If anyone knows the Brandy who was an employee, please tell her to contact me. I've been told she no longer works for Fracassi, but the same person I was talking to then made it sound like she still does work for them. I was one of her laser hair removal customers. I only gave this place 2 stars instead of one is because Brandy was an exceptional employee. I'd give her 5 stars if I could. If you don't still have access to my phone number try Messenger.

I booked with Wayne today for a cut and he was super professional and did a great job on my hair! He was very knowledgeable about cuts and face framing. I would definitely book with him again!

I decided not to book an appointment and wohld not book in the future. The whole operation seemed unorganized. Hair all over the floor. The lady up front looked like she was wearing pants that belonged at home on the couch.

My stylist is the bomb, I see Richard and he is magnificent! Talented! But the salon staff Megan to be specific is horrible. The receptionist is the first point of contact and the person who is the example for your clients. I entered to purchase shampoo a few days prior to my appointment, I was going to go from dark hair to medium brown with blond highlights. I picked out my shampoo and she said after my appointment I would need blonding shampoo. It was expensive but I do use quality products so I thought no biggie… we’ll just so happens I didn’t need purple shampoo for my hair, I attempt to return the shampoo, original bag, unopened etc, and she said no. So I go through this long back and forth about how she picked the shampoo for me and she would eye roll, sigh…. Make faces and try to explain how much experience she has😳. Ya no. Im never giving that salon a penny of my money. Aweful aweful aweful way to treat a customer and people are leaving that business because of her. I’m addition to that, I never heard from the owner, or management so it is obvious this kind of treatment to their clients is ok. Bye bye! Overpriced, poor client retention and poor employee retention. High turn over is it a good sign. And all they had to do was to be nice. Imagine that.

Richard was amazing!! He has had extensive experience with many years in NYC and Ireland. I’ve been getting my hair highlighted for over 30 years and my hair had never looked so beautiful! Extremely happy!

This is not a cheap place. I had Yvonne and she was wonderful and cheery. Mimi at the front was funny and the staff were pleasant. I got my ends trimmed which included shampooing and the blow out. It’s a little expensive but in a convenient place. I’ve been here twice and one of the two visits made me happy the other one left uneven hair. All in all, it’s a okay place. Ask for Yvonne would be my recommendation.

Wow… I have very thick, naturally curly hair. Finding someone who has the unique talent to cut this type of hair is hard to find. Well, I have found him! Patrick did an amazing job with my cut, color, and style last weekend. While he was performing his magic, I watched him. The passion he has for what he does is indescribable. You could see it in his eyes and definitely in his cut. Thank you, Patrick. And thanks to Mimi and all the other employees who made me feel like I was family! 🥰. Obviously, before and after photos. So pleased!

First time in this new lash location. I made a 2pm same day appointment with Fracassi lashes for full set lashes. Fracassi lashes new location is located inside the Tricho salon, which is on the 2nd floor of the UTC mall. I get there on time. I am immediately approached by a nice lady who I believe was a hair tech assistant. She offered me water or wine as I waited in line for check in. I had my own bottled water, so I passed on both options. Nevertheless, I appreciated the gesture. I check in and was welcomed by Felicia. Hope I got the name right. She checked me in and I asked will I be seen right away and she said yes. I take a seat in the waiting area. Few mins later, Felicia comes by and informes me my lash tech Brandi says it’ll be 10-15 mins before she can see me as her client was late, backing her up. She offered me water/wine and I passed. She then offered coffee. I accepted. She asked how would I like my coffee? For a moment, I thought I was at a coffee shop. She was extremely pleasant and accommodating. She takes pride in what she does and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone that walks through Tricho salon doors are taken care of. I was going to give 3.5 stars bc the wait was 35 mins. Unacceptable for someone that has an appointment but for the service to make up for it I settled on a fair and solid 4 stars. Brandi is a wonderful person with great talent. Keep up the great work beautiful people. God bless!

Sadly, after being a loyal client for 4 years, I will not be coming back. Apparently, the hair salon was bought out by a lash extension service and my past 3 visits have been extremely disappointing. I did not get to see my usual stylist, my hair is now severely damaged, the salon was dirty and the atmosphere was unprofessional. The salon no longer focuses on hair but rather on waxing, lash extensions and Botox, etc.
