What a treat to visit Crystal again today! She always makes me feel comfortable and if I want to converse, she is certainly entertaining! The results? Amazing! My skin looks younger, bright and smooth. The skill she has with eyebrows is incredible; they are perfectly shaped and colored.. She is a highly skilled technician! Crystal is some sort of magician! I am a new client- I have been getting these services for YEARS and have always gotten side effects of some sort- after two visits, not one single side effect! My eyebrows have never looked so good! She is very kind and attentive and makes sure she takes her time and you end up with the desired results. CONSULTATION: My consultation with Crystal was done virtually. She was so very thorough, and covered any and every question I could have possibly had. She was kind, energetic, and very service focused. Crystal made me feel even more excited about my upcoming appointment for ombre brows. PROCEDURE: On the day of procedure, from the minute I walked in, Crystal was very kind welcoming, and although she had not yet had her coffee still very, very energetic!😄😄 She thoroughly explained everything she was doing and everything she was going to do. During the blueprinting, she literally worked like an architect.... measuring..... remeasuring.... checking..... adjusting..... all to make sure that MY needs and concerns were being appropriately met. Crystal is a professional artist in a professional environment with a most professional attitude. And it just so turns out that my eyebrows came out beautiful! She thoroughly explained the aftercare procedure, and I plan to take care of my investment until I can see her again in six weeks and we look at what may or may NOT need to be tweaked. I am so happy with the results of my brows!! Crystal recommended a combo approach to achieve the natural look I wanted and she got it spot on!! Crystal’s space is a reflection of her work! Her studio is meticulously clean, and beautifully decorated. I felt completely relaxed in this setting and was impressed by how professional and knowledgeable Crystal is! I have put off microblading my brows for some time bc I have seen some unfortunate results on other people, but I have confidently referred several people to Crystal since my visit and will be continuing to see her for all my brow care moving forward!

I have been drawing on my eyebrows every day for years and had been trying to decide if I wanted to take the leap and get permanent brows. I finally did it and I am so so glad! I love coming to see Crystal for my brows and lashes! I get combo microbladed brows and a keratin lash lift & tint once a year (sometimes twice a year for the lashes). I have never trusted another soul with my eyebrows but she is an artist! And now I always get compliments on my brows. When I tell people they are microbladed everyone is shocked at how natural they look. Always friendly, professional and hilarious. Her suite is decorated nicely and always super clean. I’ve personally seen her continuing her education and exploring new techniques while my numbing cream and/or eyelashes set 😂. I would recommend her to anyone - especially someone who is interested in microblading but may be nervous. I promise you won’t regret it - on your first appointment she will walk you through everything and draw on the shape she thinks is best for your face for you to approve before she works her magic. I personally think her microblading process is completely painless. Follow her after care instructions to a T and they will last. I just got my annual touch-up so I will post pics once healed!
