I started coming to this salon in March of this year & since then, I have faithfully continued to be a client! This hair salon is nice, clean, professional & strictly about hair & their bag 💰👍🏽! Ingrid is very nice, down to Earth, & keeps it real! She knows how to layout hair & her prices are reasonable! If you come to St. Louis & need your hair styled, make sure you stop by this salon because you won't regret it! 💯😌

I had an appointment scheduled with a lash tech by the name of Blake. She was unprofessional, my appointment was set for 5pm on a Tuesday. I arrived at the shops at 4:43pm, sat and waited. It wasn’t until the shop owner had to call her because at that time it was 5:10pm. He spoke to the lash tech and let her know her 5pm appointment here. He let me know she will call me in a few, it took her not even 5 minutes to call me. She let me know that, she was in Miami and had missed her flight and asked could she do it the next day. I agreed. Once i left i scrambled to find another tech to squeeze me in due to the fact Blake inconvenienced me. She never offered a discount off the price all i got was an apology and her saying that she tried to contact me earlier to let me know she wasn’t in town, which is a call or text i NEVER received. Please be careful about booking with her, she’s a young lady and obviously isn’t about her money. If you had clientele booked why would you miss your flight? I even texted her later that evening asking for my deposit to be refunded, i got no response back!

I've been going there for years. I know everyone. They treat me like family and all who comes. Their clients are friends with each other. A Very friendly Atmosphere everyone knows everyone. On top of all that, Excellent service. Each Staff member has 20 years experience.
