I Was scheduled to come do my broken nail with a tech who did my nail. When I arrived they assignment me another nail tech who did not did the work that I came to fix. Now this new nail tech tried so many time before she even do that to my nail. Meanwhile, I told them that I don’t like it I can come back so, they still want to charge me for an unfinished work. Because they want to charge me anyway I did not want to argue. I let her finished however, I believe it is very unprofessional and not fair to charge a regular customer for a work so horrible.

I absolutely love Fox Beauty Bar! The services are top-notch, especially the Russian gel manicure and laser hair removal. The technicians are professional, and the salon has such a welcoming vibe. I always leave feeling pampered and satisfied. Highly recommend

Disappointing experience I made an appointment at this nail salon, when I walked in there was no one at the front desk. So I was waiting for a couple minutes, nobody approached me. So I asked a random nail technician how to check in, she told me to wait. I waited for another couple minutes, then finally my nail technician showed up, I booked an appointment with an experienced technician. She had zero courtesy, the entire time she was on her phone watching some stuff and she barely paid the attention to my nails. She did a gel manicure within an hour and 40 minutes which is relatively quick but the quality leaves much to be desired. She hurt my cuticle a lot, so right after the appointment I was in pain. Overall, this place lacks professionalism and courtesy, no one greets you or offers you something to drink. I do not recommend it at all!

I am extremely disappointed to have to terminate my two-year relationship with this nail salon. Today, despite informing them an hour in advance that I was stuck on the Belt Parkway for nearly two hours and would be late, their response was severely lacking in customer service. They initially agreed it was fine but then limited my options. When I arrived, hoping for at least a simple service after my long commute from Long Island, they demanded over $80 for a basic job, refusing any design or French manicure due to my tardiness, which I had already acknowledged and apologized for. Their "base colors" only consisted of—light white, pink, and clear—after already removing my old gel and filing. Their insistence on blaming me, without any attempt to accommodate the circumstances, was frustrating. They made it clear that they prioritize policy over customer satisfaction. It's also worth noting that the quality of their work has declined; my gel nails barely lasted two weeks. Despite my past loyalty and efforts to support their business, their approach today was unwelcoming and greedy. Charging $45 for a service that is advertised online for $10 is simply unacceptable, as they ONLY removed the old gel polish and filed down my nails. I advise others to steer clear of this salon. They show no flexibility for unforeseen circumstances and seem to care only about their profits, not their clients.

Amazing staff! I get my lashes and nails done all in one place on one day. Lora is my go to girl for many and pedi she gets it right all the time. Highly recommend and prices are reasonable

My friend and I came here to get our beautiful nails done. We come by recommendation. Everything is fine, I liked everything, it’s soulful. The large salon is so spacious and bright. The tea and coffee they pour are delicious. They gave me a manicure and pedicure with gel in good time. I had it done by master Yulia, who is sitting first on the left; she is very cool, such a sweet girl, and beautifully did everything quickly and considered my wishes. The pedicure chairs have a massage function, which is cool, too. I recommend Fox Beauty Bar!

I’ve been coming to the Nail Salon for about a year and a half and usually I go to the same tech to get my services done the text that I usually get services from are Asya and Lida however, my nails broken I had to get extension so I signed up for Anna and did a decent job and I booked a manicure and a pedicure same day except they gave me an hour gap so I didn’t rescheduled it for later. Time receptionist in the Front referred me to Layla and insisted that she does great pedicures a form of manipulation to sway me to come to their appointment with the new tech I got my appointment at 5:05. I left the location at 7:30. My pedicure was done by 7:20 and it was a bad job. Upon starting my cuticles were not my foot still have dead skin at the end and when it was time to add the polish, Layla use the very hard base on my toenail before she started. I told her I’ve never had this. Can she get the receptionist for her because I have a question and she said no she knows what she’s doing and I told her I don’t want you to do this and then it’s stuck and then I’m unhappy. She still went ahead and did it then after doing it she went ahead and polish very sloppy work follow my nails to different shapes and to the other at the end when I called the receptionist over told her this was a bad job. All she was able to do is apologize and offered me 15% off. I told her I needed it redone but at this point it’s 730 and my son graduation is tomorrow and I did not have time to stay to get it redone. I’ve never been to an establishment where a pedicure takes two hours and 20 minutes, almost as if I was a trial customer. I accept the manager calls me because I was unhappy, paying for the services that I received, which was very Bad service at the end, Layla did not even wanna wear my cuticles or even lotion my feet she left my feet with all the dead skin that was used by the smart pedicure machine because she was upset. I had to go home and try to fall into shape for me to try to get to my sons graduation the next day as well as wiping the lotion off of my toenail so that my polish does not look up overall this has been the worst experience ever, and I would never recommend this place. I asked the manager to call me and I still didn’t receive a call to this day. I am now here for an 11 o’clock appointment and upon walking I’m told that my tech is busy with someone else and I said to them while it’s OK to communicate once 11 o’clock is here and you see the tech is still working to call the customer and say your tech is running behind. You know there’s like 1520 minute delay. She gave me attitude and said that she’s redoing my toenails for free should not be complaining and it’s like at this point they have lost my trust and they have lost my business. The owner is usually a pleasant person it’s just sad that her staff isn’t as pleasant

Today I’ve had to terminate my 2+ year long relationship with this nail salon. I came with a design in mind, before starting, I asked how much the design would cost, they quoted me 75 for a fill in and 40 for the design. I agreed to the price. While the nail tech is doing my nails, I noticed she mixed the colors. I kindly said something and before I could even show her, she snaps and me and tells me to keep my hand under. I let her continue, but I later asked if she was aware she was doing it wrong, she had snapped a picture of the design before starting so I was confused. I didn’t want to insist but if I’m paying 40 for a design, shouldn’t it be what I ask for? When I asked her again she shrugged her shoulders and replied saying she doesn’t speak English. Now it isn’t my first time getting my nails done by her. I know there’s a language barrier but we’ve understood each other up until that moment.. I didn’t appreciate the manipulation so I asked her to get the receptionist to translate for me. I asked the receptionist if there’s any reason why she’s doing her own thing. They then began talking to each other in their native language and she walks away. All in all, the tech finished my nails with attitude and left nail polish all over my nails. When it was time to pay, suddenly the price went up $25 for the very same design. When I asked her about it I didn’t get a straight answer. I will be calling my bank. Nobody leaves their home with the intent of paying $150+ to be treated like trash. I was kind and respectful as it could have been a genuine mistake. I got treated as if they were doing me a favor. Safe to say I will not be returning as I spend money where it is valued. It is unethical and bad business to change up prices this way especially when I asked before hand and they went back and forth to confirm the price only to charge me something totally different. And had I not paid they would have played to the negative societal stigma. She could have simply been kind. Kindness goes a long way. I felt gained up on simply for speaking up for myself.

Did laser here. 1. Extremely painful 2. Was left with marks on my body for 2 days 3. Hair didn't fall off at all. Never happened to me before. When I reached out about it they just ignored me.

I cannot begin to let you guys know how amazing this beauty bar is. Every time I come and get my nails done, I am forever in love and and grateful with the results. My nails look stunning 🤩 😍 and sometimes I can go as far as 6 weeks until my next appointment to get my nails done again. Trust me when I say this: YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. Any type of design or even is it’s a simple gel manicure 💅🏼 comes out looking amazing. And all the nail techs just know how to make it look stunning. Anna is always booked but for a reason. I always leave with my nails looking like a million dollars. One of my happy places to go to. I’ve sat with all of the nail techs and you’ll walk out with the most amazing looking nails 💅🏼.

I have been going there for over a year. My usual nail tech wasn’t available. I spent 4 hours there for simple extension. Initially I requested a design, the nail tech picked the wrong base. I wanted mauve she picked a pink that doesn’t suit my complexion. I asked her for the mauve, I even showed it to her, she continued with the pink. I asked her to just leave it plain. She finishes and offered to do ombré. I said no thanks, she continues to insist, I said ok. Afterwards I didn’t like it. It looks like whiteout patted with a cotton ball. I asked them to remove the white and just leave plain, they said they don’t have time. A lady came up to me asking me why I don’t like it, I politely informed her that I wanted a completely different design - She kept getting the color wrong so I asked her to leave it plain. She offered ombré and I don’t like it. It’s not blended properly. She tells me she has ombré and she likes it, showing me her nails and walks away. I spent $170 cash, including tip. NEVER AGAIN. I was hungry, dizzy, they wasted my entire labor day just to treat me like my dollar means nothing to them. I didn’t ask for a refund just a correction and was treated like trash even though I was respectful and polite.

If I can give them zero stars I would. They ruined my nails! I only went in for a removal and somehow I left with my nails looking deformed and all bumpy I don’t even know how she managed to do that to my nails! Not to mention I scheduled an appointment for 5pm and they moved my appointment to 4:40 without asking me so they can schedule a gel manicure for 5.

they have 0 customer service etiquette. I went in and no one paid any attention to me. then i asked a question nicely and the lady ignored me like i was freaking invisible or something :) horrible experience. never again
