I’ve done Apres Nails for over three years and they usually last 3-4 weeks. I came the week before Thanksgiving exactly a Thursday before Thanksgiving.. the Wednesday of that week I had to come back because I’ve lost a nail that I didn’t even noticed how I lost it…they fixed the one nail…they all came off the Saturday after thanksgiving. I called on Monday and they told me they will call me back by 8:00 PM it is 10:06 I am still waiting for the call…it is a shame that they won’t keep me as a client very nice ladies but either the material they work with is not quality or they don’t know how to do the nails…

Me encanta mis uñas .Ray es súper agradable. Se tomó su tiempo con mis uñas y pedicura. Ella hizo un trabajo increíble.

I have been coming to this location for over a year and I have always had professional, friendly and overall amazing service! My nail tech is Lucia, she is absolutely an angel of a person! She is extremely personable and makes sure that I am always satisfied with my nails. She does such a good job, that if it wasn’t because of nail growth you would always think my nails look fresh! They never chip! As a working mom, I also appreciate the extended business hours which most salons in Miami do not offer. I go get my nails at 8 PM after putting my kids to bed! It’s a great and relaxing atmosphere. I am grateful for this salon and Lucia who make it possible for me to have presentable nails!

Disappointed at the fact that they charged me $35 for my young daughter's nail service. When I scheduled the appointment I clearly asked how much it would be for a simple nail file, and regular nail polish for a girl and they stated $15. When we got services rendered the changed me $35 the same price an adult pays for gel services with cuticle cut. I liked my service but the fact that they say one thing and then they charge you more is not acceptable. When I asked they said that the manager had said it as $35 so how about informing the client bfr services rendered or at least showing understanding and charge what i was told. Not my fault I was given wrong information when appointment scheduled. ***edit: the owner of the place replied to my complaint and she made sure she took the steps to make it right. They provided me with a $15 refund as she stated it was a misunderstanding and they should have only charged $20 for a regular paint service. Like I said before the services provided were not the problem, as we were both happy with services. Things were made right and that's what matters

How unfortunate it was to find out Kirenia does not work there anymore. She has been attending me for 3 to 4 years. Sadly, I will have to stop going to Forever Young.

had THEE best time at this gorgeous shop! service was incredible , staff was extremely welcoming & friendly. it was extremely clean & tidy , they worked great & efficiently. 10/10 recommend!

I love doing my nails in this salon specially with Lisandra! She is very professional, does an excellent job, has very good manners and is very pleasing. I really recommend this nail salon since they always do an excellent work!

My nails came out crooked they charged me $40 but I checked online after for prices and it’s actually $30. I wouldn’t come here again, not because of the price because it’s actually not bad at all, but there’s no quality. My nail lady noticed I didn’t like my nails and started giving me attitude towards the end getting mad that the nail kept getting messed up. And no I did not have any prior gel nails on I had no polish or anything on my nails.

Yo he estado viniendo a este spa hace un rato y me encata! Yo me hago los pies todos los meses con Arli, ella es la mejor. Siempre me deja los pies como nuevo, no me los haría con más nadie menos ella! El ambiente de Forever young es amigable y acogedor, siempre me voy contenta. Lo recomiendo 10/10 especialmente a Arline!

Family member went here, extremely disappointed. They did not want to help after the service did not come out as expected and talked about, and wanted to charge again to “tone down”. When you’re in the service sector, you should be more open to helping the client, not charging more when it didn’t meet expectations.

Ray es espectacular! Paciente. Perfeccionista y trabaja muy muy bien. Desde que empecé con ella, tengo mis uñas bellas 🤣 se queda hasta tarde para atenderme en el horario que yo necesito. Es lo mejor. Ella antes trabajaba en el salón de bird y la 97 y aunque el de ahora me queda mucho más lejos, no me importa por qué se que el trabajo que va a hacer vale la pena 💅❤️

Raybeth is my absolute favorite nail tech. She works in the one on 144th and never disappoints! I’ve been going to her for a year and she really goes above and beyond for everyone. I’ll never go anywhere else but to her. Can’t stress that enough
