First visit. They Definitely let me sit there for 30mins without acknowledging me or my 4 year old Only to say they don’t have any walk-ins available today. Complete waste and poor customer service. Definitely won’t be back

Why can't I give 10 stars??? Allow me to introduce you to Victoria...yes, my hair met an angel today. First, I received a bad haircut from a different salon and then I box colored (I know. 😳..I know) my hair. I ended up with a bad cut AND red hair, neither of which were on purpose. I searched for a salon and got Victoria. She was able to get me in within an hour and listened to me...she actually LISTENED!!! Let me tell you, I walked out with THE perfect cut and color ❤️ She saved my hair and I absolutely love it! She now has a customer for life and I have the best of the best in my corner....Thank you so much Victoria!!!!

I was nervous to go to a salon after not going in years, but the process to book an appointment is so easy and convenient! You’re also sent reminders. I was able to communicate with Victoria before I went in to show her what highlights I had in mind and it helped to answer some of my questions. I went in and Victoria was ready to go, she was friendly and listened to what I wanted. Absolutely exceeded my expectations! My hair is healthier than when I went in and I feel great!

I highly recommend booking with Olena! She did a fantastic job with my haircut, I honestly could not be happier. I brought a few photos as examples of the style I was looking for and she was able to apply them perfectly to my own hair. She is amazing!

Sadly the worst haircut I have had in 15 years and also the most expensive. (I wouldn't mind the cost if the haircut was actually good or even fixable.) It is horrific. There is no hair there for anybody to even try and make it better. A 2 year old could have done a better job with safety scissors. I am so embarrassed to even leave my house. There is no rhyme nor reason to anything. One side of my bangs is much longer and flat across, one side much shorter and rounded. There are these two unshapen long bits in front of my ears. I told her I like my hair longer on the top, instead it is all short and in layers. It sticks out in weird ways. You know ugly Barbie from the movie? Take that and make it shorter like a bad pixie cut. I waited a week to write this, hoping it would somehow turn out not as bad as I thought. It didn't. It got worse. It will take months to grow out.

Sandy is my stylist & she's amazing! It's hard to find anyone that I trust to do my hair. She always knocks it out of the park. All of the girls in the shop are super friendly, and it has always been a great experience to visit Foiled Rotten

Tara is so nice and she did an awesome job! I routinely grow my hair out long and then cut it into a bob. I love the bob, but one side of my hair does not cooperate and refuses to curl under. I told Tara about this and she was able to undercut it so it curls under without any fuss. I've lived in Jax for 6 years and tried a few different places, but she's the first person that has cut it this way. I'm so happy I found her!!!!

Veronica did an amazing job, she was friendly, chatty and relatable. She was very knowledgeable about thick hair types and was able to fix a badly botched attempt at a bob for me. Getting an appointment with her was very quick and easy. I’m very happy and will be returning when I need a haircut next.

Andre is incredible! I came in with my quarantine at home box bleach disaster! Andre took the time to sit down with me and ask exactly what I wanted. He explained the process so well and I knew I was in good hands. It was a long process to get me from bright yellow to a beautiful dark brown, but he took the time to make sure everything was perfect. I’ll be coming here from now on, and loved how personable and professional Andre was. Thanks so much!! I’m in love with my new hair!

Called in ahead of time to request some advice before an appointment. Lady on the phone suggested color first, so I was all for it. I figured, while on the phone, I may as well schedule my appointment as well. I scheduled it for 9AM at the end of the week and the lady told me I was all set! I confirmed the address of the place while on the phone with her to ensure I had the right address. So I show up, on time, for my appointment... and no one is there to actually color my hair. The other ladies in the salon were nice enough to reach out, and no one had me in their schedule. I’m assuming after I got off the phone with whoever told me I was “all set,” that they never actually put me in their books. This would be a very basic expectation for any professional. Disappointed, and will likely not be giving this salon my business.

Carolyn is the best! I needed a new colorist/stylist (mine moved), was very afraid of trying someone new. Carolyn instantly changed all that!! She is super friendly and professional, relaxed me immediately! She listened carefully to all my concerns about color, even asked about my color history. My hair came out amazing!! I LOVE it and the quality products left my hair shiny and healthy. Carolyn also suggested a slight change in my cut, I let her and It is perfect for me. Makes my hair easier to style. Now I know why she is booked out a month. Well worth the wait!!

I heard good things about Foiled Rotton, not sure how luck had me stumble upon this gem. Really glad that they take the safety of their clients during this time as a TOP priority! Very kind, talented, and relatable stylists! Andre was AMAZING ! Where do I even begin. Also during my appointment Caroline was there with great useful tips to on how to maintain a new look I was getting and adjusting to. Really relieved my practical concerns for a young lady trying extensions. So back to Andre’s talent. I left with beautiful clip ins I got cut, and I was further astounded at how happy I was with my actual haircut too once I took them off at night! Cannot thank (or refer ) him enough! I’m not good at verbalizing what I want exactly, and I’ve been trying to figure out making clip ins easily work for me when I want them to for years. Andre was the first stylist in my life that took the time to truly care, and exceed expectations in every way. For the past 3.5 years I’ve tried to figure out extensions. I thought I wasn’t pretty enough , or talented enough to make them work for me. With Andre’s magic he turned that all around in a matter of minutes. Got so many compliments on my style and color. Many had told me they didn’t think I could pull off with elegance, but I did ( hee hee! I love proving people wrong, and in glamorous fashion - thanks to Andre). Book ahead in advance on website like a week ahead if you can! Totally worth it, glad I didn’t just go to any first place with availability. I’ve never felt so happy, and truly understood by a stylist. Keep it up Andre! You’re on your way, see you at the red carpet. :)

I think I found my place!!! Listen, It had been over two years since I’ve been in any salon and my last few experiences with getting my hair cut ALWAYS left me in tears and mortified. Let me tell you what though, Carmen did her thing! She took the time to listen to what I wanted, made me feel VERY comfortable, and even explained every thing she did and why. The atmosphere at this Salon is beautiful. My hair looks and feels amazing!!!! Thank you so much for being amazing at what you do!!!!
