Kim was beyond amazing!! I went in for my lashes and explained what I wanted, showed some pictures, and she listened very attentively and gave me suggestions while showing me some more pictures to confirm exactly what I wanted and the results went beyond my expectations. She was very patient and focused throughout the whole process and took her time to make sure I was doing ok. I am usually very picky, but I am more than happy with the results. She is spectacular <3

I have been coming to Kim exclusively for a year to do my lashes and I won’t go anywhere else anymore. She is meticulous, really listens to what you want and strives to do exactly that. She is also very kind and a pleasure to chat with whenever I come in. Thank you Kim!!

Quyen (Kim) is absolutely wonderful! She is so kind and patient! It was my first time getting my lashes done. I asked for natural looking lashes... not too long but fuller than what I already had and it's exactly what I got. I love my lashes!! I highly recommend getting your lashes done at Four Season Spa Beauty Studio with Quyen (Kim). I will be returning for regular lash maintenance. I am also looking forward to getting my first facial done in the near future!

Got my lashes done here by Kim 2.5 weeks ago and I’m amazing at how great they still look. I’ve been to a few lash studios through the area and this one has been my favorite so far. Kim is super friendly too! Definitely recommend.

I discovered this special place when I drove my daughter to her dentist appointment in the same small business complex. The shop was in the process of renovation...and a few months later I called for an appointment. I had been recovering facials at another location close to home but I eventually realized that there wasn't improvement. After one appoint/experience I quit the old place & have been attending this one every 4 weeks. The transformation to my skin has caused friends to comment on my attractive face/beautiful is the compliment I hear frequently. I am so impressed with the individual attention/care I received. Please do experience the same with YOUR first treatment. You will be impressed as I have been!

I tried this spa for the first time and was surprised at how nice it is on the inside. The owner is very pleasant with eighteen years of experience. She suggested the hydrafacial which left my skin feeling fresh and supple. Overall, it was a relaxing experience. The location is very convenient with enough parking.

The last two is a before and after of the eyebrow waxing and facial service I received. I let Kim pick my facial service. She’s so knowledgeable, I feel comfortable putting her in charge of my skincare and other services she proves. She’s fantastic at everything she’s does, great at communicating and has such a kind heart. I got my lashes done by her. And she is the only person that I fell asleep on and didn’t have tears coming down during the lash service. Plus the lashes last so long and looks beautiful. When I’m not feeling confident, Kim helps me with my glow up and self care. It took me 32 years to find a person who would give me the eyebrows I want. Before her I’d have to grow out my eyebrows. Just have them look like bricks, have my skin ripped off from hot wax, sometimes cuts from treading, or just didn’t get the shape I wanted.

Kim was super nice and did an amazing job with my eyelash lift and tint! Very pleased with my eyelashes and how comfortable the whole experience was. This was my first time doing a lash lift and I am happy with the results! I will definitely be going back to Kim for my eyelash care. Thank you!

I’ve been going to Kim for 5 years now, and I make a monthly drive from San Francisco just to see her. A coworker had recommended her to me, and her prices are so good that I still make the drive every few weeks. The first time I met her, I told her I hadn’t eaten lunch. She was so sweet, she made me a bowl of ramen - which is why I call her Lash Mom! She’s so generous with her care and her time and often helps me wax my brows or cut my hair or my bangs. She also really cares about making it right for you. That same first time when I got my lashes done, I went home and thought that they were too long and I didn’t quite like them (but I was too nervous to say anything). When I told Kim this the next day, she gave them a small haircut the first thing next morning. She kept asking me until I really loved them. I’m so happy that she’s finally got her own place, Lash Mom deserves it, and you deserve lashes from Lash Mom.

She is the only person I trust to do my waxing and skincare needs. Every facial has always revitalized my skin and every skincare concern has been addressed. She is also amazing at waxing, my eyebrows have never looked better than when she does them. Shes very knowledgeable, understanding, experienced, kind, patient and very thorough. She has expanded her spa to offer more services that I can’t wait to try. You won’t regret going to see her!

This is my very first time getting lash extensions, and I could not be happier! Kim took my very sparse lashes to full-on glam in just 2 hours. I've had them on for a few days now and have not had any fallout or breakage--they still look amazing! I will definitely be back for regular maintenance and fills.
