Horrible service, went in asking for a certain cut and came out with the total opposite. Not only Elizabeth didn’t cut my hair correct but her co worker interrupted her to let her know she wasn’t doing the cut right. Will never go again definitely not recommend..

Elizabeth did such a great job on my haircut tonight. I absolutely love it! Not only that but she took me last minute. The salon is in this gorgeous house and they have beer, wine, and coffee! Truly a one stop shop for good pampering! I'll definitely be going back.

I really enjoyed the gray-haired greeter. A nice touch! Happy hour was good. We had pizza and meatballs. I wasn't crazy about the pizza. It was a bit under-cooked. But the amount was generous, 2 slices each. We weren't allowed to sit at the table that we requested. The table remained unused throughout happy hour. Overall, I like this place and would go back.

I LOVE THIS SALON!!! Elizabeth is an expert at every single service she offers. I left a hairdresser of 25 years to have Elizabeth cut my hair and do my makeup..love love love this place!! You will not be disappointed!!

I've been coming here for several years and I always receive great service. They are accommodating and offer wine/beer/water. This salon is in a super cute bungalow and the interior is beautiful and classy. And Sarah is awesome! I highly recommend this place!

I have in the past gotten my hair cut here by Sarah, which I was extremely happy with her service. I recommend Sarah to my boyfriend and she cut his hair amazingly. He went back for a hair cut today, and his hair is cut into a square and the back is terribly uneven and hacked. A bad haircut is one thing, blatantly disregarding what your customer requests is another. He asked for a 5 on the sides, and the stylist insisted that would be way too long. She decided instead to start with a 4 instead, then instantly regretted it when realizing how much hair she took off. If you go here for Sarah great, if not definitely steer clear!

If I could give no stars I would. The manager Elizabeth is horrible and Sarah Michelle is just as bad. I went in for a auburn red color and came out with a light orange/red color. Spots of different colors through out. NOTHING close to what I wanted! I did have black box dye before in it and I did inform them. I had to go to a few different place to get a second opinion and the other places all said the same thing.... process was not done right and color was no where close to what it should of been. Went in to speak with owner and was attacked verbally by both manager and employee and was told I could not have my money back even though there are no signs stating no refunds! WARNING... DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

This place gets a million stars for amazing customer service and gorgeous haircuts!! Also I thought my brows were a lost cause until Sarah Michelle showed me how to do them! Highly highly recommend!

This place is great! I am a regular and have a wonderful experience every time. The building is beautiful outside and in and it's in the best neighborhood in the City!
