This place is amazing! Super friendly and accommodating staff, I called for a haircut the same day, I was able to get in and the person answer the phone was so sweet. When I arrived the salon was super welcoming, spacious, And beautifully decorated. I had a little bit of a difficult request for my haircut, and Rachel was more than willing to go the extra mile for me!! We had so much fun with a haircut and chatting, it turned out amazing! I give them five stars all the way! I hope if you're new to the area looking for a place to get your haircut you find this place your second home. Even just stop in to say hi and check it out, you won't regret it! FYI I feel like my haircut should have cost $120! It was so beautiful! But it cost a fraction of that..... Beautiful paradise!

Cannot speak highly enough of Carlos and Shanna. They are truly good people who care. My father was in an accident and after being in the hospital for months they went out of their way to not only handle his hair, but to visit him and even bring him food. These are truly good people at For Your Eyes Only. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend.

I got a Groupon and my stylist was Monique. I got die all over my face, ears, and neck. She even grabbed the owner to come laugh in my face saying it looked like a lace front weave. I am humiliated and can’t believe what just happened.

I had the European facial today that my husband purchased as a gift. He specifically requested that I wanted a gentle facial with scalp massage. He was given the flyer by the lady at the desk who circled the facial I would like on their flyer. Noelle called me back and repeated that it was a European facial. Her facial was very rigorous, not gentle at all, I can't say I enjoyed one bit of it. I kept waiting for the gentle part along with the scalp massage. Both of those stated items on their flyer were not done. My husband asked how I liked it and told him about my experience. He was not happy so I called to speak to owner, who said he'd make it right and talk to Noelle. Another person called back and said that it was an outdated flyer. So she offered me 5.00 for the absence of the scalp massage. She argued with me about it being outdated. My husband purchased this in February this year. They also had the same flyer at the counter. I'm very disappointed with the whole thing. I wouldn't recommend this place based on the attitude of some of the personnel.

I was nervous after having previously bad hair cutting experiences at other salons. FYEO was a lovely experience. I would recommend this salon to all my friends and family. The owner is personable and kind. Richard took care of my curls and brought them back to life.

Ms Gayle again is the BEST IN THE SHOP! Let's start with that. Was so humbley grateful she was able to squeeze me in. However so displeased by the customer service I received by the owner and the receptionist. Receptionist told me my cut was 65 I gave my hair stylist a $50.00 tip. Then the receptionist told me I will pay her 60.00 (the receptionist)as well for her tip for her babysitter and the owner was cool with that. I was most definitely taken advantage you don't deal business this way. Never did I get an apology from the owner Carlos....still waiting for one but instead he tells me to find another shop. Wow I'm beyond shocked after I spent $170.00 on a haircut smh never will I EVER come back to this shop ever again! 😔 Did I mention the owner still didn't apologize for his receptionist unprofessional behavior to me the customer but instead the owner condones her behavior on getting extra money out of their customers. Smh. But again, the owner tells me to find another shop. So distasteful. Good customer service is sooooo very hard to find. And I definitely did not get it at this shop.

When I sat down I was asked if I came in for a haircut and some color and then what color I was going for. The consult lasted 5 MINUTES . My hair was NOT examined and no further questions were asked. I explained that I had a COUPLE thin grays at my roots and that my hair was starting to look a little brassy(from the color wearing off the last glosser I had) - so I just wanted a color GLOSSER to match my own hair and cover the couple grays. My grays are fine and birthmarks, so they DONT require xtra processing time. My stylist didn’t understand which color to use, so she went and asked her boss. When he came out to greet me he started by asking “ so you want to go a little darker?”, and I REPEATED myself that I did not want to go darker , I wanted a glosser to match my color and I have a couple grays.So he asks her to mix up the dyes, which end up being PERMANENT dye. I was never asked or offered a glosser which would be much more suitable for someone who doesn’t want a major change! She started at my roots and once my roots were done she painted my long hair with the dye which took OVER 2 hours just to cover my hair in the dye. I TIMED this-which is WAY too long for permanent color to sit on hair.-(I have been getting my hair done for 10 YEARS the same exact way and they always offer a glosser and paint the roots and thenuse their hands to quickly saturate the rest of the hair and leave on a max of 40 minutes from start to finish). I mentioned my concerns and worries 3 different times while she was doing my hair and there was no response .Just silence .My stylist left to let the dye sit even longer, so I was concerned and asked the boss why it’s taking over two hours and he said because of my grays and he requires all of his dye be left on for 45 minutes.. well I didn’t have stubborn grays. I had a couple and they were fine like the rest of my hair. Plus we are going over 2 hours now…After our conversation, he called for the stylist to wash out my hair . When we got back to the chair she noticed she hadn’t washed all if the dye out so we went back to the sink..she brushed my long hair with a regular brush and NO productAs I am cringing hearing my hair splitting and breaking as she’s brushing it from top to bottom. My hair was sticky, smelled and brittle from the dye, the boss walks over condescendingly and says “not too dark , is it?”- Too which I’m looking at it like YES it is. It’s NOT what I ASKED FOR and there is DYE left and stained on my hairline .She decided to put a hair mask on and once we washed that out the hair texture was a little better.She cut my hair without asking good questions and at this point i am so anxious. I stood up and my hair was uneven and beyond repair. ALSO my underneath layer is shorter than the top ??My hair is red toned and more brassy than before esp at the ROOTS which were never like this ! My hair is SPLOTCHYzThe roots are BRASSY and red , the middle section of my hair is almost black and the bottom part is a nice brown. (Tye dye)It’s also DAMAGED and fried which I have spent years getting healthy .Like how ???! How do you mess this up so horrible.I put glossers on at home and within 30 min my hair is beautiful and my 2 grays are gone. &yes MR.CARLOS that is what GLOSSERS do , they can tone out brassiness! -I wasted half of my day just miserable at this place . Myappointment had officially started at 1:00 pm and it was 5:05 when I left !No one cared to ask how I liked/ disliked my hair / results. Anyone I show my hair says the same . It’s bad.** and just to clarify- I ASKED YOU guys about a Groupon, I never purchased one. ( which should be besides the point) you act as if ppl who purchase Groupon should leave unhappy bc they are cheap?. Then why do you offer it? Anytime price was mentioned I had NO HESITATION PAYING WHATEVER AMOUNT.I am used to paying around 150$ for a cut and glosser at the professional salons I go to. Like I said I have done a better job at home and have been getting this done for years. PLEASE GO SEE A PROFESSIONAL if you are considering getting your hair done!

For 30 years this is the worst experience I ever have. I just want a simple color and it turn out to be exactly different color I wanted that’s fine but at least all my hair need to be done the same it doesn’t instead the root is one color and rest is another color, the lady still said it’s pretty… word less till I point it out she said we can do it lighter on the root to make it all look same and I don’t know what she put on my hair it’s hurting and burning and the result is still the same I still see two different colors before dry up, and I went to the cashier to pay the lady come out said I know you don’t want to pay no I pay I instead to pay just no tips for her unprofessional, don’t even think about the cut she does earlier totally waste of money for over 130bucks. Don’t go, hire someone who is professional.

I am beyond aggravated with this salon. I have an important event today and made an appointment 5 months ago with my stylist because I wanted my hair to look good. I got a text a couple of days ago saying she was out of town and they needed to cancel my appointment. I called immediately and asked why I was just hearing about this. The woman who answered said they called and left a couple of messages and that they must have the wrong number for me. I got the text though, didn't I? Don't lie to me. So, I scheduled for another stylist because I really needed my hair done. I showed up this morning for my appointment and after waiting 15 minutes, he still wasn't there. I knew I wouldn't have time to get my hair done before I have to be somewhere else. He called 45 minutes after my appointment time to apologize. Not much good that will do. I needed to have my hair done early - which is why I made an appointment FIVE months ago. After years of having them do my hair, I will never be going back there! My old review - I did really like this place, but this is unforgiveable. Nick has been cutting my hair for years and I can't imagine anyone else touching it. After going way too long without a haircut, Nick cut my hair last week and I walked out of the salon feeling better and with more confidence than in a while. Even when I just let it air dry, it looks great. That's what a good haircut should be.

Jonathan is amazing. I've been going to this salon for 12 years and have always had great service. I recently switched stylists from Larissa to Jonathan, and while both are amazing, Jonathan is by far my favorite. His foiling and cuts with curly hair are A+. Go check him out!

This Salon deserves a 10 stars. I am not from this area, I'm from NC. Here on business and I called so many salons to get a blowout. They accepted me right away. I went in, and I met the Owner. Carlos, HE was Phenomenal with his employees. Also awesome customer service. He makes everyone laugh, and that's a good thing in the job industry. My hair salonist was a man. Now I'm very particular about my hair and I told him. He was the 1st man that ever did my hair. His name is Paul Martinez. I tell u what, he is freaking awesome. He gave me advice on how to help my hair, and tips on how to care for it. His wash and blowout is fantastic. I love leaving a salon happy, and satisfied. He kept me laughing, and was very courteous. We need more like him. And definitely more owners like Carlos. 💯💯💯😊😊😊

I come here all the time, some techs are amazing but some not so much! I told *Rebecca* to cut off as LITTLE as possible, even told her a story about when I got to much hair cut off that I didn’t ask for off and cried in the car after to tell her how serious I was about wanting barley any off. She took way more than an inch off and then without asking “textured” the ends of my hair. I ended up asking “wow that’s a bunch of hair coming off is that necessary?” And she’s giggled and said “no but…”. Moral of the review is Make sure you get a tech that respects the fact that it’s how WE want it, not what she thinks will look best to them. It’s supposed to be about the client not whatever you want to do. After she started thinning my ends without asking it was to late for me to ask her to stop. My hair is not ugly but it’s is NOT WHAT I WANTED, I’ve had this issue with one other tech here so just wanted everyone to be careful. My tech and the tech in the station next to us clearly saw my face and that I was not happy. I told her she took off way more off then I wanted and she just continued to tell me that it looked good. Now I have a “butterfly” face frame I didn’t want and very thin ends that don’t even show my even hair cut, and that’s what I like. Lack of asking what I want, was more about what she thought would look good. She was very sweet and kind otherwise, you could tell she was sorry.

STUNNING! I went to Gail with a major last minute problem. Thursday my hair was botched at a different salon and Gail knew exactly what to do it make the color what I wanted, Friday. She took her time and prices were reasonable! The owner was super friendly and engaged in all the customers while I was there.
