Fantastic experience! I got a 1hr massage after a long flight and left very relaxed and peaceful. The place is well located, very comfortable and calming and staff takes great care of your needs. Will definitely come back when in Austin!

Stacy is amazing. I had an accident and emergency surgery on my spine at the beginning of October. Once I was able to get treatment, I started getting treatment from her. I’ve been doing some sort of therapy 7 days a week and her massage is hands down the best thing for me. She listens and knows exactly where to go from there. Thank you, Stacy!

Came here twice last minute and both times Philip came in clutch and got me feeling better after each visit. Definitely my go to place when experiencing back pain or a sports injury. Thank you bro! I’ll definitely be back a third time if I ever need some relief and recovery treatment.

I have been to F+F a couple times now, and every visit is so so so worth it. My most recent visit was with Stacy and she did an incredible job, taking time to ask me about my concerns and issues. The whole environment has such a clean and professional vibe, I feel more relaxed just walking in the door. It's a wonderful establishment and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality massage.

Nothing but positive things to say about Form and Function. I have been going to Katie monthly for the last 8-10 months and have been extremely pleased. She is nothing short of amazing with technique that really loosens your muscles/areas of focus. I have had massages around the world and can say she is one of the best masseuses. Highly recommend!

This place is 10/10. I am currently training for a marathon, and have gone in for a few aches and pains. Form and Function helped ease the discomfort and anxiety! I would recommend this place to anyone. Chris is great.

I desperately needed a deep tissue massage and I think this was the best I've ever had! Chia did my massage, it felt amazing and the attention to detail was on point. Plus, the place is adorable with appropriate relaxing music. I literally feel like I have a new body today and am referring all my friends! I can't wait for my next visit.

These folks are the best! Kenia and Phillip always do an AMAZING job and provide pressure like no one I have seen before. The space is clean, peaceful, and cozy. Not only do they give an amazing massage, but they provide you with stretches, workouts, and other tips to prevent your pain in the future. I love form and function!

Aaron is an amazing massage therapist. One of the most relaxing & best deep tissue massages I have ever had. I decided that I would book another appointment with him about 10 minutes into my massage. I practically floated out of the building & into my car after my appointment. I cannot recommend form + function & Aaron enough!

Kenia's bodywork was spot on. She provided a custom massage that was tailored perfectly to my areas of concern and I felt so much better afterwards (and still do). Kenia and F+F were professional and the facility was pleasant and calming.

Can't say enough how easy, effective, and cost-affordable this place and their various healers are for someone who just needs to fix part of their body that has been causing pain. I don’t recall how I found F+F but I’m so glad I did. Katie G is the absolute best and takes your concerns seriously to ensure you leave your massage feeling better than when you walked in. She has helped me throughout training to make sure I’m taking care of my body between session. If I could give a 6th star, I would.

Had my first massage with Travia yesterday and it will not be my last. I chose the 60min customized massage and added cupping and cbd. I have been having back and glute pain since September 2023 and am in physical therapy for it. Travia was so attentive and understanding of my issues. She checked with me on her pressure multiple times throughout making sure I was always comfortable. I left feeling so relaxed and taken care of. Also, her music playlist was a great change from the usual nature sounds. I can't wait to schedule again soon.

I booked a same day 90 min massage with Phillip and it was probably one of the best massages I've ever gotten. I have chronic pain and muscle spasms and it's like he has a sixth sense to find my trigger points and use just the right amount of pressure. I had been in a lot of pain for a week or so before and afterwards I felt like I was walking on clouds. 10/10 highly recommend!!

I met with Chris. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience, normally I go into a massage expecting someone not to know what they are doing, so I request very firm pressure to make up for lack of technique. It was the reverse here, where Chris had a lot of technique and didn't need to brute force it. Also the storefront and general vibe is tastefully decorated, like they were going for an artistic engineer aesthetic. Highly recommend.

I was able to snag a late appointment with Chris and I was soooo happy I did. In addition to customary forms of massage, Chris specializes in myofascial massage which is not just trendy but also a great form of specialized treatment for those (like me) with chronic pain. Chris went above and beyond to try to help me be able to walk around without pain. I did a 90 minute session and muscles are now moving that haven't in over a year. He was so knowledgeable so I learned a lot about my muscles and how to address my issues. I wish I was local so I could keep coming back, but I would strongly recommend F+F and specifically Chris. Thank you so much for accommodating me!

Whoa. This place rocks. Stacy gave the best massage I’ve probably ever had, and I’ve tried quite a few different spots here in Austin including some day spas. Based on the other 5 star reviews, it seems they have some elite talent on staff!
