I wouldn't trust my hair to anyone but Emiley! My hair appointments are always a bright spot on my schedule for years now because beyond just leaving with a great haircut and color, I always have the best chats with her. I am so glad she is over at Forte now...a salon with a welcoming and wonderful vibe.

Y’all are absolutely the best! My daughter has entrusted her hair to Sharla 3 times and all 3 times Sharla has exceeded all expectations! Y’all do fabulous work and that big bright smile on my daughter’s face on the drive home is just priceless to a parent. Plus the salon is always such a welcoming and supportive space! We love all y’all!

I’ve been going to K.D. for almost 2 years now, I love her! She always listens to my concerns and is the only stylist I’ve found who can cut my thick/wavy hair how I like! Not to mention the salon has a great and welcoming atmosphere!

Emma gave me the best haircut of my life and a whole new confidence. I went in wanting to cut off a bunch of hair and Emma made me feel comfortable enough to cut off over 8 inches (last photo is before for comparison). She really took the time before she started cutting to look at all my inspo photos (and didn’t make me feel rushed in pulling them up) so I felt completely safe in her hands by the time she started! It’s over a month out and I’m constantly shocked at how well it’s grown out, almost like Emma and could plan exactly how it would work! I am so grateful for how patient, emphatic and kind Emma was during the whole process and could not be happier with my cut! Would recommend the salon to anybody either looking to make a change or just looking for an amazing, precise and thoughtful haircut!

I wish I could give them 10 stars for their review! KD did such a beautiful job on my blowout and curls! Everyone is always so kind, greeting me when I get there and always offering me something to drink! And KD gives me a hug when I leave! I love this place so much

The first time I came to Forte, I had no idea what kind of hair style I wanted but I knew I needed a change. The stylists were friendly and helped me figure out what would work for me. Since then, I've been back repeatedly for trims and coloring and each time, they've been absolutely wonderful to work with. I can't recommend this place enough!

Emiley recently joined Forte, but she has been my trusted hair stylist for over 4 years. You'll always feel comfortable and have fun with her, and the quality of her work speaks for itself. 5 stars for her alone, but the salon is also lovely and I enjoyed getting my first cut there recently.

Had a great cut with Hannah! I had booked 1.5 hours since they recommend 2 hours for new clients (but I knew that would be too much for me). It turns out 1.5 hours was too much too as I only used an hour. She didn't charge me for the extra half hour I didn't use, which I appreciated as I was worried about what their policy was on this.

KD is AWESOME! I literally have had people stop me and tell me they love my hair after leaving the salon. She is an absolute artist when it comes to color and razoring. Other hairstylists told me thay what I wanted wouldn't look good. KD heard me, gave me exactly what I wanted, and made sure it looked amazing. On top of that, the salon has a super fun atmosphere! I always look forward to going and hanging out for a couple hours.

Sharla got my hair RIGHT! I’ve been trying to get a salon to give me what I want and Sharla did exactly that!!! I love how blonde she got my hair even when it was so dark and so grown out. The best ever!!

i positively loved my hairstylist and the experience. emiley is incredible at what she does, and i trust her with my life. i have struggled for so long to find someone who can consistently cut my hair the way i like it cut, and she nails it every time. she talks me through exactly what i’m asking for, and is so considerate and funny and kind. genuinely, the best experience i’ve ever had in a salon, and i always look forward to my next cut.

Forté is the best salon. Period. KD is a talented professional that has always given me a phenomenal cut and color. She listens to my ideas and ALWAYS goes above and beyond than what I was envisioning. I ALWAYS feel beautiful, badass, and confident when I leave the salon. Not only is she an amazing stylist but she is such a beautiful soul. When we chat, while I’m in her chair, I feel like I am hanging out with a long lost sister. We laugh, sing, vent to each other, and just have fun. In fact, all of the wonderful souls that work there make me feel at home. Positive energy radiates from this place. I am always so happy, safe, and can just be me there. I LOVE KD AND FORTÉ!

I can't say enough great things about Hannah Lyons and her new salon home, Forte. Hannah is a stylist who genuinely does what she does to make others feel good, not just on the outside, but on the inside as well. She's an amazing listener and gives thoughtful advice, and she has the ability to read the room—whether you need deep conversation or just peaceful silence, she’s there for it. Honestly, even if her hair skills were just average, I would still go to her. But let me tell you, they are far from average. Her skills are beyond her years—she is truly in love with her craft, and it shows in every cut, color, and style. Hannah, just as a person is so good, that the FANTASTIC hair is almost like the cherry on top. I'm thrilled she chose Forte as her new salon home, and for good reason. What Emma, the owner, stands for is nothing short of beautiful. Forte is about creating a space where hairstylists like Hannah can thrive doing what they love. KD did an excellent job giving me a funky new look. She listens carefully to what you want and she gives great suggestions on how to make the cut easier to manage at home.she was very careful cutting my curly hair to ensure it lays right. She also did a great job with my color. She constantly checks in to make sure you’re comfortable and is very hospitable. I felt very comfortable. Also great parking at the salon and it is super cute inside.

This is hands down the BEST SALON IN ATL period! I’ll even add that’s it’s the best salon I’ve ever been to in my entire life. When it comes to skill, talents, personality; they have it all. But what’s most important is the kind, caring and loving people that work at Forte. As someone who also runs a business, the culture that the owner Emma has created is unmatched. I have spent what I feel like is my whole life looking for the one person and place to give me my dream hair, and each time I go, Emma brings my dreams to life. First time to Forte - I needed a cut and of course went to my gal K.D!!! Was the real prize the haircut or the quality time with K.D and the other stylists? It was a hard tie, everyone was super welcoming and it really did feel like just hanging out in someone's kitchen. I legit was a day away from going into labor and I was so relaxed and enjoyed my time at Forte (and the cut!!) immensely. Can't wait to get back! K.D, love ya sis

I had my first visit at Forté and left with the biggest smile on my face. My stylist was KD, who cut about 6 inches off my hair and gave me the best short cut with curtain bangs I’ve had in the longest time! Her knowledge of layering and giving a cut that is low maintenance but still stylish was very apparent and I love it. She is also very easy and fun to chat with :) will 100% be going back!

LOVE Forte Hair Salon. All of the ladies are great at what they do, not to mention hilarious. I personally go to Sharla and she crushes it every time. Whether you're a blonde bombshell or trying something funky she is your girl. I have hopped to a few hair stylists in Atlanta that I have liked but Sharla always hears me out and executes what I want perfectly. From bleach blonde, to copper orange, to dirty blonde she has still managed to keep this hair healthy and silky as ever. However, Biscuit is the real star of the show and if you are lucky enough to go in at the same time as him you will never go to another salon again. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Went to Forté Salon for the first time today, and discovered most kind, creative and welcoming environment. The owner was incredibly friendly the moment I walked in the door, complete with her sweet little pug to greet me. My stylist, KD, is an amazing talent. I have very fine hair that I keep short, and she worked so well with my limited texture and volume, creating an adorable little pixie that matched my inspiration picture in all the right ways. I’ve definitely found my new salon, and I’m excited to go back. Highly recommend!

I had my haircut by KD and couldn't recommend her more! She really took my needs and lifestyle into consideration when approaching what haircut would work for me. She gave me an easy and low maintenance haircut with lots of fun texture and shape. As well as a style that will grow out nicely. KD also cuts my teenage son’s hair and his girlfriend’s hair as well. So she is perfect for all ages! Thank you so much! ❤️

K.D is amazingly talented, wonderful, warm and fun! I don’t get haircuts nearly as much as I should not only because of my schedule but out of anxiety. I used to always worry about getting my hair cut and what the aftermath would be- K.D puts those anxieties at ease. She knocks it out of the park every single cut. I get more compliments on my hair than I can count! The salon is such a warm friendly place and it truly feels like going to a friends house. Thank you KD and Forte for everything!

KD is YOUR GIRL. Look, i was brand spanking new to town and in desperate need of a haircut. And I take my hair pretty seriously. I found KD and she saved me. She gave me the cutest bob with the cutest bangs! I felt like I looked like myself. And it suited my face shape and as well as my styling routine. If you are looking for a sign to book with KD, this is it. Trust me, I dont mess with my hair and KD gave me one of the best haircuts.

KD is an amazing stylist! I’ve been going to her for a while now and she just understands what I want to do and how it compliments my face. The studio is super cute. Everyone is very friendly. There is occasionally a shop dog, which I LOVE. It just feels like going to your friend’s place. I’m never disappointed.

Holly is amazing! She listens carefully and always manages to give me the look I want while doing what’s best for my hair. She’s collaborative throughout the process and will educate you on what she is doing along the way. She’s also a delightful person and fun to be around. Forte is a beautiful space with a fun atmosphere. The plants and pups make it even more special.
