I recently visited here for my first Dysport treatment, where I received 60 units. During my visit, the receptionist assured me that if I experienced any uneven results or needed adjustments, I could return in two weeks for a complimentary fix. After two weeks, I noticed a small area—two wrinkles, each less than an inch long—had not improved while the rest of my wrinkles had disappeared. I went back for the touch-up, and after receiving an additional 10 units, I was surprised to be charged. The explanation? I hadn’t received the “recommended” dose during my initial treatment. Apparently, the recommended dose was 90 units, but I only received 60 units in the beginning. Even after the extra 10 units, I was still far from the 90-unit recommendation. This raised a big question: Was the original recommendation accurate, or were they just trying to make sure people don’t come back? My forehead felt very stiff even after 60 units—90 units would have been excessive, especially given that the untouched wrinkles were located at the corner of my forehead, an area that was clearly missed during the initial injection. While paying for the additional 10 units wasn’t the issue, what really prompted this review was their lack of communication. I called multiple times wanting to discuss and left voicemails, but days passed without any response. Instead of addressing the situation and maintaining good communication with their patients, they chose to ignore it. This experience has left me with a very negative impression of their service.

Had a facial with Sarah today at Forever Young. It was EVERYTHING I needed. I’m taking a med that has made my face breakout and even though I’m a women of a certain age😉 I had the acne facial. Sarah was professional and gave me excellent information to help me. Everyone in this office is helpful and just so nice. Best hour I’ve had in a long time.

I had such a wonderful experience as soon as I stepped through the door until I left. All the staff are wonderful and provided a warm welcome, I was offered drinks on arrival. Everything is new, the room was set up with the most relaxing music and atmosphere. Sarah did my dermaplane facial and the results are amazing! My skin is so clean, smooth and glowy. Will definitely be back

I have been seeing Sarah for all of my skin care treatments and facials at Forever Young Aesthetics and can not recommend her and the diamond glow treatment enough. I always leave with hydrated and clear skin. Sarah and the rest of the staff are always so welcoming when I visit for treatments and make sure all of my skin care questions are answered. I saw Sarah for the diamond glow facial and I was so pleased with the experience. My skin has never felt such a deep cleanse until this facial and it gave me a hydrated glow. I've been going to Rick at Forever Young for years. His skills, office, staff and specials keep me coming back. Just once I got Dysport from my dermatologist and the results were not even close to Rick's work. There's so much more to Botox/Dysport than the injection. And somehow he manages to do it with barely any bruising! I highly recommend Forever Young.

I don't like to write bad reviews, especially after a year , but it has been bothering me since then so i decided to write it. I had very bad experience with under eye filler with Rick, he did botox ok though. Eye filler he did looked fine at the moment, but later it looked bumpy and way below where its suppose to be. When i went back he didn't seem he cared about my concern, he even said to wear make up to cover the bump , seriously who says that. Finally he dissolved it for free, but who cares i still threw 1000 $ out of the window and on top of that it also dissolved all the previously correctly done under eye filler . It had been a year and still cant get over it, so i thought i would share my experience for someone looking to do under eye filler.

It is my first time here. I really appreciate that Rick doesn't mind to try smaller dosage of Botox on my jaw. Most other places want to put higher dosage. Thank you . I am excited to see the result in few weeks.
