I’ve been going to Andy for awhile now, but 6 days ago I had him do a CO2 laser resurfacing treatment on my face! I was scared at first wondering how the recovery time would be, but it was way way better than I thought! Andy was wonderful and did an amazing job! Tina was only a text away to answer any questions along the way! The procedure to me wasn’t very painful at all! Not what I expected! It was very doable! Waxing is more painful I think! The day of and a little the following day it felt like a mild sunburn. After that, no pain at all and my face just looked a little red. Today is day 6 and my face looks amazing!!!!! So happy with the results!!! I would Highly recommend it!

I’ve been going here for a couple years now. I’ve had micro-needling done, and recently had the CO2 laser done. It’s something I typically wouldn’t be able to afford, but Tina and Andy were so accommodating as I’ve been on a very long journey with my skin health. Overall, it was an amazing experience. The procedure itself was a little painful which is to be expected with the intensity, but Tina and Andy were very kind and supportive through the process. It was about a week downtime for me before my skin was fully healed, and I noticed improvement in my skin texture and scarring almost immediately. Tina made sure I had proper skincare for best results and checked in throughout that week to see how me and my skin is doing. My favorite part of the process is the care they shared for me beyond my results. Looking forward to a second treatment for better results! I am more than thankful to have worked with them and super excited for my progress!

I recently visited Fountain of Youth Medi Spa for the second time, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! Andy was fantastic—knowledgeable, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my treatment. The services I received were top-notch, and I am genuinely pleased with the results. Such an amazing spa, I took my daughter to get her lips done and Andy did such a beautiful job. I have friends that have had the same experience there, and I also plan on having services myself since they have a wide variety of things to help you feel more beautiful and youthful. I also send my clients there, I'm a hairstylist and it's hard to find good quality spas that offer so much with amazing personable people that want to take the time to also educate you. Very expressed!!!!!

Absolutely love this place! Their customer service is on point! Andy is so professional, funny, caring and gives great results! Prices are great and I won’t go anywhere else! The Botox has helped so much with my migraines and I’m so glad they were recommended to me!!!! Definitely check them out!

My first time going to Fountain of Youth. I met with Andy for a 1/2 syringe lip filler, which is great, because most places won’t do a 1/2. I’ve only had my lips done once before and the experience wasn’t the best, so I was a little apprehensive. He is very knowledgeable, kind and listened to what I wanted the end result to be. He put my mind at ease. I’m very pleased with the end result and love my lips💋 The spa is beautiful, clean and relaxing. Thank you Andy, I’ll be back!

I came to Fountain of Youth for lip filler and couldnt be more happy with the results! I have a salon and asked many of my ladies for recommendations on where to go. I kept being told go to this place. I am beyond happy I listened. I was a bit nervous to get filler. Andy was very precise and knowledgeable. Hearing about all his training and the beautiful environment made me feel such at ease. Not to mention it was surprisingly painless. My lips are full with out looking like “duck lips”, which was my biggest fear. 😅 I will forsure be a long term client to Fountain of Youth. 🖤💜

Tina is so incredibly unprofessional and cannot remember what she tells clients. She treats clients and employees poorly. The rest of the staff is great and unfortunately have to deal with the owners unprofessionalism. And before she comes on here lying like she does she claimed she booked an appointment she booked for a different day to try to charge for not showing up at 12:45 when scheduled for 2 than berated my husband and I via phone! I also have texts to show I would be happy to post should Tina need! Of course her response would include a previous cancellation to a baby being sick and in the hospital. her cancellation fees vary first they are 200 than 50 she cant get her stories straight but with every review she needs to save her ass! everyone wants something free with Tina. Im sorry You blew all of your money in Vegas! while all med spas have a cancellation policy you have had plenty of advance notice! Go somewhere else! Don't put your money in her pocket! She also is happy to cancel other individuals memberships without consulting them first!

1/2 syrenge lip filler Andy is the absolute best injector EVER. He listened to exactly what I am looking to achieve, and he nailed it. He is also super sweet, and he is a nurse, so he knows what he is doing. He explained the procedure prior to the start and expanded step by step as he went thru the process. He continually ensured I was comfortable or had any questions. Can’t recommend him enough and his awesome work ! Thank you ,Andy! Love my new lips ! 👄

Fountain of Youth is the best!! Everyone there is awesome. Extra kudos to Andy though. He has done my lip fillers these past two years...and I absolutely love them👄 everytime. I have been to other places prior to him...but he's definitely the best. Will definitely continue going to him in the future. This last time (2 weeks ago)..he even recommended a lil botox..and wow I'm definitely a happy gurl. Hubby and I are going for the DaVinci teeth whitening next week. We did it last year..and hubby was really impressed (which is hard to do 🤣). Give them a try..they have many services. Trust me..you won't be disappointed.

I have received lip filler many times prior to my experience here and have never had any issues. Ever. My first appointment at Fountain of youth was in January 2023. When I initially left my lips looks fine but about two months later I noticed some areas in my top lip that looked like they were flat. I didn’t realize how bad they looked until may 2023. I reached out to Fountain of youth via text message and they said they didn’t see what I was seeing and that it had been five months so I needed new filler anyways (I have never needed to get additional filler that fast before, ever). I was hesitant about going back because of my disappointment with how my lips looked. I finally couldn’t stand the look of my lips anymore and went back in June of 2024. Andy said he could fix the look of the lumps by adding more filler into the areas that were completely gone. When he was done I expressed my concerns that my lips looked extremely lumpy. He said I just needed to massage the filler and the lumpiness would go down. He said if the lumps don’t go down he could dissolve it. It has been about six weeks since my last filler appointment and my lips have never looked and felt more lumpy in my life. I am extremely unhappy with my results. I paid a good chunk of money to have him “fix” my concerns. I will not be returning to have my lip filler dissolved and I am EXTREMELY frustrated that I will now have to pay someone else to completely dissolve and refill my lips because of how lumpy they are. I’m not writing this review to bash Fountain of Youth but to just address the fact that I paid a lot of money to achieve a desired goal and that didn’t happen here.

I visited Fountain of Youth Medi Spa to get my lips touched up before my wedding in 2023, expecting a positive experience based on their offerings. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.. Following my appointment, I noticed two lumps forming on my lips, an issue I had never encountered with previous fillers. Concerned, I contacted Fountain of Youth and spoke with Tina. They suggested waiting a week to see if the lumps subsided before considering dissolving the filler. A week later, I returned to have the lumps dissolved, which was disappointing since my intention was a touch-up, not a correction. Post-dissolution, I was left with deep lines in my lips that were not present before. When I sought a solution, Tina suggested purchasing another syringe, despite the fact that most of the original filler had to be dissolved. Eventually, they offered to retouch it as a "wedding present," which felt inappropriate as a reputable clinic should rectify their mistakes without additional cost. Although the retouch initially seemed better, the filler eventually migrated to my wet line under my lip, causing noticeable unevenness. After six months, I consulted another highly recommended clinic, which confirmed the filler was incorrectly placed and should have been dissolved by the original provider at no cost. They also mentioned that they had treated other clients from Fountain of Youth with similar issues regarding lip filler. When I contacted Fountain of Youth again, Tina dismissively suggested the filler was old or from another provider, which was not the case. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue, Tina told me I would still have to pay $150 to dissolve the filler. This response was frustrating, as the problem stemmed from their initial treatment. Ultimately, I had to dissolve all my lip filler and start fresh at another clinic, where my lips finally look even again. It is deeply disappointing that Fountain of Youth did not take responsibility for their subpar work. I sincerely hope they improve their customer service and technical skills to prevent future clients from experiencing similar dissatisfaction. EDIT: Messages in the pictures** REPLYING TO THE COMMENT BELOW: I would like to clarify some misunderstandings: Referrals: I did not love my lips and did not refer any friends to your business unfortunately. I can’t recommend something that I didn’t have a good experience with. Lip Filler Dissolution: My initial request was for a half syringe of filler to add volume to my lips before my wedding. However, after the procedure, I noticed two significant lumps, which required us to dissolve the filler. My intention was not to have the filler dissolved, but the lumps necessitated this action. Following the dissolution, I experienced deep lines in my lips. I was informed that a new syringe would be required to address these lines. Given that I had paid for the initial half syringe and had not anticipated needing dissolution, I respectfully requested if it would be possible to have the equivalent product re-administered without additional charge, as the issues arose from the initial treatment. Filler Migration: Several months after the initial procedure, I contacted you regarding issues with filler migration and associated discomfort. I was surprised to be accused of seeking additional treatments elsewhere, which was not the case. Inquiry about Dissolution: I never requested additional filler; rather, I inquired about the possibility of dissolving the existing filler based on a professional consultation that indicated it was not placed correctly. My intent was to address the issue, not to obtain free services. Service Charges: I understand and respect that businesses need to charge for their services. My primary concern was addressing issues with the filler from your clinic, not seeking free services. Your response was unprofessional and disappointing. As a customer, I have the right to raise concerns without being accused. I sought your help to resolve these problems, not to be met with accusations.

I was all ready to write a glowing report on the new skincare line recently purchased from Fountain of Youth, a popular medi-spa located in The Springs. BUT, HOLD ON…because I am a curious individual, I couldn’t help but notice the husband-wife review listed just prior to my post. I have never met either of you; I try not to judge as I do not desire to be judged. However, I am compelled to highlight the many positive experiences provided by this spa and its employees. Upon relocation from one of the biggest cities in our country, I am well-versed in skin-care products, facials, fillers, massages permanent makeup, laser treatments and micro-blading. I must agree with the countless other Fountain of Youth clients sharing their more than positive experiences, both personally and professionally. There’s always going to be an outlier no matter how much effort a business puts forth. Hopefully, you will be receptive to this as a learning experience. The common denominator in the positive reviews is Fountain of Youth. In regards to soliciting comments from competitors, if you’re looking for a negative response, you will find a negative response. Finally, a word from a very experienced, successful and wise business woman, when an individual is confident and truthful, there is absolutely no need to recruit another (your husband) to reinforce your claim. Have you not heard, “the more a story is fortified, the more doubt is cast…”. Just something to ponder… Okay back to my initial reason for writing….I love, love, love the new skin care. Following my shower this morning, I used your new serum, moisturizer, sun block and lip plumper. Much to my surprise I did not need foundation, nor did I need blush. The sun block precluded the need for anything else. Hours later, my skin is still glowing and feels moisturized. Your team is so great in standing behind your products and services, I wasn’t concerned with buying the product without first using testers. Another winner!!! Thank you. Athena M

Perfect, Upscale Products and Service. I highly recommend this place. I cannot believe how amazing it is, and the Fountain of Youth products are simply the BEST. Tina and Talia were exceptional. I went in for a facial and Tina gave me a comprehensive tour of all the spaces and services they offer, including aesthetics, chiropractic care, massage therapy, Botox and lip filler treatments, and cryotherapy. Everyone I met was absolutely wonderful and kind; I was treated like family. The facial was simply AMAZING! It felt incredibly relaxing and extra upscale. Talia worked magic on me! The products used were perfect for my sensitive skin, leaving me feeling pampered and rejuvenated. I was glowing after my service!

Posting on behalf of my wife Hailey A: Let's focus on the facts then: It appears that honesty and integrity may be viewed as optional in your approach First, I did not love my lips after receiving the half syringe of filler from fountain of youth. I immediately contacted you (Tina) about a lump, and you offered to dissolve it. After dissolving the lump, my lips were left uneven with deep lines. I then asked if you could correct this by filling in the unevenness and lines, and you agreed to do it as a wedding present. This gave me the impression that if it wasn’t for my wedding, you wouldn’t have fixed it. I called you in May to discuss a consultation that suggested the original injector should dissolve their mistakes for free. When I asked about this, you wrongly accused me of getting filler from someone else and you still are accusing me, which was/ is not true. Contrary to what you mentioned in your review, I did not call seeking free filler; I called to inquire if you could dissolve the filler you had previously administered, which was no longer in the correct part of my lips, it had migrated all underneath my wet line. Why would I seek free filler from a business that caused the issue and fails to take responsibility? My sole request was for the filler to be dissolved due to the physical discomfort it caused me. Additionally, I did not refer anyone to your business. I specifically told people to avoid it because of my poor experience. Your claim that filler only lasts 6-8 months is not entirely accurate as everyone's body metabolizes it differently. It's disappointing to see that you twist the truth and place the blame on clients in every bad review. Please note, I am not trying to get free filler; I always pay for the services I receive. They are all so amazing! I started seeing Andy for my lip filler, then came back for some wrinkle TLC, and I will never go anywhere else! He is really dedicated to the art of enhancing natural beauty, and he's so gentle/kind/informative throughout the entire process. Today, I went in to try the cryo slimming, with Amy. Again, they have the BEST people working here. After having four kids, my mom tummy has become something that no matter how much effort I put into exercising, the loose skin is still there. I loathe showing my stomach, to anyone, but Amy immediately made me feel comfortable and honestly I left feeling so confident. I'm excited for my results and can't wait for the next round Thank you for everything!!!

I spent like $800 on Botox only to have to come back 2 weeks later with thick folds in my glabella. I made an appointment to have it fixed, and I was charged an additional $90. Two weeks later, the wrinkles were still there. I contacted the spa to be told “thanks for letting us know.” Almost a grand later, I might as well have thrown the money down the toilet. I’ve never spent so much money on Botox only to look like nothing had been done and have to come back to be charged more money. The injectables would have to be watered down, or they’re not giving you what you pay for. To buy that many units and have no results is crazy. After about 45 days, my face looked wrinkly and much worse. 90 days later, the injectables have totally dissolved. They are doing something wrong here. I’ve never had this issue anywhere.

I love this place and the staff. Tina is always so responsive and helpful when making an appointment. I have been doing Cryo and have been seeing results! Amy and Laurel make me feel comfortable and I love all my conversations with them. Talia makes sure that she takes care of my face and addresses any concerns before the facial. This is the only place where I received a facial and left without my face being red. I definitely recommend coming here!

The esthetician who did my facial was very nice and kind! Unfortunately what I didn’t like was that the hot towel she used on my face was stinky like when you leave wet clothes in the washer for too long.. I didn’t say anything thinking that maybe I was trippin but when I got home & my husband kissed my cheek & told me my face smelled like wet rag :( dang it. Hope it was just a one off thing, but probably won’t return. Also I never experienced the esthetician leaving the room for some time for you to “relax”. When paying for an hour service I just thought the whole hour would be utilized for the facial at least that has been my experience in past facials I’ve had & what one might expect when paying full pricefor a service. Also this isn’t meant to tear anyone down but constructive feedback to further improve the experience is all.

fountain of youth medi spa is amazing!! I did 1 full syringe of lip filler and had such a great experience. Andy actually listens to you and gives you exactly what you want. I went somewhere else previously and it was night and day different. Andy made sure I was comfortable in the beginning, during and after the appointment. I am brand new to the cosmetics world and Tina helped me A TON, I had so many crazy questions and she reassured me and answered all of them with ease. I have received a lot of compliments and I will continue to recommend this company to everyone I know! Thank you!!
