I was very nervous getting my hair cut with a new stylist for the first time in over a decade, but Jermaine knocked it out of the park. He is extremely meticulous, diligent, and professional. My hair looks better than I could have hoped for. If you have the chance to get your hair cut by Jermaine, do it.

I've been going to Jermaine for a long time. He is incredibly skilled whether he is using clippers or scissors, which is perfect for my side shaved curly hair. I've sent multiple friends his way too and they were happy too. Plus he is just great to talk to and catch up with, feels like a friend is doing my hair. I highly recommend him for curly clients. I have also had color and bleach done by Chaise multiple times and she is incredibly talented and really nailed my request which was to blend my dark roots with the blonde. it's been growing out and still looks amazing.

Could not be happier with the outcome of my first session with Alis! Came in for a blonde color correction after few frustrating sessions at a different salon. Alis is extremely knowledgeble and skilled and made me feel at ease. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Megan and Alis! My color is perfect!! This salon is beautiful and very clean.. Everyone that works there, is very friendly. My hair looks amazing. They use high end quality products that made my hair feel so healthy and shiny. The sevices I got was grey coverage and low lights with a gloss treatment. They will give you dimension and perfect highlights without damage. Thank you!!

So happy to have found Alis. She performs magic on my hair. I come out feeling beautiful every time. And she’s just the best human ever! The staff is also amazing and the salon is so comfy and cozy. I live in CA, and I just love coming out to TX to get my hair done.

Alis is taking care of my hair and she is wonderful. Attention to detail, always making sure you are confortable, communicate well. I have to say that the receptionists are also very attentive to customer experience. I know it’s what it is supposed to, but I think it’s important to mention it. They will always try to find you a spot, will be very flexible and will check with the hairdresser if they can place a client explaining the situation. I highly recommend the salon!

First time but not last time! I’ve been stalking this salon on IG for months and finally mustered up the nerve to make an appointment. I’ve been with another colorist for 15 years, flying back and forth for my hair color to my former home town. I know Crazy Right?! The service was out of bounds kind and made every provision for my care, needs and comfort. It was so fortuitous that Alis had a last minute appointment change and the girls at the front reception quickly slotted me in. It was a love fest from then on. Alis is a master colorist and stylist, Sassoon and Wella trained and educator. If you haven’t noticed I’m very particular about who I have my services with. Color is absolutely beautiful. I’m already scheduled for the full Monty next time- color, highlights and cut. Alis and my family will have a long lasting relationship!!! Alis bring it on!!!

Jermaine did a great job with my hair! I hadn’t cut it in a long time and didn’t know what to do with my curls. He was very kind and gave me good advice for how to style my hair. I trusted him and love how my hair turned out! I will definitely be back.

They did a really good job and even gave me a little head massage while getting shampooed! It was an awesome touch. But for just a basic haircut, no color or bangs or anything like that, it was a bit pricey at $75.

Asked for a blunt bob. Got a little concerned during the cut but decided to let the stylist do his thing. BIG MISTAKE. I got a head full of layers and absolutely hate my haircut. The stylist apologized but it was over an hour getting the wrong cut and there is nothing to be done unless I want shorter hair. The two receptionists just took my money and didn't say a word despite the fact that I stiffed the hair cutter and looked like I was about to cry. So I figure this salon doesn't really care if you're happy or not. On the plus side, my color came out pretty well. For these prices, I am not going to return to get the wrong haircut.

After one of my friends mentioned that she went to Jessiy to get her hair colored, I never looked back. I’ve been going to Jessiy for 2 years now and she’s taken me from blonde to brunette and everywhere in between. She knows exactly how I want my hair to look and truly listens when I explain what I want next. I will never go to another person for as long as I live in Dallas!

I absolutely love Jessiy and Bethany! I always love my color that I get from Jessiy because the balayage is always so gorgeous and grows out so naturally. The color is always beautiful and spot on to what I want! Bethany always gives the perfect cut as well and always makes sure I am happy with the finished result. After seeing them both for 4-5 years, I can assure you that these women are hair goddesses! Love them both to pieces!

I followed Jessiy to FORM from another salon over 6 years ago. I would NEVER let anyone else color my hair! She has taken me from dark brown, to blonde, to brown, back to platinum over and over again. She cares about my hair health and also takes my picky requests and executes them flawlessly! She really loves her customers and always wants them to be happy and will do anything to ensure that you love your hair! Jaclyn has started cutting my hair and always does a wonderful job! This duo should be your go-to when getting your hair done at FORM! FORM has always made me feel welcome. I've gotten to know several stylists and employees over the years and I truly feel at home. Also, they have handled COVID extremely seriously!

I have been going to Form for three years and have loved every minute of it. I see Jessiy for my color and Jaclyn for my cuts/style. Jessiy took me from a head of patchwork blonde from different colorists over the years to a clean, uniform blonde that blends so well and still has dimension. She had taught me so much about color, products, technique, etc. You will be a more educated client after you leave her chair, which will help you get better results no matter where you go! As for Jaclyn, I wish I could see her every day! I don’t know how she creates such perfect curls every time but they are just so unique and more fun and stylish than the curls I do at home. She really listens to what you want for cuts and doesn’t take more than needed. Or recommend more cuts than needed. I can’t speak for the other colorist or stylists but I will say everyone there seems to be a long-term client, which speaks for itself. Also, they did/are doing a great job of handling Covid. They have taken it seriously from day 1!

I’ve been going here for years to see Jessiy and she is AMAZING! I can show her a picture and she’s always on point. I trust her so much I’ve even just let her do whatever she thought would be pretty. I get stopped all the time (malls, stores, ball fields) just to see who does my hair! I have even moved hours away and I still will make the drive to see her! This salon is amazing and I highly recommend Jessiy!

I’ve been going to Form 3 years now. Jessiy Etter Rocks! She is so amazing, Fun and nice! She is the only person I will let touch my hair. I’m extremely picky because I have really thin hair. She is very professional and knows her stuff!! She always does her best to book me in at the time I’m able to go.I always take her advice and she will tell me what I need to do to protect my hair. I trust her completely. Never been disappointed. Best hair stylist I’ve ever had! The salon is always up beat and everyone is so nice. Jessiy is the absolute best!!! I will not go anywhere else for my hair coloring! Every time she executes exactly what I ask her to do, and if it’s something that’s not obtainable for me, she will let me know that it will take several visits to achieve it. On top of being one of the best colorists i’ve ever been to, she is the absolute sweetest and keeps me laughing during the whole appointment! I recommend her to everyone I know! Thanks Jessiy!!!
