I was 5 weeks post op double jaw surgery without much relief or range of motion. On a whim during a work trip, I reached out to Fox and they had an opening. Turned out to be a life changing experience. Rob worked on me for about 2! Hours and I walked away without pain and my swelling down significantly. I will forever be so thankful to both Rob and Fiona (her Recover elixir worked miracles) for fitting me into their schedule and for helping me. If I didn’t live 4* hours away, I would be a client they probably would be annoyed with seeing!! Thank you both so much.

My experience with FM&J has been fantastic. The massages have been incredible, tuning me up in ways I didn’t know I needed. I appreciate all the different modalities they combine with massage - so helpful! This is the BEST place to go for athletes. They will make your pain go away and get back your function. I also recommend Bobby’s workout routines - so great! I can’t imagine going anywhere else now.

I have been a client at Fox for about 4 years. These guys really take their time to fix your issues NOT treat them! I highly recommend Fox they listen and fix you! Any issue I have ever had they have been able to pin point the cause and help correct it.

I have gone to them for many years. They are professional, very knowledge able. Helped me get in shape for the Inca Trail at 14,000 ft and continue to fix my various muscle issues! Latest issue they helped with was grinding my teeth. They used a cupping therapy and it helped a lot. First good sleep without grinding in a long time.

Love the membership option. Saves me money and gets me a spot when I need it. Josh and Bobby are excellent massage therapists. If you have an injury, they are your go-to. Also, if you need to suspend or cancel your membership, just call or email. Saw previous review and don't think its their fault you forgot to cancel it. Netflix won't call to manage your business. Why should Fox muscle and joint?

Absolutely love this place! I’m a ex college athlete and now currently a classic physique body builder. This group is incredibly easy to work with. Let’s not forget to mention that they listen to what you need! Diana and Josh have been wonderful. I’ve been a frequent advocate for Deep Tissue Messages and I can honestly say that my two best experiences have been with Josh and Diana. They go above and beyond. Amazing visit and great experience working on some neglected injuries. Had a thrown out back and broken ankle that has been neglected for 3 months, Gibson was able to bring attention to the scar tissue and locked up areas, causing some amazing relief. Very knowledgeable and experienced professionals!

I have had great success using Bobby and his team with their knowledge and expertise. I always walk out feeling much better than I did walking in. I was a bit skeptical about massage therapy but not anymore it has helped me tremendously and I can’t say enough good things about Fox. Gibson is their newest member and he’s as good as they come in my book he always does a Phenomenal job!🦊💪💪

I’ve known Bobby Fox for several years! I used to coach D-1 sports and he worked with our athletes with great results!! Bobby is very knowledgeable and I appreciate his approach to helping me personally. I have had back issues for years and gotten several massages elsewhere, but they only had short term results. Bobby takes a long term approach to your positive results (not just a feel good massage) which is what everyone desires….. to be pain free!! I highly recommend Bobby and his team!!

Great first experience for a sports massage! Bobby the owner is very thorough and answers all questions and concerns regarding what they do, Josh the practitioner who gave me the massage was great as he focused on the areas I had the most problems/pain with, I am an active runner and the difference in my running and performance after the first massage definitely improved, really helped with the stiffness and soreness! The room was clean and ready when I arrived, very professional.

I am a tennis player at Samford University and have been here on multiple occasions and absolutely love it. I get the full body deep tissue massage and it helps a ton with recovery. Great service and I feel great after. Would highly recommend!!

I can't tell you much Josh at Fox Muscle & Joint helped me. Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I woke up with Achilles tendinitis and my bursa was extremely inflamed. I went to my orthopedic and told me to wear a boot, take Ibuprofen and use crutches and 3 or 4 weeks. I should be able to walk with my boot but I needed to expect 6 to 8 weeks to recover. The following week I struggled with crutches and a walker. I couldn't use the boot because my bursa was so swollen and tender. It hurt as bad as the Achilles pain. So out of a whim, I remember using a sports massage therapist to help me with a torn IT band. So I searched for help. Fox got me that Saturday. I'm still on crutches and could barely get dressed without sitting down. Josh worked on everything surrounding my ankle the entire hour, and put electrodes on the inflamed areas. My session was finished but I still couldn't walk without crutches. He said give it time for blood to reach the inflamed area and I should start feeling better in a day or so. So Saturday still hurt. Sunday, I still hurt but the soreness was beginning to go down. Monday I could stand on my bad ankle slightly but couldn't wear shoes. Tuesday I wore shoes and had my first normal day. Wednesday it was like this never happened. Today I could probably run 3 miles without pain. I am so glad that I found this group. They saved Christmas for me, and now I can finish getting everything ready for the holidays, and be independent.
