I have been going with Joanna for about a year now. Initially chose location due to how close it is to my house but I’m so glad I did. Joanna made me feel so comfortable. She talked me through it, the entire process was so fast. Now I see her regularly and the same customer service still stands. She is so friendly, very professional and the wax itself is amazing. Never going back and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!!

Joanna is a QUEEN!!! I’m always blown away when I go visit her to get my lash lift or a facial. The shop is so cute and welcoming and I highly recommend all their services! Thank you ladies for always making me feel beautiful!

I absolutely love this place! I had made an appointment to fix my highlights that were done previously and was super unhappy with. Michelle sat me down heard what I had to say with what I wanted and certain expectations and she did an amazing job! I walked out of there not only 100% satisfied but also confident! The staff there are just sweet. I love the vibe you get as soon as you walk in. I highly recommend them!

Joanna is the best esthetician there is! I go to her for facials, lashes, waxes… etc. you name it, she does it all and is incredible at it! She’s a sweet heart and truly cares about your comfort and needs!

If I could give a 10 start I would! The dedication she puts into her business is everything. I have known Joanna for years and I always knew that her passion was exactly what she is doing today! Everything you can think of is on her menu...lashes, skin facials, skin treatments, body waxing, and she also has body shaping services! So go ahead and treat yourself and I promise you won’t regret it! She goes above and beyond with when it comes to her clients.

Joanna does my lashes and my eyebrows, and I have to say she is the BEST. She’s patient, takes a lot of pride in her work, and my confidence goes up after my appointments. Not only is her work amazing, but she makes you feel welcomed. She’s a huge sweet heart and she will even offer “silent appointments” incase you just want to go and relax if you’re feeling overwhelmed.

Miss Joana is very welcoming. She makes you feel like if shes known you for years! Her work area is clean and organized. She explains the process of the service/s you requested. She also explains in detail on how to maintain eyelash extensions and how to clean them properly. Very patient and loving towards her profession.
