Our stay at the Four Seasons was a GREAT one! The service we received was over the top, and the property is beautiful. We had breakfast at the Edge on our departure date, it was SO good! We look forward to returning for another stay very soon.

Attended the James Beard dinner at the Four Seasons Denver. The meal and the wine was exceptional and the service was outstanding of this world. Such a fun evening. Amelia was extremely hospitable and so sweet to us. Will definitely be back!

Found several dead flies in the water by the pool. The workers at the front desk are racist and classist. They did not bother to greet us or help us on more than one occasion. The customer service is poor and slow. The rooms were dirty found a used fork in THE BED and receipts like it’s obvious they don’t sweep or clean, rooms were extremely dusty as well. My guest and I were denied the complimentary car service multiple times like they’d straight up lie saying things like the driver wasn’t available or it was at the car wash one time they even lied saying they’re all in a conference. Was offered a facial given all of the above just to have my face get burned and skin get red and irritated. She then tried to cover that up with makeup just for me to wipe it off like all around horrible. The facial lady was also racist and treated me horribly knowing it was complimentary she rushed my entire session and was very lazy with it. I would not recommend booking here if you’re a POC

I recently stayed at the four seasons in November. I am from Colorado and I gave visited the Four seasons many times. Unfortunately, I was extremely unimpressed by the valet. In particular one gentleman who was tall with brown hair and wears a long black coat. I was waiting for my car in valet and needed to get change to tip. I asked him to break a $20 and he gave me back $15 and told me to give that to the guy bringing my car. I was in shock he took $5 from my $20 to break the bill and rudely implied I needed to tip $15 to the gentleman bringing up my car. I always tip but I’ve never experienced someone “telling” me what to tip or take money to break a bill. He’s attitude the following days and demeanor really was off putting and he seemed a little shady. So much so I think I’ll stay somewhere else next time.

I've stayed at The Four Seasons Denver twice now while traveling on business. It is, hands down, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Not only are the accommodations beautiful, but the details and amenities are unmatched. Customer service is absolutely stellar, and that is across the board for every area of staff. You are greeted, by name, and everyone you encounter is friendly and helpful. If I could choose to only ever stay here when I travel to Denver, I would!

Review of Four Seasons Denver Bar Service I recently visited the bar at the Four Seasons Denver, expecting the level of service and attention to detail typically associated with this esteemed brand. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. From the start, service was notably slow. Despite the bar not being particularly crowded, it took an excessive amount of time to be greeted by a server, let alone to receive our drinks. I never received drinks or food after 48 minutes. The service was inconsistent—lacking the presentation one would anticipate from a luxury establishment. Moreover, the staff seemed disengaged and inattentive. The staff was rude. At a venue of this caliber, you expect servers to check in periodically to ensure everything is satisfactory. Instead, we were left waiting to flag someone down if we needed anything. To make matters worse, there appeared to be little urgency in addressing these concerns. While I understand that everyone can have an off night, the lack of attentiveness and quality control was surprising and disappointing for a bar operating under the Four Seasons name. I hope the management takes steps to improve the service, as the potential is clearly there, but my recent visit did not reflect the high standards I associate with the Four Seasons brand. I left feeling underwhelmed and would never recommend the bar based on this experience. Rating: 1/5 Stars

Stayed for a few nights in November. The location is perfect access to entertainment, nature trails, and restaurants and walkable to the train station. The front desk employee—believe it was Brandon or Brendan—was efficient, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Also, the housekeeping manager reached out during the duration of the stay to ask if he would be able to assist in any way. Lastly, the food was phenomenal. Edge is definitely one of the best FS restaurants I’ve tried and offers a variety of local meats and sushi so it’s never boring. I also loved the fact they offered a dedicated skin line in the spa / locker room. I wish other properties would adopt this practice—e.g. the FS property where I’m a resident uses something that gives me flashbacks to high school wrestling locker room green soap. Will definitely return and plan to take advantage of the tours that concierge offers.

The food is outstanding as are the rooms. One of the best facials I have ever had. Our breakfast server was a really friendly young girl from Louisiana. Super clean,great rooms. The epitome of luxury but the staff absolutely makes this the only place to stay in Denver. We are coming back in a few months. Fairly expensive but worth every penny. Thank you for a perfect stay!

This place holds itself out as a luxury experience. It is not at the most basic level. The staff needs training very badly. DO NOT listen to all the local guide reviews. They are obviously incentivized for their overly positive feedback
