evidently management does not care about the welfare of its elderly and handicapped clients. If they cannot replace its very and difficult front door they could at least install an handicapped door opener. I check today's service charge and there been almost a 25% increse. Perhaps they could use a very small portion of this price increase to pay for the handicapped door opener. which I doubt.

I’ve been seeing Yasmine since 2022 for my hair. She is such a sweetheart and always does an amazing job!! I always leave feeling so confident and happy, I will absolutely be a customer for life! :-)

Folawns almost never disappoints!! I have gone to them for multiple services and I am always met with kindness and superb quality. I would say my only tiny small complaint would be that when I come for quick services like a bangs trim, I tend to be waiting for as long as the service takes. Not a big deal but I have waited for close to 30 min when my trim only takes about 15 min or so. I’ll definitely be coming back though for my haircuts and other services. Thank you guys!! EDIT: I never have to wait more than 5 min or even less. They’re amazing. Love the people that work here◡̈

Quite literally the best experience I’ve had in a long time. I’m a long time client and have seen Vee for my chair since I was bleach blonde with fried hair. My hair is now so healthy and it has never felt better. The staff is amazing and beautiful inside and out. The customer service is absolutely insane from the smiles and greetings as you walk in to offering you a beverage while you wait. I’ll always opt for a delicious mimosa to indulge in my beautifying experience. I’m there every 6 weeks without fail due to the wonderful experiences I have each time!

My stylist, Shelly, once again did a great job. My hair has a mind of its own and over the past 18 months she has been able to get it under control with her mastery of her scissors…and no chemicals. The atmosphere at Folawn’s is professional and inviting. The women checking me in on scheduling my next appointment are warm and welcoming while also being efficient.
