Jordan has been my barber for years. I will not see anyone else. I don't have a complicated cut, but it's nice to know that it ALWAYS comes out right. I've been here probably 20 times and it is so consistently good that it's remarkable. Also, it's genuinely fun. My eyes are always welling up with tears and my cheeks hurt from smiling and laughing while I'm talking with Jordan. She's the best. Don't bother searching any further. This should be your new barber. Oh, P.S. The ONE time Jordan wasn't available, but I was able to book with Hunter, he was also great. He's not a regular there, but it just shows that this place also chooses other staff with care.

This salon had opened right by my apartment, so I decided to give it a try, and I’m so happy I did! The place is super clean and cozy, and has GREAT lighting which is really important to me!! Frankie just gets it—she listens and nails exactly what I’m looking for every time. I always walk out feeling fresh! Frankie and Jordan always show such gracious hospitality, they make every visit feel warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a stylist who genuinely cares and a space that’s comfortable and inviting. So grateful I found Frankie, she's just the BEST!!!!!!!!

I liked my haircut but my stylist was mean. I could tell she was getting impatient with me because I was having trouble putting what I wanted articulately. I wanted a big change and wanted a stylist who could walk me through it while listening and being encouraging. I would try to articulate what I wanted in different ways but I could tell she wasn’t listening and would respond back in a curt manner so I just gave up trying to articulate it. Also she was got a little condescending toward the end. I know my hair texture, I know how my hair dries, etc. At the end, I was happy with my haircut, as she was adamant about wanting to make sure I was happy with the cut. But after coming to this salon on a already stressful day, it was a bad experience. I’ve never had a stylist or anyone in the beauty industry I worked with get that rude vibe with me. I work in service too, I know what it’s like to deal with customers who aren’t quite sure about terms, articulating, etc. but it’s important to listen and be patient. By the middle of the cut, I just wanted the experience to be over. I never experienced that before in any other service in the past.

Beautiful salon with a welcoming and talented staff! My hairdresser Liz is a natural and her personality is the cherry on top of her skilled blowouts and curls! I have also came in for a few layers and of course I had to ask for curls! Liz was great and very attentive to anything I needed. It’s always super clean and I love the design to the salon! Just what Greenpoint needed! They even have a barbershop in the back which definitely comes in handy to parents coming in with their kids. I can’t wait to go back and continue to get my blowouts there & maybe even color one day!

Such a great salon! The owners are so polite. I love that they have a barber shop in the back so when I get my hair done by hair dresser Liz who is AMAZING my son can go in the back and get his cut. Such a welcoming shop and the shop is truly unique. It’s beautiful. I’ve been already 3 times. For cut, blowout and dye job and absolutely amazing! If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Frankie. I have psoriasis and I made a note about it when I made the online appointment. She was super accommodating towards that. My hair resembled a helmet going in so I always had my hair up in a tiny ponytail because I didn’t know what else to do. She texturized my hair to my liking and now I can actually leave my hair down with very minimal styling. She also gave me a beautiful red color without any bleach. The cherry on top was being able to bring my dog. She gave him a toy to play with and a blanket to lay on.

I have had really long hair for many years after some awful and short haircuts when I was younger. I'd been trimming it myself but my hair got so long that this became difficult and I decided it was time for a "real haircut". Frankie greeted me when I walked in and immediately put me at ease. She asked me how short I wanted to go and talked me through the whole process before even starting. She periodically checked in during the haircut, making sure I was comfortable and ok with the length. She was very careful not to cut off any more than I asked for (anyone who has had a traumatic haircut will understand how important that is). When she was done cutting, she offered to curl it for me, and I felt so pretty! Ultimately I chopped off nearly half of my length, which to me was a huge amount, but this is unquestionably the best I have ever felt after a haircut. The way it falls now has lightness and movement that I haven't experienced before. Frankie did an amazing job and I will definitely go back. I cannot recommend her enough. If you have long hair and are looking to cut off a lot or just a little, this is your place.

Frankie is always ready when I arrive - I’m never waiting past my appointment time. She bangs out my hair in the exact amount of time she tells me it’ll take. My hair is always beautiful. I’ve been using her for almost 2 years. She doesn’t push products on you but if you want good advice she is happy to give it. Highly recommended her and Jordan!!

I honestly can’t thank Frankie enough for the transformation she did! I look fantastic and feel even better. It’s exactly what I wanted. The color is vibrant and shiny! The cut is trendy and what I asked for. Above all, she was precise and so speedy. I couldn’t believe how fast but, skillful her work was. Frankie welcomed me into her space and even offered me coffee upon arrival. Never going anywhere else 🥹♥️ my confidence is boosted
