leaving the business. Tasha was fabulous. She gave me exactly what I wanted for my color and cut. She calmed my nerves. The salon is welcoming and has all the safety protocols. Feel so grateful to have found my new salon and it was so easy!
