Alisha did a great job on my deep tissue massage. I have extremely tight shoulder and neck muscles- so tight that many massage therapists are at a loss of what to do and just give up and focus on areas I don't need worked on. Not the case here, she spent the whole hour exactly where I needed it and I feel so much better!

So I don't normally write reviews but, after a massage here I have to share. If I could give them 10 stars I would it was a phenomenal experience. If you are looking for a excellent massage look no further.

Alicia is amazing! This was my second massage from her and it did not disappoint. She covered every muscle in my body and I feel so much better. The deep tissue massage worked out all the tension and muscle aches. I will definitely be back soon.

Alicia did an amazing job on my foot massage! I called a few hours ahead and they got me in no problem. On a Sunday! I did a 30 minute foot massage and it was great! The atmosphere as very nice and calming. They were very attentive & took their time. Definitely recommend l!!

My first time there and they happily booked me despite my short notice and late evening. Lili was attentive and accommodating in providing a deep, muscle relaxing combination massage. I left lifted and will definitely be going back and recommending to my friends and family.

I booked a 90 minute massage here after reading others reviews - and I can confirm that all the positive reviews are accurate! Alicia took great care of me, quite literally the best massage I can ever recall receiving. Beyond the wonderful massage, the space itself is very clean and calming - highly recommended.

They were able to get me in quickly. When I showed up they weee attentive right away. I got the 30 minute foot massage and it was great. I am going on a trip and needed a spit worked out in my heel Lily was wonderful she found the spot and then made recommendations on how to work it out. I will be back the day I leave for my trip.

This place is great. I'm an acupuncturist and I get a lot of bodywork. Lily was kind and thorough and sent me home on a pink cloud. Easy to call and schedule.

My mom and I booked 40 min foot massages. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our chairs upon arrival. The chairs are big and comfy. Alesha did a fantastic job on my foot massage. She really got into all the right places on my feet and legs. She ended the massage with some light leg stretching, which I appreciated. I will be booking to go back again soon!

Alicia is the absolute best ! Not only is she a great masseuse but she cares about helping your body in every day life. She showed me lots of stretches to use to help me with my shoulders and neck. Best massage I’ve ever gotten.

Best message I have had in a long time. I booked a massage last minute due to some neck pain. I also have an existing shoulder injury that I made Alisha aware of before starting. I could tell from my previous experience just how knowledgeable she is. She made me feel extremely comfortable during the whole experience and I left with a fully relaxed attitude. She even showed me some daily stretches to help with my shoulder and neck. I most certainly will be back and I highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't been!

Highly recommend! I've had quite a few massages in my day and Footprint Spa has got it going on! The owner is an amazing massage therapist and did a variety of styles on my body. I was carrying a lot of stress and trauma and she helped me a lot. The energetic and spiritual aspect was really salient too throughout the session. I'll be back and I am really grateful for this place. Go and give this lady your business, you deserve the peaceful experience and she deserves the business.🌿🪶

I don't want to write this review because I want to keep Alisha all to myself. Y'all, this is the best massage I've had in a decade. Let me tell you my story (abridged version): I'd just had a baby. My body, my posture, and specifically my back were all sorts of out of whack. I began dialing for dollars* (*massages) and Alicia picked up. I knew she did Thai massage and deep tissue massage, but I had little faith she'd really dig into my muscles. If you're like me, you've never had a first massage where the masseuse digs hard enough into your muscles. They're worried about hurting you, and worse as a result, not getting your repeat business. Alisha has neither fear. This woman will dig into your muscles with the ferocity of an avalanche-trained husky racing against the clock, using their paws as snow plows to locate a human buried in snow. She climbs on your back, she bends and folds you with guidance, and relentlessly uses elbows to attack stubborn muscles. Do not book Alisha if you want to pay for some basic run-of-the-mill massage where you're lightly pet by palms to a Spotify "yoga calm" playlist with scented pyramid scheme candles while someone lathers the part of your back you can't reach in lotion. Alicia knows two levels: hard and extra hard. And I can't recommend her enough.

I got a foot massage and it was incredible! The ambiance was nice, and the massage itself was relaxing, peaceful and enjoyable. I loved how she massaged the top and bottom of my feet, my toes, and shins. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to share my experience of getting a massage at the FootPrint Spa. It was amazing! The therapist was very professional and attentive, and the atmosphere was soothing and relaxing. I felt so refreshed and rejuvenated after the session. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs some pampering and stress relief. Trust me, you won't regret it!

Like others that have reviewed, Alicia gave me one of the best massages ever. I called late morning and while she said it’s better to make an appointment, she had some free time and let me walk in. She started out the massage by asking where my pain was and quickly got to work. She hit on every single sore spot I had, even ones I didn’t know were there. I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire massage. I have had many of other massages around the Portland metro but Alicia blew my mind. Her 1 hour massage is a little more than I usually pay, but man was she worth it! I will absolutely be back. And I recommend you book with her as soon as you can!

Went in yesterday and met with Alesha. She is very sweet and attentive. I did something to my lower back which had me tight and compressed feeling. She spent ample time on my lower back and showed me some stretches to strengthen and alleviate future pain. The location is clean and inviting. Will definitely be back soon!
