Fue nuestra primera vez, fui con mi suegra y nos encantó! Las chicas todas muy atentas, personalmente a mi me atendió leidyliz y me encantó! Una chica súper atenta, la limpieza espectacular y delicada, el servicio que siempre uno quiere. Volveremos y las recomendaré. Dios les bendiga 🙏🏻

“The experience was awful. They schedule appointments but don’t honor them. What’s the point of giving appointments if they don’t follow through? Customer service is terrible; no one gives you any information, and you’re left waiting with no explanations. Honestly, given the poor service, it’s hard to believe the positive reviews here are genuine. The service is highly disappointing. I do not recommend it at all.” Let me know if you’d like any changes!

Acabo de salir del salon y me atendio una chica llamada yurima, yo no vengo muy seguido pero cuando vengo quiero tener una buena experiencia ya que para mi es un cariño que vengo hacerme y para relajarme, y esta chica muy grosera y antipatica ademas que estaba como apurada y haciendome todo de mala gana, nisiquiera me limpio bien los pies y lo hacia tan rapido que me dejo dos dedos sangrando por la cuticula. Siempre me habian tratado muy bien las chicas de aqui pero esta Yurima pesimo servicio!!!

I went yesterday for the first time. I booked with whoever was available. I was booked with Rommy. I got to my appointment pretty early, luckily she was available and took me right away. I told her what I wanted and she went to work. I got a structured mani and was a little skeptical at first. She did them square and the shape was nice but Im a round-shaped girly so she ended up reshaping. Needless to say the results were fabulous! The structured mani is $35 but was charged $40 because I had an overlay from a previous manicure. Excited to go back! Gracias Rommy!

I have now gotten my nails done with Miriam 4 times. She is amazing, friendly, and attentive to detail. She tries her best (and succeeds) to complete whatever design I show to her even with my small nails. She takes the time with me to pick out colors to best match what I am envisioning. Honestly, the manicure and pedicure combos cannot be beat in terms of price. Miriam also looks out for the health of my nails recommending structure gel which has allowed me to grow my own nails naturally and make them stronger. Every time, I leave happy and wowed! I have gotten so many compliments at work. She tries her best to communicate in both English and Spanish as needed.

It’s 4 days after I got a pedicure here. I did regular nail polish. I got charged $5 extra because it’s “opi”. But the quality is bad I had to go back to get a toe redone. And it still smudged even after. To top it off now the bottom of my feet are peeling. What did I get myself into !!!! They used a pumice stone that I should’ve known🤦🏼‍♀️ . I will not return and I advise anyone to think twice before coming here

El día de hoy mi manicurista fue Nitza. Cada vez que he ido me toca con una manicurista diferente y todas son buenísimas. El servicio es excelente, el trato super personalizado y todas con buena actitud. Espero que conserven estas cualidades por siempre que es lo que las diferencia del resto.

I have been to this nail salon a handful of times and every time I come it's a 30 minute wait to get attended even with an appointment. Having to wait that long with an appointment is very unprofessional. Communication could be better by contacting clients to let them know that the nail tech is running behind and for them to come later rather then arriving on time and sitting there waiting. Also while getting my nails done the tech kept getting distracted and took her even longer to finish. I was there for a total of 3 hours. I've tried to give this salon several chances but I am always left disappointed.

Me hice las unas con Aracelly, Alejandra, y Danay en el salon de West Kendall. He tenido una experiencia maravillosa al hacerme las uñas en este salón. Todo el equipo es increíble y te sientes completamente seguro con cualquier persona que te atienda, ya que todos son altamente profesionales y amables. El salón es limpio, moderno y hermoso, lo que hace que cada visita sea aún más placentera. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquiera que busque un servicio excepcional. ¡No se arrepentirán!

i had a structural gel and pedi done with Lily in the west kendall location. she was amazing, very meticulous, kind and efficient. it was my first time in this salon and i will definitely be returning to her. highly recommend booking this location!

Mailetis is the best! She’s so nice and always have the brightest smile. She did a great job on my pedicure I loved it! She offered me a cup of coffee which was so nice and much needed after my long flight to MIA.

Pedi una cita y después de ya estar en el lugar me dicen que solo podían hacerme un solo servicio y quise facilitar las cosas y ninguna trató de ofrecer atención la verdad que muy mala atención tanto de las empleadas como la persona encargada pues para eso están para que el cliente sea atendido

The salon looks nice and is well decorated on the inside. However, the color options and customer service are lacking. They only had two glitter gel options for acrylic nails. No one spoke English, and complained I didn’t speak Spanish well. No matter what I said they did not get what “almond” shape was and I got square nails. The woman who did my nails was on the phone talking with someone else the whole time, took twice as long as typical to do an acrylic fill (2hrs instead of 1hr), and did not pick up her pace to get the job done any faster after I said I was late for a party I needed to head to after I sat there for 1hr 30min.

Went to the West Kendall location for an appt at 7:15. Waited for one hour and then took 2 hours just for gel mani and reg pedi. Spent 3 hours of my night here for slow service and ok-looking nails.

A veces los influences se equivocan,fui recomendada por una conocida a este sitio y no tuve suerte en el dia de hoy tenia appointment a las 2 de la tarde y la persona que me iba atender no fue,y no hubo ninguna solucion,deje de hacer mis cosas y realize cambio en mi agenda y nada,NO LO RECOMIENDO

No lo recomiendo ! La persona que me hizo las uñas hizo un mal trabajo , que ni siquiera pudo limarme correctamente, para contratar a alguien deben asegurarse que tenga experiencia
