Do not shop here! The sales associates are extremely pushy and will pressure you into buying products. I had a reaction to the eye cream and they are refusing to return the product. I did some research on Forever Young and could only find negative reviews and a poor rating on the BBB. I'm actually very surprised that South Park still has this store in their high end mall.

Their whole agenda is to upsell you and sell you their products. They are super pushy and when you decline, they get very rude and irritated. Do not recommend.

Walked by to read the signage in store front was looking for see if they did eyebrow threading . Blonde girl is like come in I can show you something ? . She putting cream under my eyes with dirty hands no gloves shoving products in my face that started at 300 then went down to 200 then is like I’ll give you a special deal with a calculator in my face !!! I said no thank you I’m not buying and she slammed products on counter and is running her mouth ! We walked out and later leaving the mall they have booth set up and girl tried to lure us in and it’s the same products! Very pushy and unprofessional! Don’t talk to them walking through mall or go by the shop ! Run away run fast ! Biggest scam and rudest people! Wish I could give zero stars ⭐️

The facial in itself was wonderful, my skin felt hydrated and refreshed. But I was a little disappointed in the overall process of the business. There was a camera in the facial room, which was uncomfortable. I was wearing all my street clothes, when usually I take the top half off and lay under a sheet or towel. Brianna was great but she wore gloves so the friction was a little different than skin on skin contact. There was no “Massage on the Face, Neck, Shoulders, Arms, and Hands”. Face yes, but my shoulders arms and hands were never touched and that is a service I always look forward to. I bought the facial on Groupon for $67, I don’t think the anti aging service was worth $150 with the issues I experienced above. I most likely would not return to Forever Young.

Highly don’t recommend this company. They will chase you down in the mall and get you to buy something. When you try to return it cause they overcharged you they speak to you like you are nothing in English and in their language. Highly unprofessional… and they tried to make it right by giving you a free spa treatment and then touch you inappropriately. When you tell them to stop they keep going until you have to get up and leave.

La que me atendió se llama Gaby y es muy profesional con más de 6 años de experiencia. EXCELLENT JOB! And the best thing is that they are Bilingual... they did microneedling on me and I am very happy with the procedure. I can not start by telling you how racist these people are I was walking towards there booth they completely ignored me and grave a lady with a much lighter lighter skinton as me a sample then I asked what is it they said it's skin care in a Sarcastic way then they asked me in a mocking way what kind of job do I do? And I told him my job and then they went on to say. Well, i've traveled all over the world this and that like they're so much bigger and better than anybody else Didn't they mocked me when they were putting in my phone number? And I would never, ever ever be going to this establishment every So then I confronted them about the samples. And I told him that I. Felt like left out or ignored.

Worst skin care products I have ever used in my entire life. This is pathetic. I can't believe you all charge the price you do, and I've found products at Target that are more affordable and better. Please hesitate before purchasing any products.

Excellent service, I don't speak the language and they were super nice to me. They looked for a way to communicate. The girl who performed the procedure on me was very kind. I just didn't ask her name, but everyone was super good. I really plan to return.

Horrible sales tactics and bad product. My under eyes were horribly dry an hour after they applied it. They are shady and I suggest you steer clear.
